Ive been going to them since a preteen. 😊 So glad they are embracing more hair textures without a problem now! 😊 my only complaint is the timing and a little bit more professionalism

Ive been going to Tu Imagen for years!! About close to 6 years now and they are the best. Ive been to all the Dominican salons and I am very picky. Sujey is the best whether I get colors, hair sewn in and more. The prices are affordable as well! I love this place.

It was amazing... My hair looks healthy and neatly cut... I literally came from Georgia and my hair was damaged, but once I went to this salon for a few weeks... My hair got its glow back...Im in love with this salon!!!!

Extremely RUDE! My daughter was there for 4.5 hrs for a simple conditioning, wash/set and blowout. They took people coming off the street before they took care of clients already there. Very unprofessional. Will never return and I will be sure to pass it along to all that I know.

Well for starters it was only 1 person getting theyre hair done , 2 people doing hair . One of them was getting her hair done herself . But I still waited 25 minutes until they even got me washed . Then they leave me under the dryer for however long while the owner did the other girl who does hair hair. When all was said and done, I spent 3 hours in there , I got nothing but a WASH/SET + Deep Conditioning and paid 41$ . NO CUT , COLOR OR STYLE. I was recommended by a family member, but I will NOT reccomend anyone go. I have average length hair nothing down my back. That price was RIDICULOUS . Service was SLOW ! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PAY 41 FOR A WASH & SET !!! OVERPRICED, NOT TO MENTION THE WAIT AND SERVICE ITSELF!! This occurred October 23, 2018.

They are disrespectful, typically it takes 30 minutes to wash and blow out my hair. I have type 3a hair and it’s not thick nor long. I asked how long they said 1 hour. They forced me to use rollers when I said I never need them, I was under the blow dryer for 1 hour they made me late to my class. I was there for 2.5 hours for something that should have taken .5-1 hour at most

My favorite salon me and my daughter go almost every two weeks.

Never again. That’s all I have to say.
