Terrible place !Change or cancel appointment with out telling youMake you have panic attacks knowing you have issues. Terrible psychologist.Doctors are always leaving.I think they donate there time like a charity and after 6 month gone.If you have alot of Health issues go somewhere else they dont care and if you need refill try getting them 1 months before they run out or in person and hope they dont forget and referrals have fun with that headache.

I have been a patient of Dr, Ramchandani since May 2020, and I must say that the that I am not excited with the wait time that I have experienced from when he was at the Bartow FL office to the Winter Haven FL. Also, his nurse Sabrina is horrible her rapport with a patient is horrible just recently she was extremely rude to my husband and with that not being the only problem she blamed two other staff members (Tiffany and the other front desk person cant remember her name but is wonderful) for a careless message Sabrina reported to me as a patient over the phone. I discussed this with the doctor someone who seems to be extremely professional at all times but NO action taken with Sabrina till date. I have been so uncomfortable that I do not attend my appts when I should as I am high risk.

Relocated from Orlando and was trying to find a doctor. Made an appointment almost 3 weeks ago. I walked into the doctor office to find out that the doctor wasn’t here and my appointment got changed/cancelled WITH NO NOTIFICATIONS.SO I WASTED A DAMN DAY OFF BECAUSE THIS PLACE.DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME

I will never go back to this doctors office again(if thats what u want to call it) I was in alot of pain & called to set up an appointment to find out whats wrong. Was telling Rosa at the desk I been sleeping sitting up cause my arm burns when I lay down. SHE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO CALL 1-800-JESUS. Really wanted to help her meet jesus. & Ive been going for a year with this problem & still sleep sitting up. Thanks for nothing jay care

With is up with the not answering the phones? Or when someone decides to pick it up your put on hold from 30-50 minutes. This is not good service!!! If your calling them for an emergency forget it.Just go straight to ER and call your insurance and tell them your dr office doesn’t pick up phone or puts you on hold and forgets about you!!! So had to go to ER instead. Very disappointed with front desk services.

The most janky and run-down dr office I have ever been to. I hope the doctors are able to move to a better building. This one is dusty, lights flicker in the waiting room, got locked out the waiting room trying to check in for appointment with like 4 other patients. Its so uncomfortable 😫

All the sudden I am not worthy of Palm Medical. They offer the services I need but the medical director Dr. N. Garcia has told me over 6 times to leave the practice that he does not want to continue my intense medical conditions. They offer services I need but he is failing to help me and he is refusing to refer me to doctors that I need to see so I have to go to the emergency room because he will not refer me for my stents and other items, he told me no more referrals for my dysautomonia and to leave his practice and go somewhere else. If you have a chronic medical condition(s) DO NOT GO TO PALM MEDICAL aka JAYCARE. You are not wanted, my son is being treated the same way as our condition is hereditary and I have been with this clinic since 2012, now I have to leave the practice at Dr. Garcias request. The Nurse Practitioners are awesome, Dr. Garcia is not, he refused to address my complaints and complete medical paperwork for my well known medical conditions. Dr. Garcia will not let me see anyone else but him and he has been mean and disrespectful to me putting their financial gain above human care.

I love Dr Ranon.The staff on the other hand.. is terrible if they aren’t answering the phone for appointments they’re denying your refill and still not answering the phone. Been trying to call for 2weeks! Still nothing.

They never answer the phone. Half the time I end up going up there which is a 30 minute drive for me or to to an er to get refills on my meds that I can’t be out of. Even the pharmacy can never get ahold of them. They’ll fax them for a refill and never get it. Every tome I go there I get a new doctor because mine left and for someone with very bad social anxiety it sucks I get used to someone and comfortable with someone and then they leave.

This is my primary care office. I no longer have my calls answered. I no longer get a return call if a message can be left. My pharmacy no longer can call the office and have my prescriptions refilled. ( no one answers) so now I sit on day 2 of an empty refill on meds I not suppose to even miss a dose of. Much less face the weekend with no refills. In the past I have had to fax a letter to the office for someone to please call me for me to make an appointment. I dont live close. On 2 and now today making 3 occasions (thankful already in W.H. ) have had to stop by to the office just to speak to someone. This office staff was really good about answering, calling in, calling back, getting the paperwork filled out for you, sending referrals ECT. Now. Not at all.

