This is an Awesome Nail Salon! Ive used a lot and have not found another one that shapes my nails the way I like, until I started coming here! Theyre friendly and fast too.

Walked in with long, natural nails and told them I would like to keep all my length and my natural shape and I asked to just get them dipped. Walked out with basically no length, filed down to nothing and the shape as basically perfect squares. After asking for them to be more natural/just more rounded, I gave up and just fixed the shape on my own when I got home. Never been more dissatisfied in a nail salon.

I went there today and while my friend was getting her nails done I was waiting for someone to ask me what I wanted but no they were only askin the girls like I’m just wondering if it was cause I was a boy but that shouldn’t mean anything like they just kept lookin at me like they wanted to say something it was just very disappointing and I will not be goin back to the disappointing nails place, waste of my time

Nice little salon. Fairly busy. Owned by a Vietnamese couple who both work there. Quick and fairly efficient. Touched up the area I pointed out which I was pleased about. Over all, I left happy.

I have never thought that until my last visit. Was a 5 every time prior. Last visit, picked out color scheme I wanted, told them what kinda nails and settled in to relax and feel pampered. My 2 yr old son was with me, in his stroller and I had an appointment in an hour and a half. He began the process, got all the way to applying the colored hombre glitter powder and I felt, next to the last step. Then, I see its not blending in the change of shade like it should. He puts one hand in a bowl of liquid and says, while filing off color from the other hand, sometimes the color doesnt do as well as another color did. He said he could do almost the same but better with a different polish. Thats when I realize, 15 minutes till my appointment, with my baby beginning to get hungry and fussy and restless, that he was completely removing the set I thought was done in two or three minutes. And starting over from step one. I knew he was new and could tell he was embarrassed about not being able to do what I chose and more than likely extremely anxious because of those same reasons. I ask what time they close because I CANNOT miss this appointment but I would be back right after it ended. I was not told sorry for the time, inability to do, inconvienence of having to return with my hungry fussy 2 yr old. Nor was I even told goodbye and see you when you get back. Or even looked at as I was leaving. There was no offer of apology, possible discount, either in part or in full due to my loyalty or even a free nail charm, design or something extra for the pattern. I felt bad for the one doing my set. But felt more at the complete and total lack of even eye contact as I left. I didnt get my meeting finished with enough time to drive back and start fresh. Thought Id go the next day. After having the night and morning to actually think it over, I decided not too. As I proceeded to attempt to remove the bits of the set that didnt fully come off. Then adhered to my skin, under my nails, with mostly removed different shades of blue. Was very disappointed with my last visit.

Absolutely loved my nails they did an amazing job. Very kind. Easy to talk to and understand. I would highly recommend. I will be going back soon

Im very disappointed with this place. I should have known better after all the horror stories Ive heard about it, but the reviews looked good... I went in the have my dip redone and omg seriously my nails hurt!!! The guy keep filing my nails down further and further with the electric drill tool to the point that I had to ask him to stop and asked if we can soak the rest off. He said no and continued to file my nails down to the point that Im not sure if my nails ever be a normal thickness again. Plus the dip itself is very uneven and the way he cut them across the front is crooked. He also cut my nails super short. My nails were long and pretty when I went in there. The dip is supposed to make your nails feel stronger, but my nails freshly done feel flimsy and very sore. I usually get my nails done at Sexy Nail and that where I should have gone. I will Never come back to this place and I will be sure to let anyone I know not to come here either.

I love this place so much! The people are nice and gental, I give Natural Nails 5 starts!

They are very friendly and clean.My nails always last for along time , they never break or chip .The employees always use the best nail equipment and products .And they take their time too no rushing .The best place by far here in the Abilene and surrounding area.

I am VERY hard on my nails and they always take the time to make my nails look good again and they last to my next appointment without breaking or chipping. They are very detailed with their work. Definitely try this place out if your in search of a new nail salon.

The location is easy to access. Their prices are a bit higher than average for the area. But they have a clean environment and a lot of color options. They seemed to have limited employees. Was told that women do male pedicure and men for women. We had to wait a bit for our services due to that rule. They also charge a fee for using a card.** update... my pedi polish started chipping in 2 days!! Grrr

Called in for a price on a pedicure and drove all the way there and was told they werent doing pedicures.

I live in Lubbock but was here all summer and am a little picky about where I get my nails done. Several people recommended this place in the summer, and I went quite a few times and never had a bad experience! Very friendly staff, and the prices are well worth the work! I love this place.

I have been getting my nails done at Natural Nails for going on 3 years now. I have never had a complaint! The staff is great, especially Lily and Kenny! Lily always does a fabulous job on my nails. She does exactly what I ask and goes out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer! She knows what I like and dislike and I never have to remind her! I have complete trust in her! We talk about our lives and new things going on and it makes the environment so much more personal. I always enjoy going to Natural Nails and seeing the gang. If you dont get your nails done here, youre missing out! :)

I totally disagree with the other reviewer. I have been going to Natural Nails for several years and have seen it change ownership several times. The current owners are very professional, polite, and make sure their customers are satisfied with their services. I also find that their rates are very reasonable. I suggest you give their services a try and form your own opinions.

Walked in to get my eyebrows done. Did not have to wait long and the lady did a great job! Very pleased

My daughter and I stopped by there late one evening. At the end of the ordeal neither of us was happy at all with the job done on our nails. They cut them short when we didnt want them to . Nails were polished every badly. Must have use old polish, as my nails went from coral to orange! Will not be going there again! Had to do one star for it to let me post!

Not even 24 hours later my nail broke from carrying shopping bags. You would think that arcrylic nails would be strong against bags.

Natural Nails is my go-to nail salon in Abilene! I go during the week because they arent as busy and I always get right in! Always a relaxing experience

I made an appointment last week for them. I get there and they told me I had 9 walkins ahead of me and it was gonna be while even though I made the appointment in advance. Whats the point of making appointments when they are going to be honored under any circumstance? I waited 30 min past my appointment then left because none of the 9 had even been touched yet. Ridiculous. Apparently they cant tell walkins they have to wait or they are too busy. Plus, every new person who came in behind me, was told it was only going to be 10 minutes wait. HA. AGAIN, no one had been touched that were there hours before myself.

The place looked a bit run down once inside. I wanted a cute design and they told me to look at their instagram or face book page for them. I had saved some pics but chose one they had there. Then they acted like they couldnt do the design which was just a two color full set. Then he redid one of my nails 3 times. I didnt mind so much but it hurt my nail. I had this place recommended to me, but i dont think i will be back. My experience wasnt horrible but it wasnt the greatest either.
