Dr. Rothman is a great doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients, explains options thoroughly. His office assistant June is professional, courtesy, and understanding. Seeing a psychiatrist is not an easy thing but Dr Rothman and staff make it a very comfortable experience.

Dr. R. Is probably at the age now where he can do other things now and should report to Rehab himself.

Awful! Staff are rude and dr will not return calls or refill RX to pharmacy. He makes you come in for a refill each time but only gives you 1 refill making you come back again each time for a refill. To me that is Wasting time, wasting his time, wasting my money (gas to drive 45 mins to see his unfriendly and unprofessional doctor) and a waste of my insurance company that he keeps Billing!

Awful/inflexible service. i really like my doctor but plan to change as office staff treat all there patients like they are trying to scam for meds! Always hangup the phone feeling insulted. Ive taken the same medication for 20 years and have never had a problem like i do with this office!You must fax them info (as they do not use email) or you have to drive to Worcester to give them paperwork because they say they have no receptionist in Westborough. Also, they badger you to have the office visits on a autopay credit card; which is awful (as my health benefits card ran low on money at the end of the year and they charge you decline fee even when you tell them NOT to use that CC info!).Go elsewhere unless you are desperate.
