My dental hygienist and dentist were AMAZING. I would mention them by name because they deserve that, but Im horrible with names and dont even remember. They really go above and beyond and made me feel super comfortable with everything they did. Im not necessarily a fan of going to the dentist, but Id go as far to say I really enjoyed my visit. Wonderful staff up there.

I have a deep fear of going to a dentist and for many years did not go, finally I did go to Riccobene at Porters Neck. From the moment I was greeted, she made me feel calm and relaxed. Then returning a week later for actual work on my teeth, Dr. Kennedy was perfect, kind, gentle. I hope anyone with a fear of Dentists could have my experience.

I live in Porters Neck and I am very happy and comforted at having such a caring and professional Dental group to go to. Riccobene Associates is wonderful! I experienced very bad treatments at O2 Dental, which is more like a factory and needed to follow-up because my gums were getting worse. A co-worker said how happy her Mother was with Riccobene Associates. I saw Dr. Roberts and he was gentle and kind. He didn’t push anything. He truly cared about helping me. I saw Colleen and she did such a good cleaning and I’m seeing her again and she will be maintaining my gums. I have no more bleeding!! I received a special toothpaste, complimentary from Dr. Roberts and a packet from Colleen, which I NEVER received from O2 Dental. I would highly recommend this group for everyone! Dr. Cory Jameson did a great job on my implant procedure. He gave me a very in-depth explanation of what the procedure involved and used the upmost care in performing the surgical part of the procedure. Dr. Jameson and his staff were cheerful and friendly and even asked me what kind of music I would like to listen to during the procedure. It was a very nice overall experience.

Absolutely wonderful!! Didnt think wonderful and dentist could be in the same sentence but EVERY person I have encountered in the office from the reception area to the doctors are courteous and friendly. The doctors are attentive, informative and put the patients first!!! I honestly would give them 10 stars if that was possible and I am not a person who gives reviews.

My first time using this practice with Dr Kyle Thames and I couldnt be happier! He was great! They got me scheduled for 2 days after I called. Was nervous about getting a root canal and they were totally wonderful! Found out I actually needed to get two. Ugh. Dr Thames was actually able to get them both done that same day. About as painless a procedure as I could imagine. I didnt even need the nitrous! Kudos to him and his wonderful assistant!

Just got my wisdom teeth removed at this place. It was AMAZING. The staff is happy, uplifting and fun. We listened to music throughout the entire process & they took great care of me. It was a great experience. I highly recommend!

The staff was professional and courteous. I was brought in without a long wait. The dental hygienist, Colleen, was very cordial and did a thorough job and explained everything knowledgeably. Dr. Roberts was also cordial and performed the examination even routinely checking for oral cancer. The office was modern and clean. It was a great first experience as a new patient.

First time in my whole life that I found a dentist office that was PERFECT. Everyone from the front to the back are knowledgeable and try their hardest to accommodate your situation. I would recommend anyone to give them a try and youll never go anywhere else. Unfortunately I am moving to SC and they currently do not have locations there but stated they are hoping to start operations there soon. When they do I will be right back with them.

I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I can’t stop shaking in the chair and typically have to focus on counting my breaths to make it through an appointment. Dr. Holmes is the best dentist I have ever been to. She has made me feel comfortable through four fillings and a crown. I can’t even begin to thank her enough for 1) putting up with me and 2) making it as easy as it possibly could be. All of the staff are extremely nice, kind, and supportive. I will never go anywhere else... unless Dr. Holmes leaves, then I’m following her.

Would you believe that I actually had a fun experience at Dr. Riccobenes office for my oral surgery. I had a great conversation with the doctor and nurse while the novocane was numbing me! I felt no pain and great care! The front office people were:also very friendly and helpful. They were especially helpful in figuring out my insurance coverage. They all had my interest and care at heart.

I was apprehensive about going to a new dentist after having gone to my previous practice for over 40 years. But my former provider didnt take my new insurance so I was forced to fine a new practice. I couldnt be any happier! My hygienist Colleen was very nice, and Dr Richards couldnt have been any nicer with his thorough exam. I am very pleased!

I have not been to a dentist in too many years had been putting my oral hygiene behind my children’s, as a result I had a toothache, I went to this practice and they were absolutely amazing. Very professional no dental shaming absolutely empathetic and knowledgeable and Consistent with all Covid protocol beautiful office excellent staff took my x-rays provide me a treatment plan for the future and provided me an antibiotic and pain relief that was non-narcotic which was really awesome I feel better already and it’s only been about four hours. They actually have an internal pay plan that is amazing so please don’t hesitate to go get your teeth checked and cleaned because these are the people that will make it worthwhile and not break your bank and make you feel awful for not taking care of your teeth properly!!

