Went in for routine blood work around 9am? Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Got my vein first try (which was great!) I did end up with a bruise, but thats on me for not holding pressure long enough after getting the test.

They have a the option for patients to check in at a kiosk which I love. It sends all of my information over without me having to repeat myself.Make sure to bring your script from your doctor or have them send it over to labcorp for you.The wait time wasn’t long. I was in and out pretty quickly. The phlebotomist was polite and efficient.

I recommend this place to have any kind of lab work done. They are organized, friendly and move you right along. In-and-out in 10 minutes. The woman who drew my blood was very good and it didnt hurt at all. Just a little pinch

Kind, efficient, professional. This is the only place I will go for lab work now. Im one of those patients that tends to pass out during blood draws and the staff here go out of their way to make the experience more comfortable if possible. Ive been to several labs in the area and this one is by far my favorite. Also, the techs work fast checking people in and getting draws completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

It is suite 101 not 103. Just make a left when you walk into the building.Mahadiv who took my blood was sharp, smart, had sniper accuracy when hitting me vein and was mad cool. Shes deserves mad stars!I absolutely love coming here when I need blood work or now I know also a urinalysis.They are always kind and helpful. I have never had a problem when it comes to getting my blood drawn. They are trained very well and talented at what they do.Their Covid-19 protocols are on point and they offer multiple sanitation points. The seating is also set up so that you are socially distanced from other patients. Another great thing about this place is if you do not make an appointment online you can walk in and make one on site. I highly recommend this location and making an appointment on line. The whole process was very easy to do. Thank you labcorp!

Fast & efficient registration but let me tell you, I could draw blood better than these people. They bruise my arm nearly every time, and I know it’s not me because I generally don’t bruise when giving blood or getting blood work other places. I could swear this particular time she had the needle in perpendicular to my arm, instead of parallel. Got a knarly bruise to prove:/

There was a receptionist that is aggressive and rude to patients. She lacks people skills and the ability to hold a decent conversation. This should not be the first face patients see once they enter the facility, unless that’s how the company wants to be represented. This receptionist did not have answers to basic questions, which is not a good look at all. I’m sure many people have encountered this aggressive individual, and have had a horrible visits because of her. Hire more respectful and knowledgeable staffs

My sister had to have blood work due to a high risk pregnancy, she made my sister which 7 1/2 months leave and print her lapcorp slip instead of having it send to her employee email which could of been done instead of having us leave and go to a Fed Ex which was a huge inconvenience. Heather Dawson needs to be retrained because she is rude and nasty and lucky I was not inside because she would have been on the floor! Nasty and rude!

I wish I can rate a 0.I went for a different test that take just one tube of blood and they did wrong test and drew 10 tubes of blood and I passed out because of that because I wasn’t expecting this much blood draw and went on an empty stomach!Later my doctor called me that they haven’t receive the test results rather they received some irrelevant test results!When I told labcorp about their irresponsible behavior no one even bother to say a simple sorry! And their response was “oh Jes”

Signed in at the kiosk LIKE I WAS SUPPOSED TO (because the lady at the front desk likes to tell everybody that with an attitude), and took a seat. I had been there many times before, so I know the drill.Waited for over an hour for an employer drug screening, while watching people come and go.It was a Saturday, so I understand that it was busy and I also was aware that the drug screening was done at certain times, so I just waited. 15 minutes AFTER the drug screening time closed, I was called to the desk only to be told that they arent doing drug screenings any more today. I stated that I was there well before the cut-off time, but she claims she didnt see me.So much for that kiosk.......

I have never had a bad experience with this facility. Yes sometimes you have people who are not as patient or as friendly as you would like, but not everyone has a rosy personality every day. And there are a lot of rude customers.

My second experience in the last year, big company saves money by automating check in, not enough space in crowded waiting room, appointment system doesnt work as efficiently as they would have you believe, looong wait. Staff look like they dont want to be here on a Saturday morning, robotic, indifferent, could as well be an assembly line

If you have the flexibility of being able to go during non peak times, it is really an easy hassle free experience. I was there on a weekday at 10:30 AM and had no wait time, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Like other reviewers, I have experienced some lengthy wait times here, but that seems connected to the policy of no appointment needed. Dont go at peak times. What I appreciate is the skill of those who do the actual blood draws. Those staffers have consistently been competent and caring, and I dont leave with multiple stabs and bruises.

Just had my sons blood drawn here. Hes only 2 years old so he didnt know what was happening and wasnt happy. The woman that took his blood and the young man that was helping her were great! They kept talking to him, gave him stickers, tried to calm him down. Would definitely come back here if he needs bloodwork again.

AWFUL, really they deserve a zero rating. They were very rude, one staff kept checking her cell phone. They charged $200 to my credit card because they didnt know what the co pay was for my insurance. The transaction ended up being $80. I got a letter from them stating that my insurance had not paid and I owed $694.00. When I went into the lab today to ask about it, the staff person told ask me, is your card blue?, I said yes. Oh, we dont participate in that insurance anymore. I asked her why no one had told me when I came for my lab work. We re not suppose to tell you , instructions from our supervisor What? They are not suppose to tell me that information???? Why, my guess is because they would have gotten $96 if they participated, this way they can get $774. I am fighting this one to to top.