Not sure why they even set appointments. You are never seen for your appointment time. You will have to wait at least an hour before you’re seen. My appointments are always set a month in advanced & there is always some sort of issue when it comes to appointment day. Last time they tried to schedule me an extra month out because the doctor decided to leave early the day of my appointment. Staff will answer the phone and put you on hold & never pick up. You will have to call back to get help. Switching offices as we speak.

I have decided to transfer to another clinic. Nobody ever picks up the phone, cant ever get a prescription refilled, I have to drive there and drop off my refill request to the Office Manager - to get anything done (and have had to do this 4 times now!) This clinic is going to get someone killed, and i just dont want it to be me. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!

Getting thru on the phone is horrible!!! To be put on hold forever just to talk to someone!!! Dr. Garcia diagnosed my sister with cancer before Thanksgiving and let her leave his office with no assistance on the next step. Also did not have the second page of her pathology report. He left her to fend for herself. Shame on him!!!

Dr. Eric Ranon is one of the best doctors in Winter Haven. He really cares about his patients and knows most, if not all of them by name. His office is a bit busy sometimes because he accepts most insurance plans, even those some others dont, this leads to an influx of people seeing him for care. He is one of the only doctors I have met that listens to what you are saying and isnt condescending or rude in his reply. I have know some of his staff for over 20 years even before they worked for Doctor Ranon and they are the best, always polite and do their best to resolve issues.Those who dont like waiting, there are very few doctors in Polk County you can go to and get in immediately, waiting is just something you have to do.

Ive been trying to call the office this morning so i could get a referal to see my eye dr and nobody answers the phone . Ive called about 10 times someone should be avaiable , very disappointed. Love my Dr , but cant ever get ahold of anyone up front to get what i need but yet when u call it says our health is their priority .....

Don’t go here if you have a service dog you will be denied entry one of DR Ranon secretaries said I am not allowed to bring my service dog to there location or I wasn’t allowed to bring him on transportation. And they also said they were exempt from ADA law and said I need certification which according to the federal law is not required. I will be seeking legal action

Upstairs Dr Patel is the worst doctor ever. If you need real medical help go somewhere else. She doesn’t listen or believe in her patients pain issues, especially when she’s not the one living with it. I also will be leaving a bad review on my insurance provider website.

Anyone receiving transportation from this company read this !!!!!! I was just almost in an accident cause one of there drivers driving vehicle number 120 at 2:55 PM on Cypress Gardens Road in winter haven on the 20th of August couldn’t wait behind me at a stop sing. So when there was an opening and I started to go they tried to cut me off and pass me almost running into me and to other cars. Please get this pos off the road I sent pictures of the driver flicking me off to a manager. The manager seamed concerned about the hole situation but I’m not looking forward to seeing any of these vehicles on the road anytime soon and wouldn’t trust anyone I knew with their drivers

I am a 30 year service member with debilitating back injury. I moved to Winter Haven and was trying to get Dr Ranon as my primary care provider. He saw me after I had injuried my back during my move to where I was experiencing 10 level pain and could barely move.Due to severity I had to take my already filled pain management medication a little more due to the severity of the new injury. The doc agreed and wrote me a early suscription to help fill that pain void however tricare would not fill early because they thought it was my normal pain management meds.However the doc took the position he could do nothing. So his diagnosis of further injury means nothing. Because I already get a prescription I cannot get more if the injury warrants more.The doc office has the tact of to bad so sad and I guess that is good enough for the Hippocratic oath these days.So much so that the office manager can tell a critically in pain retired service member patient to shove off and end helping care, the member is in obvious fear of the pain returning in full force, but they dont get that.This is all due to rules that dont even apply to actual injuried patients. They apply to the knuckleheads.You hide behind the rules well. As a caregiver I hope you can sleep well at night with your glazed over fixes that you even know wont work. .

Omg first time at Jay cAre winter haven and as I walk in and checked in that sat on the waiting room chairs, that are the most disgusting chairs I have ever seen on a medical facility, like a third world country chairs, all broken and disgusting, full of wholes, peeled off, I had to stand the whole time until I was called back, another pt asked to tell management to change the chairs and the response was, this is corporate and they don’t want to spend the money, wow incredible that this still happening in 2018 in USA, cmon Jay Care don’t be cheap and have the patients comfortable in your facility, there’s are resources to change all the chairs for newer ones please!!!!

After waiting over a month for my appointment and waiting an hour in the exam room I was informed that my doctor was running late and would not be able to see me that day. I was told that the office needed to close at 5:00 pm & since my doctor was running late my appointment would need to be rescheduled. This was my first & LAST experience with this facility. VERYVERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
