Horrifyingly unqualified to diagnose treat or counsel anything related to Depression, ADHD, Bi-Ploar, or related psychological condition. Very reckless. No referrals for patients in need of qualified professional services whatsoever. This man truly believes he can do everything under one roof. Very very dangerous, no respect for boundaries, he is abusive to his staff, including, verbal threats, following his employees home and sitting in the parking lot all hours of the night. Endless harassment through text messages, unannounced visits to employees homes. This man is disturbed. I know of many patients with blood pressure issues and diabetes that he refuses to refill medication for that have contacted him directly with stroke level blood pressure readings and refuses refills unless he is paid in advance $269.00 for an appointment. He is a monster and values nothing but his image and above all his revenue stream. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This man is under investigation for distribution of controlled substances as well as malpractice, HIPPA violations, gross negligence and substance abuse. This investigation has been ongoing for a year. He is also has been charged with harassment and stalking.The slandering of a patient with legitimate concerns just goes to show what kind of a human being this doctor is. If I was as out of bounds as he says then why would The Texas Medical Board be in the middle of performing such a long investigation? This man cannot even keep track of patient records. As far as I am aware patient confidentiality is actually a law. I am sickened by the lack of any boundaries with discussing my privacy protected information with other patients. His threats, bullying tactics and holding hostage medications dangerous to stop taking, i.e diabetic, blood pressure is abhorrent. Patients put in danger for and untill you pay $269 for refills is absolutely not what anyone should be exposed to when dealing with a healthy care professional. He says he has documentation of this patient? Why would he send many certified letters demanding records that should be protected to be returned? Blaming the patient for his inability to keep up with very sensitive confidential information is so very despicable and illegal. It goes without saying if anyone reading his response that all he cares about is his reputation, money, and patient shaming. Deplorable.Think twice before you get mixed up with this one. There is a plethora of qualified doctors in the same area. Dont risk your health ladies and gentlemen, this one is poison.
