Needless to say I will never go back. Getting service at this salon was my worst experience but I will not let them stop me from going to another location and give someone else a chance.I called ahead to request a specific hair style to which they guaranteed they could do. I got it done on a Tuesday and by Thursday my hair was already unravelling. Before you question how - please consider the following: 1) I have long hair - to my shoulders length 2) I wrap my hair every night before going to bed 3) my hair was straightened before heading to the salon - so all in all, I did my best to make it last long and but the quality of work was simply put - TERRIBLE!The individuals at the salon have no regard for customers comfort and thus no manners. Addition to the fact that the place is not cleaned (I visited during COVID - so I think its even worse now). Did I mention that they dont wear facemask themselves but have a sign require you to wear one. They talk about their customers in another language but dont even consider the possibility someone may understand them - which is sad. It took every bone in my body to not get up and walk out from all the inappropriate talking they did about another customer. As my service was under an hour thanks to God - I didnt have to endure it for long; I just know I will not be bringing my business back to them.so to recap: the place is not clean, the stylist (at least the person who did my hair) had no idea what they were doing, the service overall was poor and last but not least, they are disrespectful to their customers and in turn themselves. Best of luck to you if you want to give them a try but I dont recommend this location.

This place is not a “Judge Free Zone” at all. The hairdressers talk about the customers while doing hair, they argue with the customers very disrespectfully and weird people come in and out of the place all day selling stuff.It’s so sad that I once thought this place to be different from the rest but, it’s not! If you’re looking for a place with good customer service and professionalism then, I strongly recommend you find another hair salon. Don’t waste your time and money in a place that is filthy, uncomfortable and rude.

Its my first time getting my hair braided here by Therese. It was based on a referral from a long time happy customer. I was the first customer by appointment. Therese worked with me with the style I wanted. I provided my own hair. I got the traditional box braids with purple colored highlights. The price was very reasonable. I was finished in about 4 hours. Two people worked on my hair for most of the time.

You can have a picture of what you want and theyll still give you what they want.

Whoever that older lady was that did my hair she did a horrible job she can’t braid won’t recommend this place plus they not following Covid-19 guidelines masks wasn’t on properly no hand sanitizer it just wasn’t professional....

I been going for years My Girlfriend gets the big weave in the back with the tight stylish braids in the front. They Bless her head every time. Again we have been going for years

The worse braiding hair shop I ever been to. I will never in my life go there again! The lady told me I was picky because I wanted my braids the way I showed her three days prior to my appointment. She told me she can do it and she actually could not do it. My hair looked horrible. Plus she had people in the shop rolling up weed(marijuana) so unprofessional!

They put this stuff in your hair to bring out your hair...major hair loss especially edges

They are reasonable with pricing . But they braid WAY too tight ! Very small place not a very attractive environment to sit in for hours. Not social with clients due to barrier with language . I recommend the 2 older ladies cuz the young ladies dont listen n they do wat they want . They need to b taught to listen !
