I have been a patient of Ganger Dermatology Wixom for several years. I have been so impressed with how punctual they are with every appointment. There have been no excuses for anything, they are simply always on time. Once you are into the examine room the doctor is in within 3 minutes every single time. The entire staff is also extremely courteous, respectful, and very pleasant. Unfortunately, these days that kind of experience seems to be rare, but here it is the daily standard.

Lazy dermatology, over prescribed antibiotics by dr.rondina and have had lasting issues because of it. wouldn’t recommend.

I had to have Mohs surgery for skin cancer and I was very anxious about it. It was done by Dr. Timothy Johnson, and he was assisted by Ethan (Im really sorry, I cant remember his last name). From the moment I entered the clinic to the time I left, everyone was so kind and reassuring. The people who greeted me, did my intake, and handled the paperwork were all great - super helpful, courteous, efficient, and compassionate. If youre not familiar with the Mohs procedure, they take off a layer of skin, then analyze it in the lab to see if they got all the cancer or if they need to go back and take more tissue. That way they get it all but dont remove more tissue than they have to. While I was waiting for the lab analysis, I was made very comfortable and was even offered beverages and snacks. At each stage Ethan and Dr. Johnson explained what they were doing and why, and what was going to happen next. It really eased my anxiety. When I left, Dr. Johnson gave me his contact info (including his cell number!) and told me to call him if I experienced any problems. My surgery was on a Friday and he made sure I knew I could call him even if something came up over the weekend. The next day (yes, on a Saturday!) Ethan called to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. It was clear that he really cared and was not just going through the motions. All in all I could not have been happier with my experience. I felt like I was in good hands and was very well taken care of. The surgical site has healed very nicely and looks much better than I expected. I will not hesitate to use the Ganger clinic again if I need other procedures in the future, and I heartily recommend them. They made what could have been a very traumatic experience much easier.

We’ve been a client since this office opened. My husband and I had our annual appointment for a skin check on February 9, 2021. Doctor Rondina treated some what she called “pre-cancer” spots on us both. Upon returning home my husband said she missed two of the spots spraying just next to them. We called and made an appointment to get the correct area treated at no charge. My husband showed for the appointment and was told he was a day early his appointment was the next day. He got home and they called to apologize and said he was right it was that day and he could come back. He said the next morning was fine. When he saw the doctor she said the one spot was not “pre-cancer” but noted the other spot was “pre-cancer” and sprayed the spot she missed. My husband told her about the appointment confusion and that he’d now made 3 trips and she said she didn’t know anything about that. No apologies or anything. He told the assistant in the room with them “this was handled very poorly” and told the receptionist he felt this was very unprofessional. When he came home and told me how he was treated I called and spoke to Katie who was very apologetic but said the assistant in the room said the Doctor did apologize and my husband never said anything to her on his way out. He had no reason to lie. We will be finding a new Dermatologist.

Dr. Rondina is the best. All solutions were vast simplifications of what I had been doing, esp regarding what turned out to be a generic dermatitis that I had been treating as scabies; all it required was a brief use of triamcinalone and additive free cleansers and lotions. Couldnt be happier. Timely attention, efficient diagnosis and service.

This was my first visit with a dermatologist and I found Dr Granger to be very professional and thorough. She answered and addressed all my concerns and I would definitely recommend her and her. I also found her staff to be very professional and courteous.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasnt your typical doctors office. The office is REALLY nice and the staff is extremely helpful, it felt as though I were at a day spa! They were able to accommodate me on the same day due to a scheduled trip. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and follow-up care. Very rarely do I post reviews, but was so impressed that I was compelled.

Dr. Rondina was so kind and informative! My son was very nervous and she was very gentle and reassuring him everything was going to be ok. We will definitely go back if we need too!

I do not like going to the dermatologist! Moles run in my family and unfortunately we have a lot of them. I am always having moles removed due to doctors wanting to be cautious. I always freak out about the shot and even having the mole removed after but at Ganger she was very empathetic with my fears and concerns. I felt like I was in good hands and I was, she was very careful when removing a mole and it was better than past experiences! I love that there are still doctors that genuinely care, I will not be letting go of this one!

The Dr was very interested in why you are there and to me her performance and kindness was above my expectations. And Kayla the medical assistant showed much concern and kindness. Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, yet patient enough to answer any questions. Their waiting room is very comfortable and their secretaries are excellent. They made every effort to make my first visit go very quickly with no physical paper work to fill out. Someone called me for my medical history ahead of time. I was also sent an email after making an appointment with a link that automatically synced my appointment details to my Google calendar.

