I was referred to see a rheumatologist for a variety of long term symptoms and was so relieved to finally get some direction to help with chronic pain and neurological problems. Apparently 11 years ago I had an appointment and didnt come to it. I dont ever recalled even being referred to a rheumatologist and never saw one before. I spoke with the office manager and she makes the policy. Even when I said that the others I called dont accept my insurance and asked for her help, she told me I needed to talk to my insurance company to come up with a solution, but I am not being seen there.

Doctor is nice, nurses are always sweet when I come in and help me hold the door open for the patient, who is in a wheelchair. Parking can be a problem, since the lot is small and theres only two handicap spaces. Had issues before where elderly folks with canes and walkers took the spot where the wheelchair access area was, making it more difficult for me to load and unload, but thats really about it.

I miss an appointment 9 yrs ago. Which I don’t remember making and because of that, I can never make another appointment with them again. Unbelievable
