Bldg 2270 Suite 201. This place is terrible!!! is there anyone in charge of time management here? we had an appointment for 2:30 PM and its 3:20PM and not a sense of urgency or consideration for peoples time!!! why is it? is this because we are too close to Mexico that we have to operate like a third world country??unbelievable!!! this is horrible!

The imaging was done very professionly, I was told what he was going to do before he did the imaging. Very good with the iv he had to put in, he answered all my questions, this 75 year old man (me) was happy with the procedure.

I had an MRI done on Wednesday morning. I always get little nervous. I hate being in a confined space. The technician had excellent bedside manners. He made sure I felt comfortable through the procedure. I would recommend this facility. ( I am sorry I dont recall the young mans name that did the MRI TEST)

Not pleased at all, in fact quite upset.Let me explain why one star is one too many.1) Appointment was scheduled a month after labs were completed. I could have been informed during scheduling that I would be required to schedule for new labs prior to arriving ... I was not.2) They had at least three weeks to inform me but instead tried calling me the day prior to my appointment to inform me. Really?3) They called twice and twice I returned their calls and the person on the line claimed the calls were made only for the effort to remind me of my appointment.4) Once I arrived and was informed I had needed new labs the young lady next to the one attending me told her nonchalantly Oh, just cancel his appointment and have him return once he gets his labs done. Really ... just cancel my appointment as if my time and efforts was of no consequence. Really ... the missed medications, the fasting the night before, the early wake up call, and the long drive meant nothing!As far as I am concerned the rating should be -5 stars.

I got there about 20 minutes early, and shortly after the technicton called me to a room and did the imaging on my neck. She seemed confident and experienced. She was pleasent and answered most of my questions.

My CT Scan was scheduled for Monday, May 17th. Unfortunately the machine broke down just before my Test. Miguel was very sorry for the inconvenience. He called me at home and told me that the machine was back up and to come in early, Tuesday morning for my test. Miguel was very professional and made me very comfortable.

The x-ray techs were great. The front office is lacking, I had to call them to make an appointment even though my doctor said that they would call me to schedule the imaging. I then found out that my x-ray order was a STAT order and they really should have called me to schedule the images so that I could get my results STAT. I also had a question about the imaging ordered and they obviously dont know anything about x-rays because I got 2 different answers and had to ask the techs. If the office personnel doesnt have an answer, they should tell you to talk to the techs about your questions, not answer with misinformation

With the covid 19 going on really didnt want to spend much time sitting and waiting for my MRI. I was checked in immediately upon arriving, then waited a very short time to be called in. Waiting room had very few people waiting so felt comfortable. All in all it was done very quickly and without a lot of worry on my part which I appreciated. Thanks YRMC

Staff is way to argumentative and combative on the phone. Yuma’s the worse place ever to be sick at. This place and the Sunset clinic on ave B are the worse. YRMC was calling me last Monday, wondering if I was going to reschedule my surgery. The paperwork was from Sunset health. They lost two appointments for my Covid vaccination, the third time I wasn’t even on the list. I’ve been trying to get an mri worked out for three months. One office blames the other. I see A pa, her last name is Pritchett I think. She’s great,,? I wish her all the best in her career. She’s in a nasty place.

First time going to the imaging center. My daughter who is 7 has to have an X-ray of her abdomen. We waited for maybe 5mins and once in the back the tech was beyond friendly! She eased my daughters nerves and it was an overall great experience.

This facility does not seem to be concerned about the clients. I asked for prints of my exrays and after waiting almost an hour was given a cd. When I said that I had nothing to view the cd with, they were very unconcerned. I still havent seen my exrays as even my PT cant open them. Im not sure when or if my doctor will get them.

A sandy called and left a voice mail for me to schedule an appt.on 8/25 and when I called she said there was no record of her calling me and leaving a voice mail.I explained I was referred by a specialist and shed verify and never cared to call back.and the billing girl that was there didnt know what she was doing ,that she had to call her supervisor to help her how to cancel my transaction.Not to say more the guy that was suppose to do my MRI didnt know how to talk.He was loud and stupid.He needs to be more careful with patients that could have a pulled ligament or pulled muscle .this guy didnt care if I was in pain.when I was put on the MRI bed.

My wife had 6 x Rays, which took about 30 mins. 2 of knees , 2 of elbows, and 2 of her shoulders. They were over 700 each.The bill was over 4,250 !!!!!!My part after Cigna insurance paid is 2244 dollars. Which is shocking and difficult to pay.And Promed is in network with Cigna!Try to get an estimate of what they will charge you.The service was not bad, we were there an hour.

Horrible horrible unorganized place. My husband went in for a special test. When he called they said walk in is fine because it was before 8:00am. Husband Arrived at 7:25am, filled out proper forms and was told it would be 30 mins. After an HOUR of patiently waiting, he asked what was taking so long that is when he was told by a tech. he needed to make an appointment. How bout you inform us CORRECTLY PEOPLE!!

My mom is a wheel chair bound patient. Her primary care physician recently ordered an x-ray, so I called the facility to validate if they could take the x-ray while she remained in the wheel chair. The individual that answered the phone, placed me on a brief hold, returned to the call and said, yes, that would not be a problem.The family arranged for medical transport and we arrived safely. As we were escorted back to a room to answer a few more questions, of which 1 of the questions was that we would need to place my mom on a different chair, which is NOT an option. It was only then, that the attending technician indicated that the facility does not have the resources to take the x-ray while my mom remained in the chair. The technician did ask who I had spoke to, but it never occurred to me, that I needed to remember the responding persons name.While the technician was apologetic, she did offer information that the local hospital has the equipment to take x-rays for patients while they remain in her chair.The downside of this unfortunate indicate is primarily on the patient from an emotional and traumatizing aspect, but also the the negative financial impact.I just consider this a very unfortunate oversight on the part of the facility and the information that is disseminated to the callers.

I had an appt for am MRI .the night before my appt I was sick with a stomach virus, I was hoping by morning it would be gone, but unfortunately it was not. I contacted the ofc to reschedule the appt. They put me on hold to check the schedule. I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks. I asked about a cancellation list and was told there wasnt one. I told her I couldnt wait 2 weeks , I would have to take my chances and keep the appt. I couldnt believe it when I she told me they had already given my appt to someone else. WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE PHONE. I asked to speak to the ofc manager. I spoke with Sandy and she explained they had given my appt to someone on the cancellation list, which I was told they didnt Have. I will never go to or recommend this establishment to anyone. Very unprofessional of the ofc mgr to handle this the way she did. After reading my post I realized that I was being unfair to the rest of the staff, on a prior appt i was treated very well by the MRI technician, Maybe an ofc mgr with a more professional attitude would be beneficial.
