Seems generous to give 1 star when I got 0 response to my call to ask about mortgage refinancing options. I was told it would be 3 days due to being busy with the low rates. OK, no problem. I waited more than a week. Called back and was told they would call me at 3 that afternoon or the next.Another week has passed. Still nothing.

Went in for a car loan left with a check to buy my new truck at a low rate 🙌👍🏼

Went to pick up a check for my auto loan, in and out in less than ten minutes. I did DocuSign so that helped as I didn’t have to spend countless hours reviewing documents in the bank.

Nothing but horrible service and failed promises. I regret signing up for an account with Sunmark FCU with so many better choices out there. 2/16 update. More problems,. Every other time I visit the ATM its down requiring me to stop back in when the bank is open
