Cindy, nurse practitioner has always been a very effective care provider for myself and my family. We have received care from her for many years, we have followed her because she is so wonderful. Thank you Cindy my husband and I feel much better thanks to you.

Amazing group of individuals! I came in for a work related exposure and everyone was amazing! Diana and Maribel at the front desk were so sweet and understanding even with all the crazy in the world they remained professional and caring. Just overall I had an amazing experience and was quickly seen and taken care of. I’ll definitely be making this my go to place for my urgent care needs. 10/10 would recommend

Needed a COVID test so my daughter didn’t have to miss the first two weeks of school after she had already been home for a year and a half, called every place available for testing within an hour of here with no appointments available for days, and even those we wouldn’t get back for days after considering the backup. Diana was beyond sweet and overly helpful. Called me back and got us in for a rapid test on a cancellation, we are beyond grateful for her quickness and assistance. Wish there were more people like her that really cared and understood her patients!!!

In this era of Covid explosion where no one actually knows what is going on, this facility went above and beyond to determine what actually was needed for patients to get the recommended infusion. They did the research and made it possible for me to get the treatment that they recommended. The patient traffic at this location is high. The staff when you are seen is extremely experienced and caring. 5 star rating is not enough. they are great.

Came to this location because the receptionist at the Pleasant Hill location told me they don’t accept patients after 7pm. Coleen, Karina and Edna provided exceptional customer service.This location is now my home base for everyday aches and pains. Thanks Centra Care in Winter Haven.

Today I visited the Advent Health Centra Care facility in Winter Haven for my annual DOT physical. Diana, Karina, Aetna and the rest of the Team were wondering and accommodating. Everyone was pleasant and I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I intend on coming back next year. I highly recommend their services.

Came as a walk-in, even though it was busy and the line was long. The front receptionist Diana and Maribel are very nice and helpful. They speak Spanish which is great for Spanish speaking patients. Thank you to the staff at the Winter Haven AdventHealth centra care for their positive and outstanding care.

Horrible customer service. Not the staff at the front desk they are always nice, but the back staff Im assuming shes a MA, is definitely unprofessional and horrible. . Only came twice with my son and would never come back again. They do not have the necessary forms you need to sign in case of emergencies. If something happen to your child while visiting they will have no clue to inform the next of kin. Every doctors office/urgent care give consent form with paper work when you walk to be seen in case of emergencies. So please visit a professional clinic, incase an emergency arise. Ive never been to a clinic where they refuse you to have a signed consent form on file to release information to a spouse, mother, daughter of any next of kin in case of emergencies. I thought that was any patients rights.. Ive worked in the health field for years over 13 years and never seen this. I called my DON and they are all SHOCKED. Please take your family health serious especially now days and go else where. Its worth it..

I can’t believe I was in and out like that. Great stuff. The girls at the front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. I am sorry I didn’t catch anyone name. But you guys are the best. And would recommend if you are sick or injured to come here. It’s a lot cheaper then going to the hospital.

I highly recommend Centra care Winter Haven. I’m a first responder with a pregnant wife at home and when I come home sick I need to figure it out. The team here has always been great at getting me in and taken care of. Thank you Diana, Maribel, Aetna, and all of staff for taking care of my family and I.

I called ahead of time to verify would be able to treat patient with kidney stones. I was assured they could. I made an appointment and still waited 2 hours only to be told to go home and drink plenty of fluids. I was also instructed to go to the E.R. if my pain worsened. TERRIBLE experience! The only thing Id go there for is a Covid test. And make sure you have at least 2 to3 hours to spare from your day.

I want to thank Diana and Team for being so helpful and good. The service is more than good. I thank you for helping me a lot and being nice to me and I can say that I recommend Diana and Team to anyone.