I was impressed with the new office, the staff and the of course the doctor. Very professional and a free cup of coffee. The only issue is they did not let me wait in the reception area long enough to finish the cup of coffee. I was in and out after having 3 procedures in about 30 minutes tops. I am glad I found this practice.

Dr. Rondina at Ganger Dermatology makes the yearly skin checks super easy and comfortable. The office is attractive and I havent had to wait past my appointment time. Dr. Rondina is kind and efficient around tracking any changes in moles and I am usually in and out in a short period of time. I would recommend that if anyone is avoiding getting skin checks and putting themselves at higher risk for skin cancer, stop hesitating and make an appointment.

My cousin went there today and said Dr Rondina was the best dermatologist she ever met and the entire staff were incredible. The place was brand new and beautiful and CLEAN. She said she would recommend it to everyone....

Dr. Rondina was absolutely wonderful throughout my whole treatment - she always answered all my questions patiently, and explained every procedure and recommendation. The staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming. My treatment was a success and I would definitely come back.

This place is a Factory with Inexperienced professionals. This particular Dermatology office is all about the Money as well as Extremely Expensive! To make matters worse, the Billing company makes inappropriate errors that consume your time to correct. The flip side is you can get an appointment easily, little waiting, and they get you In and Out quickly. If that is what you want then this is the place for you. If you are looking for Experience, Communication with the Patient, Patient Follow up, and Good Results on your body (stitches and other), please do your Research and find another Dermatology Office (Dermatologist doctor) to take Care of You! There are alot of good Dermatologists out there.

New location for dermatologist. In old GFS building on Wednesday Road. North of 696 & Culvers on East side. South of Pontiac Trail. Well...l I went there and spent A LOT money for office visits that insurance didnt cover. Never got my skin condition cured or what it was. Just a BIG bill from a biopsy that didnt show anything and doctor didnt have a clue what was wrong with my skin. No help.

They always provide professional and quick treatment. Highly recommend.

Beautiful office. Very good with kids. Dr. Rondina is awesome! My sons been battling a rash for a month and weve been in to see another dermatologist (not ganger) and pediatrician visits no one could pin point cause of rash. Within seconds of being in with Dr. Rondina she diagnosed the cause and within one day of seeing my son he is rash free!! We will not go anywhere else and found our new dermatologist!!

Waste of time. Went in to help with my acne scars. I had laser done before and it damage my skin the doctor recommended another laser and offered nothing else said thats all they can do. Left the office feeling hopeless.

From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and helpful.I literally walked in and told the receptionist that I wanted to make an appointment but I wasnt sure what I needed to ask or with all this (picture my hands waving over my face) She told me there was an opening and I could talk to a Dr in 15 minutes for a consultation if I had time Ah...yeah!I talk with Doc Krista and what a doll. She explained things to me in a way that was so easy to understand and made me feel so comfortable. Thats a big bonus in my book.I went in originally for my face (I am pushing 50 and STILL have acne). I have always had issues with the under boob. My fellow big breasted gals understand this. It is something that I have always lived with.The Doc perscibes me an oral and topical medicine. No big deal. A face/body wash and cream in the morning and add on a pill and one more topical at night. Bonus round....insurance covers most of it and it wasnt even as close to what I thought I would have to pay. . 2 WEEKS later and the under boob has calmed down 90% !! I havnt been pain-free like this in years! I never thought it was ever possible and my acne on my face has cleared up too!I simply love these folks. Docs that know what they are talking about, down to Earth, and everyone makes you feel relaxed.....10 stars!!!---Kelly

Misdiagnosed my 2 year old son with what they called a severe case of Molluscum which was on his upper thigh, did a small procedure on a couple of the bumps which left a scar on his bottom, went to another doctor he was in shock with their diagnosis because it was completely wrong, gave me an ointment and they were all gone within 5 days.The main Doctor doesn’t come in always sends in the PA and an assistant. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I highly recommend Dr. Rondina for both CHILDREN & ADULTS!My 4 year old son and I both have Dr. Rondina as our dermotologist. She is very good at explaining what is going on at both the parent and child level. My son feels completely comfortable with her and even after some minor procedures, he still has no issues going back. That says a lot!If you need a dermotologist or if you are loking for one for your child, you will not be disappointed in the Wixom Ganger office. Like i said, Dr. Rondina is excellent, in my opionion, and the staff is wonderful, too!

They told us over the phone that they accept our insurance and than we get there and they tell us they dont! I had to take off half a day of work and lost time and money...the Dr. Didnt even care enough to apologize to us. I would say that says a lot about this place.
