Best bank I think I have ever dealt with. Thank you for your attitude towards us as a new business!

Just got off the phones with one of your reps. I’m a new account holder. I work in a call center as well and your call flow sucks. Both reps I spoke to interrupted me and rushed me off the phone. This one literally did what I asked and said ok bye then hung up. Unprofessional. Unwelcoming. Take some pointers from banks that know what real customer care is.

During these difficult times I cannot understand why red canoe would not be open on Saturdays to aassist valued customers. People wait a long time sitting in their cars in the hot sun to use your credit Union and you guys cannot find the resources to pull together and be open on Saturday for working people that cannot come to your credit union during the week.Whos really your first priority???

My husband and I have loved banking with Red Canoe. Their staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to help. I highly recommend them as a local banking option!

This is the best bank you are going to find out there. Sure they are behind when it comes to tech but they make up for it in every other aspect. Their customer service is outstanding and they are so understanding when it comes to any problem you have and fix it right away. This is seriously an amazing credit union.

Allow some banking to be done live over the phone, especially in an emergency. And direct deposit isnt added until 7am. However, theyve been very helpful in my auto loan.

Updated! They have fixed the Atm and it so far has been working well the past few months so I updated the ratings to 3. I would have given more but the online banking app is not steller and the account alert system is so slow it makes it about worthless. Automatic deposits are also the slowest I have ever encountered.Past review!I have been a member of this credit union for 9 years and enjoy the people that work in this branch; however, the ATM has pulled in my cash and then malfunctions and says last transaction cancelled. This problem has happend twice now once a month ago and again today. This happened of course on a weekend and the last time it took a week to get the cash put into our account.This ATM is a known problem and Red Canoe corporate will not replace it, instead they try and have it repaired and that obviously doesnt work.

Red canoe services sucks, every time I call the 1-800 number, I am on hold, for over 15 minutes, and most of the time they can not help. This time, I what that long only to find out red canoe can not help transfer money from one credit union to a other credit union, and I have to go through a middle man to get it done.

Not a member but was on hold for 20 minutes. Tried calling later and still no one to help and waited another 10 minutes before giving up.