I went here after suffering an injured ankle at work. I informed the nurse that I could barely walk and the pain was very intense. Dr. Glassier assured me I was fine, nothing was broken/torn, and that I had a mild sprain and should return to working out/my physically demanding day job as normal. A week later I expressed my concern that my Achilles might’ve been torn because I wasn’t healing, swelling was still extreme, and I could feel and see a noticeable gap in my tendon. Dr. Glassier still didn’t advise I get an MRI and assured me that it wasn’t torn. A week later I went back requesting an MRI. The doctor finally wrote me a script. The MRI showed a full-thickness rupture of my Achilles that could only be repaired via surgery at this point. I’d advise anyone to go ANYWHERE other than this urgent care. And I’d also suggest the doctor should not be practicing or licensed if he is not competent enough to recognize a completely ruptured Achilles’ tendon.

My son went here to get a covid test.THEY CHARGED HIM $200 FOR A PIECE OF PAPER THEY GIVE THE SICK PEOPLE FOR FREE! THEY TAKE WALKINS BIT TOLD HIM HE HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND NEVER SAID THERE WAS A FEE FOR THE TEST UNTIL HE SHOWED UP TURNS OUT IF U TRAVELING OR GOING BACK TO COLLEGE THATS THE FEE FOR A TEST!

Came in after leaving the hospital ER due to extremely long wait. Was in and out in about an hour and got my rapid Covid test. Thank you to Diana, Josue, Karina, Coleen, Dr. Glaser and the rest of the team. Definitely recommend this office if you want a friendly and swift staff!

Wonderful and prompt service all around. I was scheduled an appointment for my son to get tested and was seen at the front desk by Diana and Gisselle which by the way were both friendly and had amazing personalities. They handed me the paperwork and explained what I needed to fill out very thoroughly. Aetna and Josue were also very friendly and cordial, and were accommodating to my son and I. To sum it up it was a great experience and highly recommend others with medical needs to come here.

I had a very positive experience. All the staff were professional,fast and friendly. I was fortunate to get a last minute appointment for a Covid test, which saved me from having to travel out of town. People looking for pre employment and or a non-DOT drug test please go somewhere else. I had a nurse by the name of April. I was specifically told to fill the line to the black edge. However, I always go over the line just in case. After my urine sample we went back tested temperature and everything. All was good. April looked at me and said I was a little short on the urine so she had to discard all of it and I would have to do a whole new sample.People are struggling to find jobs. I wont mention what else was said by the nurse. Furthermore, please stay away from this place. Obviously this lady does not know what shes doing.

Went there because I was bit by a spider or something. Waited forever to see doctor. Finally saw doctor and got my prescription. Well next day my foot looks worse so I call and was told the next day I would get a call back. Well it’s 4 days later and still no phone call back. I’m not sure how they got such great reviews, when I was there 3 or 4 people left and then for nearly a whole hour they never called anyone back. Also was told to think about getting the vaccine I need to think about my little one! Which as a parent is such an insult! If the vaccine works so great and half America has the vaccine why do they have to keep giving people more rounds of vaccines. End of story you never tell a parent they should think about there kids!!!!! You should make your patients trust you not insult them what kind of strategy is that?!Edit to add : they are so worried about covid but there office was so dirty. Even the pens they have for patients to right with on both sides of desk were all dirty and I heard a lady say something about it and they still didn’t get cleaned! What a joke.

Don’t bring your children here. My 3 year old had a cough for a while and had discharge coming out of his eye. We brought him here to get checked out. The doctor came in the room for less than a minute and said it was allergies. He said he’d write a prescription for eye drops. A few hours went by and Walgreens says they didnt have any prescription for us. Tried to call AdventHealth and couldnt get through. Had to go back the next day and they said there “was an error.” My son got worse over the next 24 hours so we took him to the childrens hospital in Orlando and he was diagnosed with a double ear infection and eye infection. The doctor at the hospital actually cared enough to do a proper observation unlike the doctor at AdventHealth who wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible and then forget to write the prescription.

Made an appointment for 12:40. Arrived early., Preregistered, went back inside at 12:40, was told it would probably be an hour. I told them to cancel. I didnt make an appointment to wait an hour. They could have at least called or texted. Im extremely disappointed and wont go back

The best service I have ever received. Starting with a warm heart felt welcomed from Gizel at the front desk to the clinic staff in the back. April was amazing with the X-ray and very welcoming as well. This whole office honestly just made me feel so welcomed and provided me with the in and out process.

