I’m not sure why this location doesn’t have a higher rating. Stoney Batter is a beautiful location in Pike Creek with a very beautiful building. It was easy getting in and out and there was plenty of parking.Because I had an appointment, my wait was no more than two minutes, and I was finished in five minutes total. The staff was courteous and quick. The office was very clean. I would gladly drive a little further than go to the Newark location solely because I liked the area and my experience was worth the trip.

No way to contact office by phone to have a question answered. This is very poor customer service. Otherwise, office is 5 star great!

Service was fast , efficient and office was very clean

I scheduled my appointment ahead of time and was taken back promptly at that time. The lab is very clean and my technician/nurse was Dawanna. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I hope to be able to go to her in the future!!

This lab is basically appointment only. Don’t bother going in as a walk-in. Waited for 40 minutes and was not seen because people with appointments kept walking in. I left and drove down the street to LabCorp and had a very positive experience. I will never go to Quest again.

They have always been reasonably quick without appointment and friendly. Sometimes it can take a while depending on when you get there. I always try to get there when they open.

Not very friendly, I know it was Monday and a holiday, Presidents day, but no reason to act like you do not want to be there, it is ashame because I have been there many of times and usually works out great, but I think next time I will try another quest location

I brought my mom who is on a wheelchair. I come in is a walk in. Arrived at 9:35 am . Not everyday mom is able to go out of the house bc of her advanced Alzheimer. Employees continue giving priority to people with appointments for more than half an hr until the place is near empty. Then walkin are taken. I wish employees could use their judgement better.

Not very friendly at all. Were not welcoming. 3 people there and two on their phone and computer. Not really helpful.
