Love everyone at both locations! My whole family goes here and we’ve had nothing but great experiences! The staff is funny, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had some out of pocket expenses for a cosmetics bleaching and was pleasantly surprised by their fair prices. They also quickly got my son in after he chipped his two FRONT TEETH and fixed him up quickly and turned something traumatic in to an easy fix! I’m so glad I was referred here and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This was my first visit and I was so pleased with this office! The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. My hygienist, Bri, was amazing! She explained everything she was doing and why. This was the best cleaning I have ever had! The dentist explained all my options for the upcoming care that I would need and even took pictures of my problem areas and showed me what he would do. Five stars +++

I changed to Complete Dental Health a few years ago. Ive been very happy with the switch. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and respectful of my time. I appreciate being able to book later afternoon appointments to accommodate my work schedule. I feel they address any concerns I have, and do a thorough job, without pressing any unnecessary equipment or procedures. I always leave feeling very positive and looking forward to the next appointment.They also give excellent ice cream sandwich recommendations.

I hate going to the dentist. Every time I go I have the worst feeling in my stomach. They get me in and out really quick, but doing a great job every time. Any questions I have they have answers. Very positive attitudes from everyone. I always feel better after letting them know how I feel because they try to lighten the mood for me and I appreciate it every time. 10/10 would recommend.

I was in a medical emergency. Had two infected teeth that had to come out.i had no where to go 😫 no dentist that I knew. I asked family members for help.!!! My brother told me about Complete Dental Health,maybe they could help. So I called and YES they could help me. Dr. Wood is a wonderful and gentle dentist. Even after not seeing him for a while due to anxiety, he was very professional and happy to see me. This meant a lot to me, especially since I have been dealing with a ton of other stressors in my life. Knowing that I have a team ready to care for me helped put me at ease. They were very gentle on my teeth and very straightforward with the work that needed done on them. Plus, they are a very safe location in the wake of COVID-19, which was a relief to me as I have had concerns going anywhere due to the virus. I would highly recommend him and his practice, and anyone who is nervous about checkups at doctors or dentists (like me) should check it out.

This is my favorite dental office ever! All of the dentists and all of the hygienists are very talented at what they do. Office is clean and organized and doesn’t have outdated equipment. I got excellent treatment and didn’t feel as if I was ‘just another patient’.

This is one of the best dentist offices I have been to. Between their Corvallis and Albany locations you cant go wrong. I have been going to them for over 6 years and everytime its a pleasant experience. The staff is fantastic and the ladys working at the front desk are super nice. Ive had to get 3 root canals done and each time it was pain free and I even fell asleep during the last one, hahaha. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing dental work done.

These guys are the greatest! Years ago, my son was born tongue tied, and Dr. Wood clipped it for free. Allowing the mother to breastfeed naturally without pain. They have worked with me throughout the years for new crowns, through job loss and gain of insurance. They dont judge you, but just want to help.

Dr. Wood and his staff provide complete and thorough dental services in a friendly, relaxing, guilt-free environment. They take time to interact with each patient and are very sensitive to those who may be nervous or who have previously had negative dental experiences. Still can’t say I love going to the dentist, but these folks make it much easier.

At complete dental they have very freindly service and a very great dentist that is very gentle and kind with teeth I would recommend taking ur children here and your grandma he is swesome

My experience was good. My hygienist, Bree, was very knowledgeable and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She made some helpful suggestions as to new things I could try to help keep my teeth clean between visits. I will ask for her again when I make my next appointment.

For me because of underlying health issues a trip to the dentist for something as routine as a cleaning requires a few extra steps. During my initial consult Dr. Scrapper listened to and noted my medical history, he didnt hesitate to coordinate with one of my ologist to ensure that my experience was a positive one. The staff at both the Alabany and Corvallis locations are wonderful, I cant say I would pick one over the other. Being new to the area Im grateful to have found such a compassionate and patient group on my first try. And, I only give four stars because theres always room for improvement.

I loved my first experience with this dental office. They have such nice rooms and such nice people! They took one of my wisdom teeth out and it only took like 5 minutes to do!! It was painless and the nurse and doctor did a great job making sure I was okay during the whole procedure.

I was very pleased that Matt spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions patiently and explaining the whole procedure thoroughly. While it is never fun having dental work done, Matt and Vicki made the ordeal very manageable, and while not painless at least as bearable as possible. Everyone I have met at Complete Dental Health has been friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them.

