The nails were cute, my only issue is that the guy was very rough on my nails yesterday which caused three of my fingers to bleed. I don’t know if this is normal or not being that this was my first time with acrylics, but washing my hands/taking a shower was extremely difficult because my fingers burn so bad.

Dont go to this place they were very rude

These people have the worst customer service I’ve encountered... very rude, do not respond to questions asked, and overall very unpleasant environment. I was willing to spend well over 100 dollars on service even After waiting 45 minutes to an hour just to be Acknowledged just be Ignored I would not recommend to anyone

They over talk you when you are trying to tell them what you want and poor customer service. They quality of their work is poor. Posted a picture in gallery pink and white nails.

This has got to be my worst experience yet.. I arrived before 6pm .. My pedi was rushed and they skipped alot of the steps in it. Idk but the children they have working here dont care about the quality of their work.. NowI then sat and waited almost an hour after my pedi. To get a Fill.. I ended up leaving.. They just left me sitting there.. Total disregard for my time. I ended up leaving.. I wont stray again LT nails Is way betterr

I came in today for a pedicure and I was very please. Im a regular customer and this was my first time receiving a pedicure from Shack. He was friendly, informative, and attentive. I highly recommend Shack.

I LOVE coming here!!! I always get a pedicure with gel polish. Gel polish is extra but is so worth it because it stays on my feet for a longgg time. I mean it literally stays on these toes for over a month. The place is always so clean unlike a lot of other places around town. They even have a cooler in the back with a variety of drinks for purchase. Love it here!!

I used to come every 2-3 weeks, but because of the weather i had been slacking and hadn’t been in over 3 months. You know it’s bad when they have to pull out the newspaper. I felt so bad for waiting so long and made them work up a sweat. I left them a $10 tip. I don’t understand people who don’t tip. If you can’t tip your servers at restaurants or techs at nail salons, then you might as well stay home and cook your own food and do your own nails. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Its very CLEAN and spacious and the staff is very nice and accommodating.

Poor service, I didn’t really receive friendly greeting. Simply I was asked about what service I need and take a seat. I was charge additional 5 dollars for removing my polish from my toes. The nail technician claiming I had gel polish. I very well know didn’t get gel polish at my last pedicure appointment. I feel tech was very lazy and another way charge for additional service. I will not be returning to this place of business.

If I lived in Albany I would be going to this spot all the time however I live in Atlanta. I stopped in here with my two besties because we were on our way to New Orleans. There was only one other person in this huge place. Lots of space, not a lot of junk in the way.This is a family run spot. Vicky did my pedicure. It was awesome. Her personality is awesome and I was happy with my pedicure. She took her time and was very gentle. I had no issues here. Lovely family.

Do a good job reasonably priced

I visited back in June 2019, I think on the 4th. They opened about an hour or so late. The three ladies at the shop seemed like they didnt want to be there that day. I didnt seem to be welcomed at all. The disgruntled employee did a horrible job on my pedicure--she even missed a few steps of the procedure. It was fast, poor service overall.

I got the color changing polish and it didn’t change colors also they didn’t clean it up good the glitter wasn’t evenly distributed and my whole nail wasn’t covered in the nail polish

The heavy set nail artist is very rude to people and has a bad attitude. She talks about people in her language and assume people don’t know it. Her reaction tells it all and she gets very frustrated when it’s a crowd. I refuse to get my eyebrows waxed by someone that’s rude to me. They’re not getting any business from me anymore.

I got a fill in with gel polish French Tips. It was applied on a Friday. Nails werent prepped to my standards and I shouldve left when I saw this but I let her continue. The old acrylic that was loose was neither clipped nor glued down. The new acrylic is chipping and the gel polish is peeling. This was by Monday! NEVER GOING BACK!

Worst Nail Salon in Albany,GA. There are only two employees so expect them to rush and do a horrible job and you will also be there for hours at end. They cut my finger and would not give me a refund or discount! They will let others jump in front of you. Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!!! Literally the worst experience I have ever had and I will never go back!

Only one person i let do my nails

When I approached the location another customer was placed ahead of me. The steps to applying the acrylic on my nails were skipped with at least five finger nails and my polish was half done due to the nail artist rushing because of the crowd that came in. This is one location I will never spin my coins at PERIOD!!!! The entire time that I was at this location the employees or should I say nail artist were arguing in front of the customers. They are so unprofessional and have children working inside of this location they are not licensed nail artist.

Was asked to leave due to me having a child, even though my 15 ye old son was there to watch him!! Was very rude and would not recommend to anyone

The guy that did my full set did a horrible job. The paint was ugly and unprofessional and within a day nails started coming off. They also charged my card extra! Spare yourself the long wait and bad nail job.