I had my teeth cleaned today by Andrea! She went above and beyond. I honestly don’t feel like I’ve had that good of a cleaning in years!!! If you want a hygienist that goes the extra mile, and ever SO gently cleans your teeth, then you need to go see her. She puts you at ease from the minute you get in the chair. She even offered me a big warm fuzzy blanket and let me watch TV while she cleaned my teeth. She has such a kind and gentle manner to her. I can’t wait to get my whole family to come in to see her. Great first visit here, and actually the best dental office I’ve ever been to! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very gentle and took her time with my teeth cleaning whereas I’ve had others who rush and make my gums bleed. The office itself is very modern and welcoming. There are even TVs on the ceilings in the patient rooms for anyone who has dental chair anxiety! They also have several different types of services they can do. I will be going back in a few weeks to have wisdom teeth removed.

Being 68 years old and having experienced many in the dentistry field I have never had a dentist that cares and listens to you like Dr. Roberts! Dr. Holmes and her assistant Stephanie were absolutely incredible during my visit today! I had a root canal and work on two implants and they made me feel at ease the whole time I was there. I had a terrible experience here. Had healthy teeth when I came in but ended up needing a root canal from an old filling they replaced. That cost me over $3000. I was in so much pain. Many times I called the office and did not even get a call back. They blamed it on staffing but the issues are far beyond that. So disappointed.

I’ve never had a better experience with a dentist. They go above and beyond to meet my needs. Their attention to detail is leagues above the rest. They’ll have my business for as long as they’re around.

I just had a root canal and temporary crown placed by Dr Roberts at the Porters Neck location. I was a nervous wreck and they did their best to make me feel at ease. Dr Roberts and his assistant listened to my concerns about my TMJ and chronic back spasms, which were the source of my fears. I was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention I was given, which lessened the number of spasms and jaw locking ups I had to endure during the 3 hour procedure.

In my experience, highly unprofessional. Legitimately one person in the entire office that knows how to handle a problem. Its like when you bring your car in for an oil change and they try to tell you you need the transmission rebuilt. I have silver fillings that have been in my mouth for 15 plus years. Not one person has said they should be replaced. This dentist thought I should get them all replaced. When I question this insane amount of recommended work, The dentist literally walked out of the room. Never once addressed the primary reason for my visit.As others have said, this place is clearly about money. My first visit they tried to take x-rays when I had just had x-rays done 6 months before.As other people have said, they think anxiety is a reason not to treat a patient. So if you or your children have ADD, ADHD, anxiety disorder, bipolar or any other illness similar, I would go somewhere else. When people say the word, uppity, this is what they mean.Im no stranger to the dentist, never had a problem with any other ones.

Amazing staff! Dr. Roberts, Rebecca, and Julie are wonderful. I have never been more at ease in a dentist’s office. They take the extra steps to show they care. Putting a gentle hand on your shoulder while the Novocain is administered or rubbing your jaw after removing the apparatus are just a few of the things they do to ease a patient’s anxiety and stiffness from keeping your mouth open. They were meticulous in their craft. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have had a lot of work done in my mouth and usually nothing goes smoothly. Dr. Holmes, Stephanie and Andrea always put my needs first making sure I understand what needs to be done and then getting it done without problems. I travel an hour for my appointments but wouldn’t change dentists ever.

When I first saw the high reviews, I was a little skeptical until my first appointment yesterday. First, all the front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were very nice. The office is really nicely decorated and clean. The hygienist was the best I’ve ever had in my life. She took her time to explain things, cleaned my teeth without making it super painful, and even asked at the end if I had any more questions. It had been a little bit since my last visit so I was a little worried the cleaning would be miserable (also, I’m pregnant and apparently the gums bleed easier when you are), but I was shocked at how well the cleaning went. She was also very thorough, and went back in with the pick later because she saw some plaque missed. The dentist that checked my teeth was also awesome--first dentist to ever check my jaw and tonsils. Trust me, the high reviews aren’t fake—this has got to be the best dentist office in the area.

I would give Dr. Riccobene, the hygienists and dental assistants 5 stars. My experience with the front desk staff was definitely not top notch. I needed a referral from my insurance company which took them a week to submit. A month later and I had no call from anyone at the office or my insurance. I followed up with the insurance company myself and was given an amount that I would pay. At checkout at my visit I was given a different amount. When I explained my conversation with my insurance company they accepted the amount she referred to as my deductible that matched the amount my insurance co. gave me. She did state I may get an additional bill... well I just received a bill for a completely new amount. I have a complete lack of confidence in billing and the front desk staff. They are also not the friendliest. Not sure if I will be back,

I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was a smooth and easy process, very light pain afterwords and back to normal daily activities after about 6-8 hours! Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Holmes and her team of assistants are great. She is simply put the perfect dentist in every way! I took her recommendations into consideration with regards to my issue and once again I have had a great eye opening experience! She recommended a waterpik and my teeth and gums have never felt so clean!