I was nervous after reading so many negative reviews, but had no problems here. Staff was friendly, wait time was reasonable and the blood draw was quick and easy. It was crowded around lunchtime. I would recommend making an appointment, if possible, during busier times. I wouldnt hesitate to use this LabCorp in the future.

Not sure what all the horrible reviews are all about. Showed up on Saturday as a walk in the Saturday Crew Amanda and Gina are the best!Professional friendly and Gina is an angel with her ability to stick you without even feeling it. Im terrified of needles. Next time Ill bring donuts ! My experience was AWESOME! Kudos to the Saturday crew from Latham. 👍😊

If I can rate this lab zero I will definitely do that. Average waiting time is 40 mins+. Always crowd. Last time had lab work done and it came back with TNP (test not performed) !?They mess up with my script label so I have to do it again another day. They can’t even get their job done properly. Do your best to avoid this place. Very disappointed about how professionals are being unprofessional nowadays.

Worst drug test I’ve ever taken. Staff was unapproachable. Acted disgusted when I or any other patient had questions of them. They really acted like they didn’t want to be there and it showed, dragging each patients time slowly. Do not go here if you plan for a quick in and out test.

I would not want to give any star but to post I have to rate and hence the one star. As part of my annual check I was at Lab Corp 1375 Washington Ave on 04/22/17 at about 7:15 AM. My doctor had called in the tests but also gave a copy of the order. Among others, urinalysis was also requested by the doctor (I still had the copy of the order). They never took the urine sample. When asked, the lab technicians vehemently justified saying that they did not receive the paperwork for the urinalysis. Today (04/28) when I finally got the lab results, it miraculously has the urinalysis results - of a sample that was never taken! Makes me wonder the authenticity of the rest of the results in the report and their reporting process altogether!!!

I have been to a number of LabCorp locations. Typically it is a miserable experience as I was expecting when I came to this location for the first time. I have now been to this location 3 times in the last month (as of 7/19/17) and the employees have been polite and friendly and I was in and out of the place within 5-10 minutes every time I went. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they did send my lab results back piece by piece to my doctor instead of all at once; which while not an inconvenience to me, could be troublesome to other patients

Super rude and provides wrong information. I went in for an employment drug test and couldnt provide a sample. I was told i could come back in anytime that day. I came back about 2 hours later and they told me they cancelled out my registration and i have to wait for a new one. So i go back the next day after being told they open up at 6:30am and was now told they dont start drug testing until 7:30am. I drove an hour to this place and no one even cares about their patients. Learn some customer service skills and get off your cell phone at work. Absolutely pathetic waste of an office.

Zero knowledge people at front desk. I visited Labcorp on January when I inquiry about change for tests they told very less but in bills it different so contacted customer care see the answer belowShe said the prices for tests are high when i use the insurance compare to the normal market price.For example in my bill for Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy test the charge is $273 where as normal price if i do not use insurance $85 for Same test (This is provided by labcorp customer agent).I kind of wonder initially how Labcorp is running now I got it.Please avoid this or try to take everything in letter. Don’t trust Labcorp people.

I will never go to LabCorp again. Computer issues this past Saturday had the waiting room full of people, some waiting over an hour, while one experienced tech trained the new staff on computer codes and ignored all of us. I had been going every Saturday for past 6 weeks and never saw the same person twice. No faith in the services of this place.

Hours are m-f 630 to 5pm. I arrived at 6:30am office is closed. Let into office at 705am and told they are having IT computer issues. Waiting for I.T. staff to call them back. 7:17 two labcorp employees arrived. Looks like staff arrived late and not I.T. issues.

I went for a drug screening urine sample. It was a horrible experience. The lady that took my sample treated me as if I was a criminal and even made me remove some of my clothes and empty my pockets. I thought I was in an airport as opposed to getting a simple test done.

They dont accept cash. When we signed in they did not tell us to use the self check in kiosk. The self check in kiosk scans you drivers license but some people dont have a drivers license. Other labs dont require your drivers license which i would prefer not to provide. When i called to verify they had the electronically transmitted script i had to leave a voicemail. They never returned the call. After wsiting for 15 minutes to be called they asked for the script because they didnt have it.2018-07-26 Update- LabCorp suffered a ransomware cyber attack. That would concern me far less if they accepted cash and didnt posses credit card info along with a scan of my drivers license!!!

One of the worst lab corps.. The staff here are very arrogant and inconsiderate. Angie in particular is very arrogant and even told us Dont visit this place if you dont like. They are not at all courteous. Will never visit this place again!

Horrible experience. The alleged phlebotomist, Miko, refused to use a butterfly needle to draw blood from my small veins. Instead, she twisted and turned the needle in my arm like a sadist. Even after telling her it hurt terribly, she continued and then smiled as though she was pleased with herself. Avoid this blood lab.

Arrived at 3:15 on a Thursday for urinalysis. The door was locked and lights dimmed. I knocked when I saw a worker filing behind the counter, she looked at me and then proceeded to ignore me and continued with her filing.
