I saw John Cummins today for a check-up.I was greeted with a friendly hello from the receptionist at the front desk immediately upon entering and offered coffee or water...WOW!John is very friendly and courteous as well as thorough.He takes the time to explain, very clearly, each step of the exam and has the patience to handle a slow learner like me.I am very happy with the care I receive there and will absolutely continue using them for my hearing needs.

Ive had a wonderful experience with Connect Hearing here in Westminster, Maryland. The secretary and Audiologist there are caring, supportive, and professional in what they do.

Connect Hearing is a great find! John is wonderful and thorough and office person Melissa is very kind and helpful. My test showed that I have minor hearing impairment. I got a trial pair of hearing assists and, after two weeks, I determined I will return next year and see how much my hearing has worsened and will probably purchase the assists then. Highly recommend!

John Cummins, Adiologist provided a through hearing examination. John took as much time as I needed to answer my questions about trying new hearing aids. Afterward he fitted me with a new set of hearing aids to wear for 2 weeks. It is evident in Johns caring and thorough demeanor that his focus is on the client. A refreshing experience.
