Dr. Sylvestri and his staff were wonderful. First of all, they took me on time - no waiting like most doctors. Everything ran like clockwork; each person knew their role and did it exceptionally! Dr. Sylvestri was very professional and knowledgeable but also warm and friendly. Thats hard to do day in and day out, especially when meeting new patients (as I was). He asked the right questions and then more importantly, listened as I gave my answers. Again very rare with most doctors. His assistants Kathy and Michelle were knowledgeable and courteous and again listened intently to my questions and worked with me. I had followup blood work a few days later and the results were communicated to me both on the telephone and on their great health portal. I had followup questions and received a call back the same day - who does that? Dr. George Sylvestri and his team thats who! Im a 61 year old male and never bothered to write up a doctors review before - this team deserves the recognition!

Patient at this location for 4+ years. Always have an excellent experience each visit. Appointments are prompt. Wait times usually five minutes or less (in fact today they took me four minutes early). All staff members courteous and friendly. Although this is a large practice, all are knowledgeable of our health issues. Staff takes time to go the extra measure even though we all know our visits have an allotment of time. The provider is very thorough, and takes time to review each lab result, and explain its meaning and any concerns if required.In short, we drive 45 minutes each way to visit this office, bypassing other Wilmington Health offices and other providers closer to our home.Caridad has helped us greatly during our last couple of visits, but she has followed a number of skilled professionals, who have all treated us as family.We choose to utilize Dr Sylvestri and his team.

Dr. Sylvestri is an extremely kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable physician. All of his staff at Wilmington Health on Parker Farm Road is wonderful. It is always a productive, pleasant and comforting experience to visit their offices.

I also had Dr. Silvestri. It was a pleasure to have a doctor of his obvious ability. I know he remembers you from what he has written down from a previous visit but it was nice that he tries to be interested.Spends a lot of time and does not rush you. We are from California and always use to writing down any of our problems and then talking fast. The moment they feel like they have enough you are out of there.

Dr. Sylvestri and his nurse, Michelle are awesome. So is the rest of his staff. I never have to wait long and theyre always so nice and professional.
