FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dr. Gendleman fixed my problem in no time, and was extremely pleasant. Thats why i was so surprised with the following experience. The worst front staff Ive ever encountered. When making an emergency appointment and get records, the (clearly young) female receptionist insisted that i had a balance due, although i have never recd a bill. When I simply asked what it was for, she refused to tell me, rattled off another number to call, said she will not book me an appointment and hung up. I was a medical receptionist for 5 years, so i know what this job entails. When you are having an EYE EMERGENCY, you should be able to speak to your dr, not treated as badly as I was.
