I was expecting much more love and care from Teresian House. It is very disappointing seeing what care my patient is getting here. Look elsewhere for your loved one. Not here

Only reason I gave 1 star because I wanted to comment. They under pay employees. The top nun is miserable and mean for no reason. They have no control nor do they care about covid and it’s affects to their residences. Covid hit there hard 2 times! It’s sad when money comes before faith. Teresian house isn’t Catholic it’s money drawn. I work there not even 3 months. It was a joke. I felt bad for the residence and the food they was subject to eat. All their money is going to that place and for that place to be there finally stop before Heaven, I really felt for the residence and their family members.

Needs better management. Staff is not able to handle residents needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Worked there for 6 years. Place can never get its act together.

Ive worked at Teresian House for 3 years now, and the Administration is very serious about good Resident Care. They make sure everyone is well taken care of. Ive heard there is even a long waiting list to get into this place. Teresian House is a good place for your older Loved One.

My mother was in rehab in June 2019. This place is poorly run and dangerous. There are some incompetent nurses, doctors and aids. My mother is oxygen dependent. Her oxygen was turned off one morning when we arrived. She was incapable of doing this herself. She suffered with a blocked bowel for days and was in excruciating pain. Staff missed it. We had to call 911 to get medical help. My mother fell out of bed and hurt herself even though we said we were concerned this may happen — the staff took no precautions like lowering the bed or a warning mat. Several staff members were just cruel nasty people. On a positive not the physical, speech and occupational therapist were consistently excellent. I believe they were independent contractors.

The only clean, nice area is the lobby. The pkace is dirty and units have the strongest urine odor. I worked in nursing homes for years, not at all happy or impressed with this facility.

I happen to live at the Teresian House for the Elderly. And Im enjoying my life as much as possible.Its Open 24 hours a day.

The spiritual life for residents is combined with the necessary health needs of each person, thus providing an approach that serves the whole person

I worked here at one time and really enjoyed it. I know several people who lived here and were happy with the care.

Teresian House is a wonderful place!!My mother resided there for two years and I cannot say enough of how the staff works together to make the residents feel right at home..

I never thought there was a Nurseing so nice. I love living here.

Awful care is inconsistent was told mother had chest xray and it was negative then hospice came in and ordered a chest xray found to have pneumonia disgusting

My mother lived here for about 2-1/2 years and even though I cried every time I left , it was only because I missed her so much, I always knew she would be taken care of , she passed away last month and I will always have a special place in my heart for Teresian . Toward the end I knew she could be difficult due to the dementia put she was always treated with respect.
