Being without a viable hear aid is the pits. I’m glad I was in the able friendly hands of HRC and Latifa. Yesterday, I met with cheerful, friendly Annette Berg at the Westminster office to respond to the Birthday Card gifts of a pack of batteries and the cleaning of my hearing aids. She not only offered those gifts, but she quizzed me about just how well my hearing aids were performing. As she listened to my comments, she was able to set up programs so that I could control the aids better in difficult environments. I like her thoroughness in finding solutions to my gradually degrading hearing sensitivity, and I can heartily recommend her to anyone needing aid in hearing.

Melissa Martinez and Jennifer Clarke gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I was having trouble with my hearing aids, the right one was whistling and missing a small white piece in the hard tubing. Melissa looked for this piece in stock and did not find so she ordered one. Melissa called me when it came in, she and Jennifer changed the tubing on my aids, adjusted the circuits and even took time to explain how to use the audio button on my right aid. This is the kind of service that makes people come back. I have made an appointment to look into getting new Hearing Aids. Thank you Melissa and Jennifer.

BEWARE: Fraud AlertThis business states they will refund your purchase within 30 days but then does not, continues to deceptively say they will but never does.1) on 10/12, I paid them $3,600 (6 days after picking up my Lyric hearing aids) & the charge showed on my Visa that same day.2) on 11/2 (21 days after purchase), I returned the Lyric hearing aids for poor fit &, since it was within the 30-day trial period, I was eligible for a full refund so I received a refund statement (showing the charge reversal).3) 8 days later (on 11/10), I called to ask why the refund had not yet showed on my Visa. Annette Berg said, Im surprised. This time I will give it to someone I know processes these things quickly.4) now 25 days later (on 11/27), I called still not seeing the refund. This time Annette Berg said, Really still? Well, that person did just return from maternity leave. I will check & call you back. She never did.5) now 28 days later (on 11/30), I called still not seeing the refund & announced I was filing a fraud report with the Better Business Bureau & Colorado Attorney Generals Office.6) the same day, John Currant left me a voicemail stating they were processing my refund.7) the same day, John Curran emailed me an image of a “credit voucher.”8) now 33 days later (on 12/5), still no refund so I filed the fraud reports.

Just took my father in for a hearing test; as his hearing aids werent as helpful as he had hoped when he got them at another place. Everyone here was so helpful and kind. We were treated with respect and didnt have a wait to see the Dr. We will definitely be back and consider this THE place to go from now on.

I obtained my hearing aids from Hearing Rehab Center in Westminster about 5 years ago. Ive been very pleased and have rarely felt the need to return to the clinic. I did, however, go last week and was seen by audiologist Annette Berg. She was wonderful. She gave me a full hearing test to see if anything had changed. She diagnosed and fixed a couple of issues I was dealing with, gave me some very worthwhile advice and did all this in a very friendly, professional manner. When I asked about payment she told me their policy is to work with all their clients to help them make their hearing as good as possible. As such, she said, there is no charge for this type of maintenance work. We want you to come back whenever you feel the need. Everyone in the clinic was helpful and friendly... to include the new office manager they were training at the time I was there.

My wife and I had recent hearing evaluations by Dr. Jennifer Clarke. She was very prompt, courteous, and thorough, and explained all her findings and recommendations and options. No high pressure sales pitch. Excellent service!

We went in today to get replacements for lost hearing aids and we were very happy with Dr. Leah. She was so helpful and so thorough. My mom had seen the doctor before and would only see this doctor. I see why. Really a wonderful experience.

I have had three other evaluations for tinnitus but unless I saw, Annette Berg at Westminster Hearing Rehab Center no one put a hearing aide in my ears. Once Annette put the Styletto in my ears the tinnitus went away! Annette is the best!

Excellent service. I had a hearing aid that had a volume control failure about 10 days after the warranty expired. HRC got it repaired at no charge and turned it around very quickly.

Both my husband and I go to HRC. He went there for new hearing aids and he hears quite well now. I go annually just to check up on my hearing. I dont need hearing aids yet, but when the time comes, Ill go to HRC. They are prompt, kind and very efficient.

I was gifted a pair of hearing aides from this location. Everyone there was so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Deweese worked with me to re-program my hearing aides and explained in detail how to use and take care of them. My visit to HRC was very pleasant I was greeted with a smile by the resepentist . My appointment was at 10:30 I did not have to wait I was taken in the the hearing room area. my Dr was Dr.Jennifer Clark. The hearing test was routine but I was experiencing difficulties with back ground noise and hearing conversations. Dr. Clark increased the settings from three to four giving me more options with which to control the situation I was in. She also installed new tips on my hearing aids with firmer tips as mine would fall out when doing physical things. They are now no longer a problem. Which makes my Life much better. Thank you HRC.

I wanted to take a moment to praise the staff at Hearing Rebab Center on 120th. For a few years, they have been taking care of my 91-year-old mom’s hearing needs. As her dementia has worsened, I’ve had to visit the office often in order to get the folks there to fish out a stuck battery in her hearing aids. For a while, it was happening nearly every week. Starting with Melissa at the front desk, the staff is always understanding and can-do. Their kindness always eases my frustration.In fact, I’m writing this the night before I have to head up Federal Blvd to ask them to get a stuck battery again. I know they’ll do their best, probably get it out and send me on my way.Our daily lives are often helped immeasurably by the so-called “intangibles.” In the case of HRC this means people doing their jobs with skill and gentle care. Thanks HRC for the skill and care.

Friendly knowable staff who arent just in it for the money. Unlike other places they knew of grants to help getting hearing aides. Other places just tried to sell hearing aides and didnt mention any thing about there being grants that may pay for hearing aides

My father received hearing aids from the Veterans Administration (VA) a couple years ago. Ever since hes receive them, he has had a hard time hearing out of them. Ive taken him back to the VA to have them figure out what the problem is and they kept saying nothing is wrong, nothing is wrong -everything was fine with the hearing aids, its just his hearing is very poor. We knew his hearing was very bad however, after several attempts to the VA and going to other audiologist in the private sector we decided to go to the Hearing Rehab Center to see if they can help us. Luckily we went to the office in West minster, Colorado and saw Dr. Nicole Deweese. She is the Director of Audiology. That was the best experience we have had with his hearing aids. As soon as she completed several different hearing test, she knew that something wasnt right with his hearing aids because of the testing results were conflicting; come to find out there was a short in his hearing aids that he had received from the VA . She contacted the VA to get warrantee information and found that they were still under warranty so at that time she contacted the manufacture for repair. After several attempts, they finally corrected the problem and he can now hear where he wasnt able to do so previously. Dr. Deweese has been a Godsend to my family and my father for helping us in this time of need of dealing with a person that has such bad hearing. Thank you Dr. Deweese for all of your help and extraordinary service. you were a Godsend and thank you again. God bless!

Dr. Natasha Trozzolo was very efficient, knowledgable and polite when helping Mom to evaluate the use of the hearing aids the Hearing Rahab Center markets. We think she did a great job and the Hearing Rehab Center could be very helpful to those in need of hearing aids.
