I went in on a Saturday with my husband. The woman that cut my hair was there alone. She seemed to be so busy that she was just rushing through hair cuts and not caring about quality. My hair turn out to be lopsided by an inch. I asked for one thing to keep bangs above eyebrow which was not done. And also getting frustrated because my hair was so thick the layers were taking longer. As well as when my husband got a hair cut from her he said she hurt him pretty bad because hse was rushing full speed. She pulled worse than when he got his hair cut off for basic training for military and they are told to rush and not care. Worse experience ever. As well as she did not clean the hair from chair from person before me and with covid going on was very unprofessional. Never going back and had to get someone else to fix my hair.

Stylist was rude and butchered my child’s hair , literally never had such a bad experience in my life. Manager was very nice and fixed it as much as possible but that doesn’t make up for having a unprofessional employee.

Audrey was kind, professional and did a great job on my cut and layer trim, will definitely be returning!

KiKi got my daughter in and out. Her personality made our experience Fun...Shes super sociable and gave great suggestions for my daughters new hairstyle. I would recommend her to Everyone....

I gotta give it to Qui Qui y’all! I went in with half a head of dreads just ready and prepared to go bald. I was mentally preparing myself for the long journey of regrowth that was ahead. Qui Qui sat me in her chair and was like please let me save it. That’s exactly what she did. I left the salon with the dreads in the rear view, and am currently rockin the sexiest swing bob in Abilene, if I do say so myself. If y’all wanna compete then you need to go see Qui Qui!! If you don’t wanna go bald, go see Qui Qui!

I chose this place because its right next to my job and I could just walk over after work. I went in awhile back to have my bangs trimmed. There was a long wait because they were pretty busy. I did not mind the wait. I had one more person in front of me. When I thought I was going to be next, the lady just walked to the back without saying a word to the people in the waiting area. She did some cleaning up and just left. I feel that she should have practiced better customer service by taking a minute to explain the wait time to the people in line. When I was finally seen, they did not apologise for the hour and a half wait. I also wasnt happy with the result of the trim.I feel like they really need to work on their customer service skills. I may consider giving them another chance as their location is very convenient for me. Hopefully my review will change.

I went and got my 2 kids haircuts. First she cut my first daughters hair uneven and missed spots, then she cut my youngest hair about 2 inches shorter than what I wanted, and missed cutting some spots. I couldve done a better job at home. I will not be back.

Qui qui is the star of the place. No one can cut hair like her. Ask for Qui Qui and you wont be disappointed.

The lady that cut my daughters hair did awful. It was SO UNEVEN! And as she was telling me 2 of the employees that work there were home sick, her mask was off her mouth and nose. I have a newborn and high risk husband. You need to do better.

Employees here have always been welcoming and friendly. My husband once left his wallet behind and the manager found him through social media to make sure that he knew she had found it and they were keeping it safe until we could pick it up! We would have eventually come to look for it once we realized it was gone, it but that was really nice of her.

Rude people. I walk in with my two children, to get their hair fixed that another place messed up. I walk in the lady at the front that greeted the person before walks away. 25 minutes later another lady comes to the front, according to their sign in list my kids were next, she looks at us, doesn’t say anything, then goes into the back room. Clearly they don’t want to deal with you unless youre old or are a regular. I wasted 30 minutes before I walked out. I’ll take my money elsewhere .

I showed the lady cutting my hair a simple combover haircut, and she did everything other than the photo. A week before prom and I was getting my hair cut for it and now its all gone. If you show a picture make sure the barber knows you want that!!!! Horrible Horrible horrible
