Very smooth operation. All steps on time. All staff friendly and efficient. Felt safe from the COVID virus. My radiation technician(wish I could remember her name ) was the kindest and nicest young lady you could hope for. She was above and beyond in caring. A very pleasant encounter

Lets see, if I have any complaint it is a petty one, simply that I dont need hundreds (exaggeration) of reminders that I have an upcoming appointment. My greeting, wait time, processing, time in procedure were all very reasonable. I only interacted with one radiology tech and she was very personable, made me comfortable. Test results were slow at thirty hours, but I suspect we are getting spoiled by same-day results, and thirty hours is not so bad. So yes, it was all good.

The staff were all great. The registration staff were friendly & helpful. The radiology staff were very understanding & did not rush me. I am unsteady when standing and they made sure I was comfortable standing and felt safe.

Had to get x rays of chest and sinuses. The check in was brief and thorough with little delay. Had to wear mask due to a cough. Was called in and sat waiting for less than 5 minutes. The technician called me in, brought me to the x ray room. Told me what I would need to do and then showed me how to do it. Took maybe 5-6 minutes time to go through all the positions that the x rayed from. All the employees were polite, efficient and seemed to be knowledgeable in their duties.

Went in for a mammogram, and I was in and out in no time. Everyone was very nice. Also I liked the fact that they were making sure everyone was sanitizing and keeping distance. I get my mammograms done here every year and Ive always had a good experience.

Went in for a walk in x-ray. This is during COVID-19 so I did inquire beforehand the best time to show. I was advised to go in after lunch between 2-2:30, and to wear a face mask. Upon showing up at 2:05 I was advised to sanitize and have a seat. I was in and out in 20 minutes!! Great service.

Great job. I was registered quickly. As I was going to find a seat in the second lobby for my procedure, I was called back! I never even sat down to wait to have my ultrasound. Impressive! Great service to all!!! :)

I had a mammogram done here by a technician named Pam. She was wonderful! I decided to have the 3D imaging done after learning that if my insurance doesn’t cover it, it is only $100 dollars more. Having cancer run in my family made me decide it was worth it to be able to have clearer images.

Had trouble having my release of records sent to Edmonds Wa. Breast Center. Signed 2 releases and Edmonds Breast Center called 5 times to get help.My Dr. here in Yuma was on hold for 20 minute then hung up to go to another patient.Still waiting to find out wwhat is needed for another mamogram

I arrived at YRMC Diagnostic Imaging 5 minutes before my appointment as directed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was wearing a mask and gloves when I went in. The young man who greeted me was very pleasant and directed me to use the hand sanitizer after I removed my gloves. He offered to give me another pair of gloves when I had competed my test. He then directed me to check in at the desk. There were no other patients waiting at the desk however I was not acknowledged for several minutes while the three young women at the desk continued to talk to one another in Spanish. I was finally acknowledged and told to “take a seat”.I was called to the back intake area by Paula who was very pleasant and efficient after which she instructed me to go down the hall to the waiting area. My appointment was for 2:50 PM. I was not taken in for my 3D mammogram until around 3:40 PM. Deanie, the tech, apologized for the wait. She was on loan from another office. She was delightful, efficient and thorough, explaining the procedure with patience.I gave three stars for this visit, one for each positive interaction. I took off two stars because of the lack of professionalism by the three young women at the check-in desk.This is not what I have come to expect of YRMC.

I needed to have a CT scan done in a hurry before scheduled surgery. They worked me in got it done in an expedient manner and delivered the reports to the doctor. All this done very politely and professionally they definitely rate a five star in my book.

My husband had an early morning MRI. They told us to be there at 6:00 am and the MRI would be at 6:30 am, lasting about 30 minutes. We were on time and checked in, and at 6:30 the tech came and got my husband and he was finished by 7:00 am. The were kind, helpful and very efficient. If ever we have to do this again, we would definitely go back to this location. New, nice, comfortable, clean and great people.

I arrived at the imaging Center below the hospital, only allowed to enter 5 minutes early and gave my name ,after they gave me a squirt of sanitizer,then allowerd to the register desk. I waited a very short time prior to my procedure. The technician was very professional and courtious. The experience was pleasant and made me feel safe over precautions taken to protect from the virus were well carried out.

You guys are great. Every step of my MRI was completed on time and with the least discomfort. A disc was provided for my Physician within minutes and complete results were forwarded later the same day. Wish all health care could be as thorough and pleasant as you make it.

Showed up on time for appointment. Waited and waited to be called back to get things done. After 25 minutes the receptionist asked who I was waiting for. Stated I had an appointment and was still waiting to be called. Appointment was at 2. Saw the first radiologist at 2:40 and finally saw the last radiologist sometime after 3.

I had a mammogram a few days ago and Sarah was amazing. So gentle and caring. I am a senior with scoliosis and just standing up was difficult for me and she noticed that and was so sweet about helping get me in the right positions. What a wonderful asset she is to YRMC!

I had a 4:00 PM appointment with Yuma Regional Imaging, I arrived 10 minutes early and was promptly checked in and taken in for my MRI. The Tech was very fast and efficient and I promptly left the building by 4:25 PM.

Walked in and got in in very quickly (maybe a 5 minute wait). My Tech Lynn was amazing. I was literally in and out. Nice and friendly doesnt even come close to describing her. The entire visit was an incredibly easy and awesome experience.

