Oh my... I can’t wait to tell you my experience with Visiting Angels. It’s started out 1 year ago when my grandmother was released from rehab for a fractured hip. Visiting Angels was prompt and timely in meeting with our family. We were able to choose our caregiver and wow, life is so much better as “Julie” our caregiver provides safety, medication reminders and companionship. Caregiver Julie is kind, caring and delightful. We have been with Visiting Angels from the start and highly recommend! We’ve had our same caregiver Julie since the beginning. Thank you! Visiting Angels is super special and deserve all 5 Stars ! The best home are in upstate NY hands down. God Bless

This was the most horrible experience my family has ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. We needed part time care for my mom. They either didn’t show up or sent inexperienced or awful caregivers. Sometimes they did not even call to let me know no one was coming. Other times they notified me right before a shift. Management is rude if you bring this up to them and does not take responsibility just a bunch of excuses or defensiveness. Highly disorganized, unreliable and poorly run agency. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

(But I’ve never been good with computers) Thank you for providing senior care services and vetting your caregivers and not just hire anyone that applies for a job. Visiting Angels provides my family with exemplary personal and companion care services. I can not find the words to express how Visiting Angels has changed my life for the better. The “other” Homecare agencies in Albany talk a good talk, but, lack on the delivery. Visiting Angels is the real deal. I am grateful for the professional lovely kindhearted caregivers and your office staff Beth and Kelly are awesome too. Visiting Angels is the best Homecare provider hands down in my book. Visiting Angels is “Americas Choice In Homecare” for a reason... they are the best Homecare agency in the capital region and I highly recommend. If your not pleased with your current Homecare provider and qant a refreshing change then call Visiting Angels !

Very disappointed. I understand staffing can be limiting due to the pandemic, however over the several months they only have showed up approximately 50% of the time. At least 3 times the office didnt even call to say the caregiver was not coming. They also have not followed up to let us know if a caregiver coming this week like they said they would and sure enough, no caregiver and no call again.