I’ve been to urgent cares thru my time but this urgent care is heaven sent! Thank you guys for all your help truly hero’s. I watch this place run busy with belligerent patients with no patience’s or no empathy. But they still manage to care for your health with a smile. I never felt like I didn’t matter from the front desk staff to the nurses & doctors to even the manager. I felt VERY important. The compassion at this clinic was tremendous. I would definitely recommend.

Diana and Gisselle were wonderful. I came to get a Covid test, got the times mixed up of when I was supposed to get it done. Went back in my phone to see what the correct time was, but I still wasn’t showing up in the system. The young ladies put me on the schedule anyways. :)

Went on a Monday morning about 10 minutes before opening time for an ear infection. There was quite bit of a line (most likely for covid testing) but once they opened it, went through pretty quickly. I was quickly registered, and brought into an exam room within 10 minutes. Blood pressure taken by tech and the doctor appeared within 5 minutes. After a quick exam of my ear canal was prescribed meds to treat it. Had scripts waiting at my pharmacy in less than 30 minutes. Overall, had a great experience!

Diana, Maribel, Aetna & Josue were very helpful and friendly! My Covid test was quick and easy and I had my results in less than an hour.

Exceptional service, I made an appointment, got my paperwork filled out. They were faster than I expected. Josue Gisselle was very helpful and Informed me of everything I needed to know. I’d recommend this place.

I personally love this clinic. I have visited three times- the first two were for my kids. And today was for me. Everyone is SO sweet and so helpful. The doctors that we have seen are very thorough and take their time. They don’t rush you out the door. They are so good with kids.

The ladies here are very nice they greeted me with kindness and with a beautiful smile but they are very hard working the atmosphere is very positive i would come back for another check up just based on how they treated me

I called the office as soon as I got off to take my daughter. I spoke to DIANA which was amazing and easy to talk to, considering all the other urgent cares I called act like they had no time to even talk to me. She set up my appointment right over the phone, instead having to go Online. She explained to me how the office work and how they had a sick side and a Covid testing side, and that to come in and get paper work and fill out. We had to wait in the car, which I liked better anyways to get some last minute work stuff done. They called me as soon as my daughter could be seen. Maybe 35 minutes. I would highly recommend there services.

Horrible service. School physical took 30 seconds and vaccination record transfer 72hours. We are moving from another state and was relying on their service to enroll my daughter in school. Now, she will miss the first week.

On 8-6-21 Aetna Diana and Gisselle were very professional. It was crowed and some got rude but that didnt stop them from doing their job. They gave everyone the same courtesy and respect even though some did not do the same in return.

I’m giving this place 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. My mom had a paper to be seen with an appt for a physical and they made her wait while they took walk ins back before her. They need to prioritize they’re patients and the 3 hour wait is ridiculous. Stop prioritizing COVID tests before your actual patients.

This location has been extremely helpful. I didn’t have to wait long after I finished my paperwork. Also, I was properly informed and assisted by Giselle during my appointment. I’d definitely recommend this location. If you have any health concerns.

I cant Express how disappointed I am with the service here. I understand covid going on. But the wait time outside is ridiculous especially if you have kids. I went here self pay and scheduled an appointment which I really dont understand the reason you schedule an appointment for them to take forever. I have been in the Kissimmee 192 location and never ever had to wait like this. I dont like giving bad reviews but it was a must for this place. The receptionist tell you your next and you see other people coming in and out. And they never call you. Not to mention funny thing I came earlier!! First and last time I come here. So disappointed! Didnt put 0 stars because it wont post.

Edna, Tiffany and Gisselle were all super nice and made us feel comfortable. We were there for Covid-19 tests and it was pretty fast considering there was a line before the office was opened. Not our first visit and every time we’ve been here it’s been an easy experience.

Girls upfront were sweet and the staff in the back were great. You can tell they are busy but are on top of it. There was a long line of people waiting outside, I assume waiting for a Covid 19 test. As I was waiting to turn my paperwork into one of the ladies I was astonished by the amount of people that were yelling at the receptionists upfront, it was beyond ridiculous!!! Other than that the visit was great! I know it’s a hard time for everyone right now but remember that the staff that work here are human as well.

