Fantastic Physician! We love him and his nurse Daisy! He has been our family doctor for over 20 years and would not trade him for the world! He is caring, listens and always is able to resolve any ailments we come to see him about! If it was not for him my Fathers cancer would have kept going undetected! He is now cancer free! I did read some of the other reviews which is what prompted me to write this...the crying baby one was my favorite who calls someone to complain about their baby crying for hours that sounds like an e.r visit but anyways he is well worth his weight in gold DO NOT hesitate to see him!

I wish I could give NO stars... Mind you, this review is only of this particular doctors bedside manner. Ive seen other physicians in this practice that are wonderful to work with. Our 4 month old daughter started crying hysterically out of nowhere. We tried all our usual tactics trying to calm her down and her crying just got more and more intense. It lasted far longer than normal and was a cry that sounded like nothing weve heard before..at least not for that long.So we had the Dr on call paged.Dr Martinez calls us back asking what the emergency was.I explained what was going on, said she didnt have a fever, shes not dirty, shouldnt be hungry (& wouldnt eat when we tried)...etc.He asks me why Im having him paged for crying........I said sorry to disturb you, but we were told if baby cries for prolonged amount of time and/or you do not recognize this particular cry we should call the doctor. He said he didnt know who told us such thing, but you dont call for crying baby. To call back of she has fever, vomiting...blah, blah, blah.I said, yes well I wouldnt call for just a cry, we were concerned..thanks anyway and hung up.This is the same doctor weve had issues with before making us wait an hour or more for our appointment to begin after the appointed time. Unfortunately for us, he was the doctor on call tonight. Ill be looking into a whole different practice at this point. I love the doctor in the practice we were going to continue with but if we have to deal with this when hes on call, its not worth it.We will never step foot back into this practice thanks to him. It only takes one bad egg to ruin someones overall experience.

Staff was friendly, but unfortunately they are very unprofessional. I called a few times during office hours, and answering service always seems to answer. They state they will return from break/lunch at a certain time and that is not always true. Dr. Martinez was very rude and inconsiderate when requested to have medications changed or substitute due to financial issues. His response, well its the medication or funeral. Not only is that disrespectful but very inconsiderate of him to say. Truly disappointed.