I had a mammogram. While sitting in the small waiting room, other people were talking about various issues, all of which provoked my anxieties. I have PTSD, and as one man started talking about negative political issues, I finally stood up, said to the group, “I have PTSD”, and went into the outer waiting room. By then I was having a panic attack. I asked the gentleman at desk 5 if I could walk up and down the corridor. He graciously said yes. I did that for about 5 minutes, then sat down again, still very, very anxious. My name was called. Sara, my technician, came out to call my name in the other room, where I was sitting. She could tell something was wrong. I told her what happened, and how I was feeling. She immediately took my arm and led me back to the X-ray area. She asked if I would like some water. I said no, because I needed to go to the bathroom. She held my arm as we waited for a bathroom to be vacated. She waited outside the door while I went in. She asked me at one point if I was okay, since it was taking an unusually long time. I finally finished and opened the door. She put her arm in mine, and led me to the changing room. Again, when I was finished, she took me by the arm and led me to the X-ray machine. All the while she was asking me if I was okay, talking to me in a soothing voice. When the X-ray was finished, she again led me back to the changing room, arm in arm. She assured me that we would take another hallway to the large waiting room where my husband was sitting. I got dressed, she held my arm, and took me to my husband. She explained to him in a soft voice what had happened.I can’t begin to say how wonderful she was throughout the entire time I was with her. So kind, so compassionate.I can’t end without saying how well she did the actual procedure as well. It went smoothly and quickly, with very little pain.I hope you can give her an award for technician of the month, or even of the year, she was that good.There was another woman who offered to bring a wheelchair while I was waiting for the bathroom to be open. I don’t know her name, but she was also very kind.If there is any way you can send this to Sara, I would love for her to see how wonderful she was for me, and to thank her for her immediate compassion, which continued until I was back with my husband. Went in for an ultrasound of a very private part. The tech, I think his name was Bruce, really knew how to put me at ease, explained the whole procedure and let me watch the screen. Much easier than I thought it would be and better than the first ultrasound I had at another place in town. Also, the wait time was minimal.

I had a core needle biopsy done on my breast. Id heard horror stories so I was pretty terrified. But Dr. Hendrix did a fantastic job. I had very little pain during the procedure and after as well. Its was as quick and painless and it could be. Her bedside manor was also great. I appreciate her making something so uncomfortable a lot more tolerable.

I was in and out quickly, staff was professional, friendly and made my mammogram almost a pleasure. I work as a nurse at YRMC and both as a patient and as an employee, who recently had surgery, am very proud to be affiliated with the hospital. Customer service has been 5-plus and I think it comes from being happy with where we get to work.

My wife had 6 xrays, 1 each of her knees, hands and shoulders.The focused imaging place has been bought out byYuma regional and has increased the price incredibly.Focused imaging charged 4,200 for those 6 xrays.I owe 2240 dollars after insurance covered their part and thats in network!!She was back there with the xray tech about 30 minutes.Beware, their prices are outrageous. I am NOT Gene Pherson, I am his wife Carolyn Pherson!!I was in to your facility on Friday February 21, 2020 for a Mammogram.# 1 The last three times I have made an appointment for a mammogram or Dexa test I was told that someone would notify me the day prior to my exam to remind me of the appointment. To this day I have NEVER been notified the day prior to the exam. I mentioned this to the lady that checked me in she said Ill tell my supervisor - whether that happened or not I do not know.# 2 It seems you hurry to get to your appointment on time - You check in and they have you wait in the one holding pen. Then they call you back to check your insurance information etc then you are sent to the second holding pen. By the time you are sent to the second holding pen it is nearly full. People are s-l-o-w-l-y called back for their procedures.When I called in to schedule the appointment they told me they make appointments starting at 7:00 AM. On the day I made my appointment they said no one else was scheduled for that day so the day was blank. I chose 8:00 AM for my appointment time. I arrived early (before 8 AM) and did not get out of the building until nearly 9AM. When I was called in for my mammogram Sarah apologized for the delay. She (Sarah) was very professional and got the procedure done in short order.I guess what I am tryng to say is If you have a procedure scheduled you should get in at your scheduled appointment time. We (the public) have other things to do instead of wait in a doctors office (or other facility) to get our scheduled procedure done.I guess if YRMC is a monopoly in Yuma - you can treat your patients however you desire because what other option do they have for their medical care. To be honest, I am disappointed with your service.This was not my first time dealing with YRMC services and I have NOT found any improvements in your service to your patients.Maybe the staff you have is in constant turn over. Maybe they are allIN TRAINING. Looking for better services next time I have to use your facility!!

My wait was longer than usual but the representatives were very nice. The people in the waiting room suggested that the tech person come out into the middle of the waiting room to announce the names instead of saying them from the doorways. (we cannot hear as well anymore)

Theres no sign-in sheet which means standing in line to check in even though there are two people at the lobby desk. If its a slow line, they may mark you late. The Mammo techs are always very nice, though.

I was somewhat disappointed in my visit to the YRMC Diagnostic Imaging center. They have a glitch in their appointment system upon checking in. After almost an hour I was finally seen (it seems the system did not see my check in) the staff is still checking to see what went wrong.However, both of the Imaging staff members could not have been nicer and I went through my two imaging events without a problem. Staff during visit were exceptional however cannot give 5 stars because i did not receive a confirmation of appointment call prior to my 3 test appointments. Also never told to fast for one test and was not informed i would have to drink two bottles of medicine prior to one test.