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The doctor was very nice and informative. The nursing staff was quick, efficient and provided great care. They helped make me feel as if I was a friend and eased the anxiety of being sick. It was an excellent experience!

I got great care at the urgent care but I had to call the office back 3 times to get them to fill my prescription at the pharmacy. It delayed my treatment significantly.

The sad thing about this place is the rude patients that dont realize what the staff go through on daily basis. They are amazing. Ive been coming here for years and I know after COVID hit, its been so much busier . I come in and see the groups that come and for some reason the rude patient dont seem to realize that you arent the only one being seen. Give them some slack they work 12 hours and most of the time no breaks. I work in the medical field and I know what they go through. People rush when there are only limited staff working. PEOPLE talk about the wait time. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE BEING SEEN. THERE IS PLENTY OTHER PEOPLE. Oh and by the way this is not a drive through. Its in urgent care. So there can be emergencys. Which happens ever single day and they will never know how long the emergency will last. So keep that in mind when you rude patients come to an urgent care

I am the principal of a school in Davenport, Fl. The folks at Centra Care have been outstanding. They have assisted my students, staff and parents with obtaining rapid Covid tests. This has allowed us to remain open in these uncertain times. It has been so stressful for schools and through this collaboration I feel that we have had far less issues than our counterparts. I want to give a big shout out to Maribel and to Pablo. These two have been extremely supportive. I am so thankful for all they do for my school and the community at large.

Every time I have been to this facility I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. The staff is uneducated and not friendly at all. I once went in for a hearing and vision exam and the dr tried to give me a hernia exam. There is no professionalism or attempt to get people seen quickly at all. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I came in for COVID testing and when I tell you I was kind of nervous. I was greeted by the front desk ladies(Diana, Gisselle, Colleen & Khystina). They were polite & informational about the COVID process. My wait was not long at all & I was greeted by a nurse name Edna who walked me to my room & took vitals. I enjoyed her interaction with me I never felt rushed thru my visit. Josue was very gentle with my testing & put me at ease with my anxiety. I ask for a manager because I felt she should know how pleasant her staff were during my visit. Ms. Maribel was outstanding she listened to me & made me feel comfortable. We need more healthcare workers like this I know at a time like this it’s a lot & takes a toll on your life but thank you guys for doing your job. I felt like a patient & not an option. For you to still have a smile & positive attitude & care for your patients is amazing. You guys are awesome & thank you! I highly recommend this urgent care.🙏🏾

My husband came in today for a bug bite this morning and was surprised to be seen right away. The price was very reasonable for the visit with no insurance. The doctor Cynthia was Amazing. She listened and asked questions and was very helpful and explained things really well to us. This was our 1st time visiting. Everyone was very friendly too. If we ever have another problem we will be back. Thank you front line workers.

Every visit I am given the best treatment possible. The staff is very friendly. Even when others arent. Ive witnessed alot of impatient people. Who dont understand that the facility is understaffed for the volume of people coming at once.Thank yall for everything you do!!

This is the worst Advent Health I have been to.They tell you to come before 8am and stand in line for a # and then wait for the paperwork, why not hand the paperwork while assigning the # and then have them tested in there cars.No instead they give you # then call you an hour later for paperwork and then wait outside for hours to be tested.Why not schedule them as they call in until the # of test or patients are reached. How unorganized this!, this is suppose to be an URGENT CARE,where señiors have been waiting since this morning probably diabetic with symptoms or other difficulties, workers that need to get back to work, mothers that have to get back to there kids aswell as other. Seriously the Mangegment and staffing needs correction or training or both there not this right. Ive managed offices and this is out of control, if there not prepared to test so many people and other urgent care patients then why take the responsibility that needs organizing and planing to get a better outcome and more revenue for the staff and company without the stress. I will not visit this location or any of there facilities if this is the way they operate. I will make sure my friends and family know not to waste their time here or there other facilities. Its been 5 hours and still waiting aswell as alot of others that have been here since before 8am. Im stunned with this procedure for a quick swap. Corporate you need to follow-up and find a resolution before you start losing your business.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they actually enjoy their job! I enjoyed the kind, sweet soul of Iesha, she went out of her way to get me in as soon as she could considering the condition of my leg. Highly recommend these folks!

