The doctor is unprofessional. She will make you wait literal hours for a scheduled appointment saying there was an emergency. Every. Single. Month. It becomes hard to believe, you know?She takes ages to do pre authorization paperwork (she makes her secretary do them apparently…HIPAA anyone?)Also, after making you wait hours she won’t even apologize or address the situation—it’s as if it never happened!Be prepared to be on and off your meds for periods of times because it seems doc just doesn’t feel like doing her job. She does feel like getting paid though! And if you dare miss an appointment (like she misses hers) you will be swiftly charged!Also good luck contacting the office. seems they’re never open…even though it says they are open til 3pm. My advice? Go anywhere else.

I have been at this practice since November 2020. Since working here we have done a complete upgrade in staff, service is at an all time high and quality is what we strive. New, friendly faces, personable office staff who share compassion and care for every patient is what we project. Patient requests turn around time is at a new low meaning it gets worked on immediatly and communication is always provided. We are a small office but we have a family atmosphere. From the Doctor to the Therapists and all the office staff we are happy to help those in need and together we are better.

Ms. Flo is the best therapist. Dr. Singh is awesome as well. Wherever Ms Flo is, I will follow her. She is compassionate, and understands me. She holds me to my word, and has saved my life!

This place is a nightmare. The dragon lady , Karen that answers the phone is incredibly rude & disrespectful. They take forever to refill medication, return phone calls, fill out prior authorization forms, etc... They certainly dont hesitate to get payment. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have never had a doctor that I had zero confidence in their abilities until being a client of Dr. Singhs the past couple years. I honestly do not know whats worse, Dr Singhs ability and knowledge as a psychiatrist or the office staff (in particular the woman who chain smokes every 20 minutes). New clients beware!!!

This place is highly recommended if you want to experience THE WORST SERVICE in your life. I called the office many times and left several messages to schedule the appointment with the doctor because I was running out of medication. The office NEVER returned my calls and messages. I had to live OFF medication for 2 weeks. My symptoms were becoming worse. I physically visited the office to ask for refill and also to schedule the appointment. The lady working at the front desk told me that I had to see the doctor for a refill and I would be ok without medication for couple of days. The lady with NO MEDICAL DEGREE diagnosed my condition. It is very SERIOUS issue. I finally had to go to my pharmacy to ask for emergency refill for 3 days and also ask my primary care doctor for a refill. They still did NOT return my call. Choice is up to you.

I like this place for their service. I LOVE this place because they made Brandon Nieves angry. His lack of patience reflects his inability to sell. This is place is just fine. Everyone should chill out. I was in last week and my appointment was only 10 minutes late. Its a doctor office... What do you expect? Drop the God mentality and develop patience and relax. Once again... Thanks for pissing off Brandon Nieves because he is a jerk who threatened to throw me over the bar counter when I was working at the Rudder in Dewey Beach.

This place is unbelievable. First of all, the wait time is insane. Dr. Singh is always behind and your often left sitting in the incredibly small waiting room for an hour at least. Secondly the office is still a paper office. Who does that anymore? Its 2017 come on people , there is a such thing as ELECTRONIC RECORDS!!! Thats why stuff is often misplaced. Also when I got discharged , it was from someone I have NEVER met before, was refused medication and my medical records. So I filed a compliant with the licensing board. DO NOT GO TO THIS INCOMPITENT place. Lastly they are out of the office more then they are even in the office, I am shocked as to how they are still in business and hopefully they get shut down!!! I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. They take weeks to fill prescriptions even when I call every day to remind them that I’m out of medication. Both the doctor and the reception staff are insanely rude. Do not go here

An employee was standing right in front of the entrance smoking.It definitely made the waiting room REEK of smoke, I was gagging the whole 45+ minutes I was waiting. Certainly anyone with asthma would not be safe there.Every time the front door opens a beep sounds at the volume and pitch of a smoke alarm, just adding to the tense and unpleasant atmosphere.I dont mind waiting for a doctors appointment. I do mind being made to wait in a repulsive environment.Stop employees (and visitors) smoking almost inside the waiting room. The relentless breeze from the van only adds to the assault on our senses.

Trying to schedule a new patient appointment is like trying schedule to see the Pope. Very unprofessional!

Horrible customer service . Ann , who works the billing department there is very unprofessional and rude and doesnt know what shes doing . Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone . Ann told me numerous times I was wrong in regards to my insurance she didnt even know about . She conducted herself in a rude and arronganr manner and I was appalled . I will never go back because of the horrible and rude service I received from Ann

Outdated, disgusting, unprofessional staff and office. Wait time is outrageous. One hell of a first impression.
