I got a piece of debris stuck in my eye and was super uncomfortable. I really wanted to avoid an ER visit so I called to see if they would be able to help me. I called them at 6pm, was being seen at 6:30, and was home by 7:15 feeling extremely relieved and super happy that I found this place. They were all very friendly and attentive.

By far the best experience with any optometrist. Dr. Fong is incredibly thorough, has excellent bedside manners, and was sure to answer all 78 of my questions. The ladies in the front who run the show are also fantastic. They do require you to schedule ahead, so be sure to give yourself time for an appointment because they are in demand. They have some unique frames if youre looking for glasses. I am so happy I chose this place!

We’ve been going to Eyewise for a few years now. We like that they are an independent office and only sell independent brands of frames. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are particularly good at helping my husband and I leverage both our vision insurance policies to get the maximum benefit. At the same time they are not into high pressure sales, which I appreciate.

My trip to eye wise was such a pleasure. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me understand the tests and my results, and I was so happy with the frames I ordered. Additionally appreciate that they are open Saturdays as at a really convenient location.

I had to wait about 30 days for an appt BUT it was totally worth it. Great care and excellent service! When my glasses came in I wasnt happy with the lenses and the optometrist and the opticians were extremely helpful with the changes, wanting to make sure that I was comfortable with them. Just got my eyes checked by Dr. Lukens and I had an amazing experience! Throughout the years Ive been jumping from eye doctors to eye doctors, trying to find the right one. Other places Ive been to, seem to either be rushing or up-selling, which obviously makes for a poor experience.Dr. Lukens is very knowledgable, takes his time, and really seems to care about his patients. I have a very minuscule stigmatism in my left eye and my right eye was perfect. He did not try to up-sell and actually informed me that I do not need glasses. Ive been to another optometrist who actually gave me a prescription, but honestly the glasses never felt right so I didnt wear those. The staff were professional and got the job done, I have no complaints there!Throughout the process, both the staff and Dr. Lukens informed me multiple times that the room and equipment have been cleaned and sanitized, which made me feel at ease.Im so happy that Ive finally found my eye doctor! Now to find the right dentist...

I was happy that Eyewise automatically booked my annual eye exam for me…I can’t believe it’s already been a year! This is a nice convenience, especially given my experience with some medical professionals who would not even allow me to book an annual appointment, instead insisting that I wait and remember to call and make arrangements closer to the actual date.I’ve been very pleased with my glasses so far, and at my exam I ordered a new pair with a prescription more suited to computer work.

Lens became scratched and foggy. Eyewise indicated that eye glasses were still under warranty and lenses were replaced with no questions asked. Quick turn around and new lenses put into exiting frames in about 15 minutes. Customer service is outstanding, could not be more happy. Thank you.

Dr. Fong was great! He was very patient. Im very happy to recommend him. There was no pressure to buy glasses from the staff, though I did. Mostly, if not all independent brands. Not a front for luxottica,if that matters to you. They were happy to have new lenses put in my old frames and set me up with some great new specs.

I have been coming to Eyewise for my eye exams and glasses for approx 10 years now. Dr. Lukens is a very nice person, and a highly professional and thorough eye doctor. He comes off as very friendly, caring and easy going. The equipment and facilities at Eyewise seem very new, clean and high tech. With my insurance through Blue Cross I dont even have to pay a copay, and every two years I get a basic pair of glasses at no cost through my insurance. They also have a selection of the latest styles of glasses. Highly recommended!

I have a complex RX in my glasses and have had to send things back to the lab multiple times to get it right. He was patient and professional every single time. When I had to convert to progressive lenses, I had the same experience. he obviously loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. I would follow him to any other office location.