Very caring and informative. Im very nervous and fearful of going to the dentist. The entire office staff really do a good job of putting you at ease. From first phone conversation I felt comfortable. They sing with the radio and enjoy their patients. They assisted all my needs to the best of the exhaust. In 3 visits I felt like family. Very happy with my cleaning and checkup. I like being able to see the x-rays and Dr. Matt was excellent at explaining what we were seeing. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and were able to schedule me for a cleaning the same week as my introductory appointment.

Oh my gosh. I wish I could give more than five stars, because I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a kid, but I have to say that my experiences here have been great. Everyone is so nice, seems to actually enjoy their jobs, and they do their jobs really well. Everything about my treatment was explained clearly and thoroughly to me before, during, and after treatment. And the fillings I got today were done quickly and painlessly. Both the dentist and his assistant did so much to make me feel at ease (and even made me laugh). Bottom line: best dentist office ever!

Had deep cleaning done by Owen. I have a movement disorder and gag easily. I generally hate dentists. He is Awesome. Very patient. Very personable. I highly recommended having him do your deep cleaning.

One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Firstly, the dentist was not the one that I talked to on my initial visit, but I proceeded anyway. Secondly, this guy was brutal when he was pulling my teeth. Lastly, the assistant was a community college student that didnt have a clue what she was doing!

I love that this place doesnt mess around. When there is work that needs to be done they just do it. They dont spread out the work into seven different appointments when they can do it in two. I also love that the staff is nice, the place is clean and always cutely decorated and most importantly, their work is good. I have already recommended this place to some of my friends and as of yet, will continue to.

They got me right in for a tooth that was bothering me.I really liked that the dentist explained everything to me. The receptionist was nice and even let me use the phone.

Great staff from the front desk to the back office. Susie my hygienist was so pleasant and has a wonderful, light touch on the gums! The dr was prompt, knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. They are working with us on a payment plan and I appreciate that because not many offices allow you to do that anymore. We will continue to go here for all our dental needs.

My family and I come to Complete Dental and we see Dr.Schapper. The staff and him are always so nice and welcoming. I recommend this office because Dr.Schapper takes the time to explain every procedure throughly and he also speaks Spanish, which is a big plus for my parents.

I had a tooth which had an abscess that was causing me pretty serious discomfort, my regular dentist could not get me in, but Home Street got me in within hours. As someone with an almost phobic fear of the dentist, I was happily surprised to find that the staff and dentist were all fantastic, understanding, and above all, were only concerned with helping me feel better. While having the tooth extracted, I decided on the spot that they are my new dentist, I can not recommend them highly enough!

I have been a customer of Dr. Wood for many, many years and have never had a complaint as they are always welcoming and friendly. Their work is above average in my opinion.

I was told of and recommended Complete Dental Health through my insurance provider. After calling them directly they were able to fit me in 30 minutes after I called for my first xrays and to plan ahead. It was a major relief since I was having tooth pains and was worried about a delay. They then gave me a date for my next appointment, which also was much closer than expected. I was honestly terrified of this appointment as it involved the extraction of teeth (and I’m just flat out scared of any dental work). Every single worker, whether it was my dentist, his assistant or just someone seeing what I was having done, was very kind and soft spoken. My dentist went through the plan with me and asked me different options as to wether I wanted updates as we went along or if I just wanted to be quite until it was over. He was as gentle as possible since he was extracting teeth but made no rough movements or had any excess jerks or slipping of tools (which is a fear of mine). All together what I had went into expecting a long drawn out, painful and terrifying experience turned out to be much easier and a lot less anxiety inducing.

I needed an extraction of an evil tooth asap. I called them and got in right away. Doc agreed I needed the extraction and it got done same visit. Thanks guys, youre awesome

After a misunderstanding about an appointment, an assistant came to me verbally attacking me about the situation. Then the dentist said that wouldnt have happened if I would have been happier about what happened.... That dont make sense, Im not allowed to say anything to defend myself but the assistant is allowed to come get in my face while I have my kids there. Id never recommend this office to anyone specially if they have kids. My daughter had to get a filling done and it literally came out with in 24 hours and then they till me to find a new dentist after they fixed it without numbing her mouth first!

That service staff is amazing and the doctor took an extra hour just to do it right he really cares about his patients
