My Mom has used TheraCare multiple times. She really likes her PT Heidi, and her OT Jeff. They do a great job with her, even when it isnt always easy. In the past she also had a great nurse and an great PTA Rick. Just about everyone has been patient and caring, and if there is ever a problem, TheraCare has been willing to fix it quickly.

As a patient, Theracare was awesome! All of the therapists were excellent - very helpful and kind. Heidi did a fantastic job and went above and beyond.I would recommend

Awful experience. They don’t ever call you back

If you are a nurse looking for a career, RUN! Run away as fast as you can. Here are the reasons the last five nurses left. HR jacks with your pay, they tell you one thing like they will reimburse you tolls and then dont, the DON at this point is useless, the schedulers have you driving sometimes 300 miles a day at the direction of the managers, and if you say anything about any of this they will blame corporate, maybe write you up, or push you into being PRN so they dont have to deal with you as an employee. They pay a bit better than most other agencies, but there is a reason that their most tenured nurse is only of 8 months. Feel free to give it a whirl, but dont say you werent warned.
