Like someone else said, took about 3 minutes in and out for a blood draw. No forms to fill out. Just gave her the order, id, and insurance card. Bam! Plus, I got some free books! (They were there for the taking. )

This was the quickest lab work I have ever had done. went it just before 3pm, no wait at all. I just had to sign in and I was called back immediately. The whole interaction took less than 7 minutes. Friendly staff as well!

I have had a terrible time getting in for an oral glucose tolerance test. I went once on a Saturday after being told that they had Saturday hours. They were closed. I understand this (somewhat) because of COVID adjust hours everywhere, but I think they should communicate with their OBGYN partners about this to reduce confusion for patients. I then tried a second time and went during the weekday because walk in hours listed for GTTs were from 1:30-2:30. This typically means you can walk in at any time between 1:30-2:30 to have a test started and completed before they close. I walked in at exactly 1:30 after their one hour lunch break and was refused service because, and I quote I close at 2:30. Its 1:30 now and since it takes you five minutes to drink it that will put me over so I cant do a glucose test right now. This is incredibly poor patient care. Your hours should not be listed as available for walk-ins then. I have now taken off hours from work that I really need for maternity leave and I am incredibly unhappy. the only reason they got any stars at all is because last time I was pregnant I had a woman who did a good job drawing blood. But the hours need to be clear and patient care needs to be prioritized.

Super fast! The tech was great. She was very friendly, very gentle, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Ill definitely go there from now on!
