Doctors answer the phone, doctors call you back directly. You dont talk to the reception and then the nurse and then leave a message for the doctor to call. The doctors truly care and listen when you talk. The are on time and dont over book. They are not part of my insurance network, so my co pay is slight higher; but Im willing to pay a little more to keep my doctor.

They do not treat you like a unit on an assembly line. They actually take the time to get to know you and understand your health goals and concerns and treat you with respect and dignity and try to provide options and suggestions in your course of treatment. Dr Koecher is a true primary care physician who will remain engaged in your care plan even if a referral to a specialist is required. He will collaborate with the specialist to ensure you are in good hands and make sure all your questions are addressed. Again, true patient care is what this practice stands for which is hard to find in this day and age...
