My regular stylist was booked. I had called other places and was told they were as well.Fiona answered the phone when I called, told me to come on in.She gave me a great cut, and was very nice.Appreciate her service very much.

Normally I have no complaints about SmartStyle. I have being seeing the same stylist for years!! On several occasions I was told by another stylist (who I later learned was the regional boss) that my stylist no longer worked in the salon. I would stop into the salon when shopping at Walmart or call when I needed an appt. However, after each of these times I learned that this was a lie. My stylist did in fact still work there. And I find out that I’m not the only customer she said this to!! It’s frustrating to see people attempt to sabotage hard working employees and makes it difficult for customers to trust the service of the salon. I posted my concerns on SmartStyle’s website and guess who contacted me? Not the district manager!! You guessed it!! The person I made the complaint about. She called my phone that very afternoon. And then my stylist was FIRED!! SmartStyle needs to get their act together. My stylist is the ONLY one who will ever cut my hair. Wherever she goes, I will follow. And I’m not the only one!!!

She was 15 min late with no apology, I told her to leave the sides long, she cut them short, and did not use clippers to cut the hair on the back of my neck. The worst haircut experience I’ve had in 20 years!

It was the 1st time for Kiki to take care of my hair. I had it colored and added high lights and low lights. She also cut it shorter for me. When she washed my hair, I could have sat there all day. It felt good and she made me feel good.

I came to get a trim and I was seated by Rhonda and I told her I didnt want my hair short just a little trim then she suggests a 1 guard and im like no i just want a little off then she suggests a 2 then shelbie steps in and says no he just wants a little off thats to much and for some reason Rhonda was just insisting I get a short haircut so I asked shelbie if she would give me the haircut because she seemed like she knew what was doing and she was actually listening to what I wanted so thanks to her i got the trim I wanted

I have very thick and naturally curly hair. Many stylist dont take into account the natural curl. But I got a great haircut from Casey. I will be returning to her! Also the price is a plus!

My appointment started at 1:30 and I didn’t walk out until 8:30, after closing. My neck and back have been stiff for days from sitting there so long. I asked to add color, and to pick out some of the coppery pieces if she could. My hair was not only bleached, but because it took 7 hours, my hair is unevenly bleached making some pieces much lighter than others. Due to using the bleach versus color, the copper pieces she picked out are now a brassy orange. On top of it all, color is listed to be $69, as well as bleached highlights. Plus $10 for long hair, so I could work with $79. But I was charged $120, including a $20 toner I did not ask for or had knowledge of it being applied. She told me she wanted to blow dry my hair to see the result, which I told her was fine because my hairdressers have always blow dried my hair. What she did NOT tell me was that she was going to charge $17.95 for “basic style” to blow dry my hair. I was appalled, and still am. I hate my hair so much, I’m close to pulling a 2007 Britney.Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure my hairdresser can give you a great cut. And during my 7 hours there, she was greeted by many customers and friends who seemed to adore her. She was nice and polite. Just don’t go to Daisy for color. I’ve never been so unhappy.

My daughter (21 months) and my son (age 4),hair cuts turned out great! Not to mention how friendly and amazing, the stylist was towards my children. I will be returning!

Great experience With Daisy Sheikh at Smart Style Salon! She been doing my hair for the longest time an she always matches the colors I want for my hair!! If you ever need a color or try something new that’s out of your comfort zone she the the one to go too!! 🤗

Good service and nice cut. The salon itself was messy. Needs a good wipe down in the front area. Boxes needed to be put away. This is the only reason for 4 stars. The hair dresser was nice and experienced.

Shelbi was constantly being rude and aggressive towards her customers and coworkers

I would advise to NOT go to Yvette. To start, I had walked in the store and waited a few minutes because everyone seemed busy...as I turn around I see “Yvette” walking in so I addressed her..”hey! How are you” and got back a stand offish hello. I told her what I wanted which was 2-3 inches off with layers..and I would like my hair shampooed...she told me she would shampoo after..why? I DONT KNOW. Because I requested one before...she then starts combing through my knotted hair which was not a very great feeling. Then starts trimming. AFTER 10 MINUETS OF ME BEING IN THE CHAIR SHE IS DONE! I HAVE HAIR DOWN TO MY BUTT AND VERY THICK (one stylist even commented on how long and thick it was) THERE IS NO WAY SHE COULD COMB THROUGH IT, TRIM IT AND PUT LAYERS...so I look at it and I was not happy at all. I skipped the shampoo...which is usually the best part. And I told her I wasn’t happy with my hair and she had nothing to say. My hair looks like someone took a ruler too it and cut straight across. And I paid 18 and some change. ALSO THE WHOLE TIME I WAS SITTING THERE IT WAS JUST AWKWARD SILENCE. She didn’t make me feel welcome at all. If anything she made me feel like I was intrusive. Either way I will not be back. And I suggest, you at the very least to not go to this very rude women.

I took 3 of my kids there and 2 of them had one lady that felt like she just rushed through it. And the one that did my other kid she took her time making sure it was perfect wish there were more like her.

Love the cut, the lady “daisy” is so friendly. Highly recommended.

The sign behind the front desk says that a shampoo and condition are included in the price, my stylist did neither of these things. She never even asked me if I wanted them. Also she only used a spray bottle to wet the tips of my hair to cut them, she also did not part my hair down the middle when cutting it so Im pretty sure my hair is uneven... thank you for that! And lastly she never even asked if I wanted it blow-dried or styled. She basically just took the cape off of me and walked me to the front to pay. She barely spoke to me the whole time which was not good customer service. The stylist I had didnt seem to care for her job what so ever. However the other employees seemed very friendly!

I took my 3 year old son to have his hair cut and was not impressed. My son got a fade and she left uneven spots in his hair and even a little bald spot. I had to wait for about 20 mins. and she wasnt to good with my son. Will not go back!
