Had a diagnostic medial block. It was extremely painful . Heard staff snickering when I was in pain. No one helped me to relax during the procedure. Just went at me , no explanations. Heard staff members degrading other staff members. Very impersonal and no relief of pain after being tortured. I had to contact the office three times to even get the procedure set up. Office would never call back.

Not a good experience with my lower back pain. No cure after 6 long months of pain and agony. Still struggling.

Dont waste your time. I never write reviews but felt people need to be aware of this shame they call a spine center. Sure theyll take an x-ray but they are only concerned with lining their pockets and taking your insurance card!A business doesnt get 1 Star reviews for no good reason and from several patients. You are nothing but a business to them. Id be willing to bet not one of these phonys have ever suffered from pain. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

Very disappointed have two herniated discs was sent to the spine center to see doctor stouff kept telling me I need surgery 1 inch incision I was afraid so I opted for injections first set of injections killed my MRI was blurry but they gave me injections anyway finally the pain down my leg went away I went back to work a week or two later it happens again at full force crippling me this was at work went to employee health they sent me back to doctor stouff now under employeeh health carecuz it happened at work all of a sudden I didnt need surgery anymore and I should go to work cuz everybody goes to work with back pain and according to doctor stouff so she was either trying to make money for the hospital or trying to save money for the hospital that was quite a flip flop now looking for new doctors at st. Vincents

Nice staff but waste of months of my time, going to another practice that will actually treat me outside of directing me to an OtC in Aleve I already had and getting myself exercise, like that required three visits, 6+ hours of waiting and two doctors expertise to relay. Thanks for making me suffer longer, wasting the time of my family members and good riddance, Id rather know Im going to be in agony daily than keep getting my hopes up every few weeks for nothing.

Im dissatisfied with the service of Dr. Novack. He refused tell me about the side effects of a procedure. He in a sarcastic manner (in front of the urse) told me that I can read it in Google if I know to read. Was a unprofessional attitude. I checked the side effects in Google and never come back to the his office. My Primary Doctor recommended me go to another hospital.

Make sure to not book appointments with dr. novak. he’ll just talk to you like a child, poke your back a few times, and try to push you onto the next specialist like he magically knows everything going on with your body. i waited two weeks for an appointment (mind you in excruciating pain) and even cried in the room because he refused to let me have the mri and x-ray i went there to get. the appointment lasted a total of like 10 minutes in which he asked more questions about my mother’s job rather than my back pain. i have scoliosis but a few pokes to the back says otherwise i guess...

Waste of time waited months to get in was told to they would do a follow up appointment called multiple times got blown off multiple times then they call me one random day and said i missed my appointment that they never sheduled me for and they were going to charge me for it . im very dissapointed in all of these u mass dr.s i have seen so far

The doctor of spine center demanded I need a spinal fusion. Go see neurosurgeron , Gerald McGillicuddy successfully removed 18 years of pain without a fusion

The office is either completely understaffed or incompetent, not exactly sure. Either way, I do not reccomend.