One star for the cleanliness , the second for the conveniency because we live close by.The waiting time to see a physician Assistant (PA) doesn’t qualify it to be (Urgent ) .My wife suspected( pneumonia) she is ( 9years nursing experience in. VA hospital working with older folks) so she asked if they will do and X-Rayto cancel out the (pneumonia)The PA said no !They did Tested her for the common Flu and COVID -19They didn’t even check her vitals ( I couldn’t believe this )The test came negative . End of story .We went home with no medication what so ever.Symptoms were ( fever, shortness of Breath, body ache, dry cough, dull pain on the top of her lungs)Do your self a favor go some where else !

This staff is very courteous, professional and caring. Positive attitudes through the whole facility. I didn’t feel as I was a bother. I did COVID testing and it was not uncomfortable at all. Same day results.

Went in for my Covid-19 test and Diana assisted me. She demonstrated concern for my well being as someone needing to be tested. Really would comeback to this CentraCare, they are for the patient! God bless them!

I went to the clinic for a infection they said they would send a prescription to my pharmacy, and never did. I have tried calling them 10 times yesterday and left messages they do not answer the phone. I do not recommend going here if this is what they do to people I read other comments. If I have to go across town to go back into the office is wrong. I’ve called first thing this morning and again nothing ! The worst way to run a business!!!

Breana upfront was very kind and reassuring, I was there for covid testing so I was kind of scared! The wait time wasn’t to bad and the nurses were very nice before the testing! I even spoke to the manager there and she was very polite!

Went for a COVID test on a Tuesday and Gisselle at the front desk was very nice and gave clear and direct instructions as to what to do. A nurse came in and administered the test and I had the results revealed to me in 10 minutes by Dr. Glaser.Will keep coming back.

This place is great! The doctor there has things running like a sewing machine! I was in and out so fast even though it was busy. He was right to the point and excellent.

My wife went in this morning at 9:15 for a Covid test and was told that they were at capacity on testing. First of all they just opened at 8am, secondly, why would there be a limit on testing??

I had to bring my daughter in for a sick visit, wait time wasn’t bad at all. Everyone there was very nice.

Please think twice about using this company. I went in for treatment of gout. Ive had it before. I need a refill on my prescription and have been calling them for 4 days now. I reached them once and explained what I needed and it turns out the doctor who wrote the prescription wasnt working that day. So now Ive called 15 times so far today to make sure this doctor is in today. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Now Im going to have to drive twenty miles and keep my fingers crossed that the doctor who wrote the prescription is in. Very frustrating to say the least. Other than that the place is ok.UPDATESo I drove to this clinic. I went in and explained to the lady at the front desk why I was there. She told me I would have to be seen by a doctor again before I could get a refill. Turned around and left. Why didnt they explain that to me on Saturday when I was able to talk to someone on the phone.

Be prepared to wait hours. This place is an absolute joke. No consideration for your time at all. A simple Covid test takes 2 hours.

After being taken care of at check in wait wasnt long,but upon being taken to a room real care ended . I never been to see a doctor who didnt check my temperature blood pressure pulse and oxygen level till now . They didnt seem to care about my wife and only about getting her out of the office. Terrible care should be in their name will never go back. I suppose they will answer this saying they are sorry when they should try to fix the problem.

I work for cc WH, we take care of our patients daily, but to see my colleagues taking care of me & my family when we were in need, made me take pride in our crew. Its been hard for us with COVID, we are overworked, but we show up everyday ready to work. Thank you to Aetna, Kelsey, Cindy and everyone else for taking care of my family the way you did.

I came in to the facility with a really bad allergic reaction. I was taken immediately in by the manager and put in a room where I was met by Josue and Aetna both MA’s they were excellent in caring for me. I would definitely return if needed.

Came in about two Sunday’s ago for COVID testing, I just want to say that Breana up front was really great and understanding when I was explaining my situation about why I needed COVID testing. Gisselle was also helpful, she gave me some information regarding insurance!
