Dr Grafton and staff are super friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and personalized a plan to get my hormones balanced and get me on the way to feeling like myself again.They offer so many other services and are always using new technology....very refreshing!!

WARNING!! Be careful.Paid $130 for complete certification paperwork.Front office girl made copies of drivers licenses.She gave us most of what we needed to mail to the state but said if we wanted the copy of licenses for the state we needed to pay ADDITIONAL $5.. if we wanted copies .We didnt want copies the state needs copies, and all completed paperwork mailed in to be approved.By trying to hustle us for $5 we couldve been denied . She was not forthcoming with what we needed... but wanted to up charge us like we did something wrong(very confusing and frustrating).Instead of trying to hustle us for $5..Just charge $135.. and do everything properly and completely, no tricks, no hustles, no aggravation.. just charge and deliver everything customers need to mail to the state .

My original positive review was because the staff said they would not honor a discount unless me an my patient gave a 5 star rating with positive notes which is against Google review policy. I had to wait almost 2 hours before my patient or i were seen and the 80+ year old doctor did our appointment in the lobby so he could get out early. He literally signed the form and passed it on to the office staff that is not qualified to give out certifications so he could leave. The office members had no idea what they were doing and had to copy and refillout paper 4 times until I told them the proper way to fill out forms. I paid over $300 to renew my caregive license and because the doctor could barely see his signature on my paperwork was so unledgable I only received my caregiver license and patient card and not my own certification. I made several attempts to contact office with no answer or call back. If I ever have to go here again I expect my visit to be free of charge. Every positive review for this office is inaccurate and should be removed. Theyre acts are borderline extortion. Recommend Pied Pfeifer in Ann Arbor. Doctor actually fills out paperwork legibly and follows up after 30 days to make sure you received your license and again one year after the visit, as MMMP law recommends/requires. As well as his pricing is significantly less $90. If I am not contacted or reimbursed I will be reporting PSI.

Unprofessional office with exception to the recptionist who is helpful and actually talks to you. Attended 4 times and never seen or talked to by the doctor. I had to ask questions otherwise never got answers. Strange!

Great experience and fast results

Very unprofessional office. I had an appointment for a free consultation with the doctor, arrived there and got the the paperwork done (medical history, symptoms, etc) but to my surprise I was seen by the doctor assistant not the doctor himself ! I was very uncomfortable sharing my medical information with someone whos not a DOCTOR. theres no privacy no HIPPA.

This has been the worst and most expensive experience I have had trying to get relief from chronic pain and fatigue. Dr. Grafton took over from another doctor and/or entity giving the same type of treatment; however, the other doctor was not perfect but I had way better care. They had me pay in advance and since then my medical condition has declined., They told me they were opening an office in Farmington (that is a huge reason I went with them). But this never happened, instead they are in Wixom if a patient is lucky a couple hours a week. My health has declined due to the thyroid medication this doctor prescribed and does not monitor; since then my blood pressure dropped and I was hospitalized with horrific mental issues due to the drop in blood pressure and rise (doubled) in thyroid making me zoom into Hypothyroid. NOT good. I call the office all the time and since I paid in advance I get PATRONIZED. I would never ever ever go to this facility for help with health issues due to anything that has to do with Fibromyalgia; Chronic Fatigue; Menopause; Etc. AWFUL AND PATRONIZING! and not worth 3K a year for more misery and no help.
