I worked for Pyramid but it was bought out by Elara Caring. Pyramid gave us paid holidays and payed time off. Elara Caring gives us nothing.They took it all away. Were supposed to get travel time but We dont even get that now or at least Im not getting it so I dont know what else there is to take away from us but I mean all youre doing is working for your hourly pay thats it thats nothing extra not even a Christmas card. The people that work out in the field and do all the work are DEFINITELY not treated fairly.

Elara Caring in Stillwater Ok is AMAZING! Their Hospice team was so caring to the whole family. They were the most incredible team and I cannot imagine having gone thru this experience without them. Now we are choosing them again for Home Health services for my Mom. They are #1 in our books! Thanks Elara Caring for being awesome! We will always be repeat customers when needed.

Not recommended as place of employment . Little communication , coworkers were good, poor upper management .Problem was 401k and financial office. They messed up my IRA, caused all kind of tax issues , won’t try to fix. Look elsewhere .

The company has a new owner they have not been organized they lost my husband out of there computer system finally found him out of the Hugo Oklahoma office which is about a 2 hour drive to our house. I have know complaints with the nurses. They are professional and they do there job.The company needs to get organized.

Let me tell you! I was not originally referred to Elara Caring after being discharged home from the hospital with a wound VAC. The first company was AWFUL! I knew my cousin-in-law worked in the home health industry so I asked around and she suggested her company. Still skeptical, because of the growing stigma that home health companies just hire anyone I agreed to give it a try and I that was the BEST DECISION I made in regards to my care and healing. From Eboni, the intake nurse that came the first day to one of the sweetest, most pleasant and caring Teandra, my nurse that had such a soft hand ( my wound VAC was so painful) but she would talk me through the pain,. I never felt rushed, and she allayed my fears and concerns. SHE WAS HUMAN! Feeling comfortable with your care is a part of healing as well. The only reason my care was discontinued was due to insurance and the fact that I improved. I almost didnt want to get better! LOL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you have family, loved ones please do NOT allow the hospital to select a home care company because usually the one they pick is who is giving (kickbacks, great lunches or some other nonbeneficial reason to you and your care) PLease choose Elara Caring, because that is what they do. CARE. Each person represented the company so well. They were so apologetic when my insurance no longer covered my visit. They seemed so genuine! I really appreciate all of their efforts, the care, the knowledge and making me feel comfortable.

Julie seriously saved the day for me and I dont say that lightly. Im tremendously grateful and so impressed by Julie and the Company - and as such, Id like to spread the word about this impressive Company and most specifically, Julie. It was a very stressful time for the family, and we were at a loss in knowing how to navigate this, while also under duress by the hospital staffs lack of concern and insistence in discharging my Aunt too soon.Thank goodness I was referred to Julie - this is when she stepped in! Julie is truly extraordinary and exceptional - she was immediately pro-active assessing the situation and providing expertise, vast knowledge and direction above and beyond what I could have dreamed of - and, not only for my Aunt, but also for my elderly parents for the future. She understood my situation immediately - and relayed thoughtful advice and next steps to prevent any casualties; and a step by step plan of action for the future. She also continued following up to ensure a positive outcome.....its rare to come across someone as dedicated, talented, compassionate and stellar as Julie - what an incredible reflection of the Brand. I felt like I was placed in the best hands with Julie, and she had my full confidence, as she successfully guided us through a most positive outcome for all family members! .Julies drive, passion and enthusiasm for her work is so evident, and shes a true advocate for her clients - she far exceeded my expectations.Julie successfully relieved a most stressful family situation - what more can anyone hope for!
