Talk about overbooking. I had the first appointment of the day and was taken back 30+ minutes later. My last visit was a ten oclock. I left at 11:20 when I still had not been called back. I never answered their calls after that.She does good work but there is little regard for the patient and zero concern for their schedule.

First appointment when I arrived it ended up i saw the PA when my appointment was made with Dr. Loesch.Two weeks ago at my appointment I was put in a room that was 63 degrees, the nurse offered a blanket and said the doctor didnt want to turn the heat on yet. After 10 minutes waiting I ask to speak to office manager who said she knew it was cold but not that cold. The nurses had told her it was cold in the back.Yesterdays 4:30 pm appointment I arrived 10 minutes before appointment and was told she was running 2 hours behind.She may be a great doctor but patient courtesy it lacking.

I have seen Ms. Rankin the PA there; and I find her absolutely charming. She puts you at ease; very thorough education and attentiveness to detail. She has the most bubbly personality. Absolutely love going there.

Called to see what the cost would be to remove some moles if I didn’t have insurance. Lady over the phone said it would cost $150 and I’d be billed to my house. Once I got sent back into the room, another lady made sure that I knew for EACH mole removed, it would cost $150 to be sent off to be checked. When the doctor saw me, she says I didn’t need to have any moles cutoff but they could be removed by freezing them. Great right? Not until I got to check out and told I needed to pay $400. It was somehow brought down to $200 (Not complaining) and I was made to pay them then and there rather than being billed like I was told.

A few months ago I was diagnosed with facial Basal Skin Cancer. Dr Loesch was highly recommended by the Naval Hospital doctors. During the removal procedure Dr Loesch and her staff were very attentive and helpful. They answered all of my questions before, during and after the procedure. Her surgical skills are amazing, after only four month you can hardly see the scar under my eye, keep in mind it takes about a year or so to see the final results. I am truly happy with the results and service.

I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork. I was scheduled to see the P.A. for a full body scan. I waited a full hour after my appointment time and another 15 to be seen by the P.A. The P.A. did a quick scan of my skin and suggested I have Levulan Kerastick procedure during the Winter. I will not continue to use this practice if I have to wait over an hour each time. Get more help or schedule appointments appropriately.

My first visit she rushed to Look up my face and 10 min later I was going home with some samples and soup that costed me $60 on top of the $150 and “ treatment” didn’t help at all! I called to discuss about results but she wants to charge me $150 or more to see me again! Definitely she doesn’t care to help but she’ll love to take you money!!!

Dr. Loesch did a wonderful job addressing each of my concerns. She is very thorough and explained everything to me. The staff is very friendly!

My visit was fast and Megan was great. I have seen a lot of reviews about wait times, but had no issue with this during my visit.

My husband and I have been going to Coastal Dermotology for at least 10 years.Pros: great MOHS surgery and results and LeAnn in the office is caring and wonderful. I have had Botox and had good result, PA Megan and Dr Loesch are knowledgeable and approachable.Cons: Office waits can be terrible. Only recommendation but little/no information given to prepare my husband for blue light treatment for actinic keratosis and pre skin cancers! Technician did treatment without introducing herself or coming in after treatment to take him out and give expectations. No post treatment directions or patient call/care. When he called for advice on the second day and mentioned that he wasn’t given any post treatment directions the nurse was defensive. I am severely disappointed in this practice!

Great treatment and from what Ive heard the most magical disappearing mohs scars in town. Loooong wait in the waiting room every time though.

My first visit and I was waiting to be seen for 1 hour and 20 min. I arrived 15 min early to complete my new patient information. Never ended up being seen. After an another hour of waiting I walked out. I plan to find another doctor.
