I am so grateful for the great care and attention my mother receives. We were at another facility it’s like night and day. All of the people have been very helpful administrator is amazing came to my home and actually got to know my mom before moving her in. The food is great Cheri came in on moms first day and met with her helped her understand the menu and how things work. A huge thank you to everyone.

Very caring staff!My father spent his last few months of life at waverly place and the staff were amazing. He enjoyed the company of the staff through the day. They were all so patient with him and seemed to really care about him. I’m so thankful waverly was part of his life and am beyond grateful to the caring staff there.

My dad received excellent care in the 18 months he was at Waverly Place Assisted Living. He moved only because there was an opening at the Oregon Veterans’ Home that we couldn’t pass up. The staff at Waverly Place are hard-working and attentive. Especially during this pandemic, they have done a great job of keeping their residents safe and healthy. I would recommend Waverly Place for peace of mind when your loved one needs a place to call home.

The Waverly Place staff did an excellent job of caring for our stepmom both in the assisted living community & the memory care community. During these extraordinary times of a pandemic they kept the residents safe and healthy to the best of their ability. They displayed great caring and compassion for our loved one. When the challenges of aging and end of life presented themselves they stepped up to meet the challenges. They embraced working with the Hospice team. They communicated effectively with family members. I highly recommend this community.

All who work here are kind and caring. They take time to really listen to their residents. There are many activities to choose from, many food choices, and the facilities are very clean and bright.

Nothing but great things to say. My parents receive outstanding care. They made the transition easy so welcoming and that had not changed.

If I could give this place no stars at all I would. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever worked for and I mean that whole heartily. They seem great on the outside, but once behind the scenes it’s horrific. If you’re a good person with good morals, don’t apply. And for the love of God do not put your family in this place! The management only cares how things look on paper. They don’t care if you truly love the residents, they don’t care how hard you work, or what you do for them. Oh and don’t you dare report any wrong doings to your manager unless you want retaliation or better yet, fired. The manager, of memory care and the head of Waverly place, team up together to sweep everything under the rug. My heart breaks for every person living in this facility. Especially memory care, since they cannot stick up for themselves. They do not allow memory care to mix with assisted living on field trips or special events because memory care people are “pests” and YES this is how they talk about your family!!! Do yourself and your family a favor and STAY AWAY!!

I recommend Waverly Living to everyone I meet. My Grandmother has the best care hands down. She lived in two other senior living places before we reluctantly moved her again. Since her move she is being cared for without false promises and excuses. She is attending activities and now has friends. The food is great I am able to join her for meal. I meet a lot of happy people. I’m very thankful we found Waverly before it was to late.

Ive been to a few of the events and dinners theyve had for families and I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen staff is friendly and the food was wonderful. Ive been to a few different retirement facilities across the country for family and this is definitely the best ive seen. And I wasnt at all expecting decent food, but it was very good with a lot of options and flavor. It seems as though they go out of their way to make residents and family members comfortable and welcome.

My mom was in a very bad situation and we needed to move her from one local facility to another one. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised about how warm and inviting everyone was. Waverly Place has truly changed my moms quality of life for the better and I can not say enough to assure other people whose loved one needs assisted living about how wonderful this place is. The Administrator Chantelle is amazing and has always made time to talk if I have had any concerns about my mom. I would recommend this facility to family and friends with the knowledge that their loved ones will most certainly receive the wonderful care my mom had.

Waverly Place is not just a beautiful place from the minute you walk in you feel right at home. Our needs are always met and Dad is content that is worth more than I can put into words. Thank you to all the hardworking people who take care of Dad!

I have been working with Waverly Place for over a year. I love my job and the residents. Waverly has brought me back to what I love most and thats taking care of the elderly. The staff are all amazing and show true commitment and compassion to everyone that lives there.

I love living at Waverly I was born in Albany and have come across so many people I grew up with. I enjoy all the great care staff, the food is really good and everyone is really nice.

Not a place I would recommend. I’m very disappointed in the things I’ve witnessed.. Management seems to have horrible people skills, which is worrisome for the residents.

The caregivers and med techs are wonderful although the management (Especially the Executive Director) in this building are unpredictable, unprofessional, and vindictive.
