Racine dental is staffed with friendly, efficient, well qualified doctors and assistants. They don’t push procedures on you but rather explain the necessity for them. They are honest when they say something has to be done immediately or you can wait . I like the paper they give you which states exactly how much a procedure will cost. Im glad I switched a few years ago to Racine.

A pleasure from the first bite; Racine Dental has awesome dentists, assistants, and secretaries. I have been going to them for 4 years and only have positive things to say. They are all gentle, thorough, and proactive about dental health and hygiene. Plus they are great with kids, my neice regularly sits in my lap for appointments and loves to watch. The staff are always polite and efficient. I really appreciate how they value my time. My appointment today was at 9 and they took me back right away, cleaned my teeth, had the dentist consult, and I was out by 9:30.

The lady I had and the doctor that checked up on me were both absolutely amazing and made my teeth all nice and clean!! Great conversations as well, as best I could talk when getting a cleaning that is.

Quick but thorough service. Definitely the friendliest group of people as well, from the receptionist to techs, to hygienists to the doctor herself. Offering extended hours (including Saturdays!!) is top notch. I highly recommend.

Great staff and dentists. They truly are caring, polite and honest. You are not going to be urged into unnecessary procedures. But you can be sure your teeth will be well take care of and maintained. Best of all: they’re very good with “Fraidy Cats.”

Great job on my new crown, Dr. Marsh and staff at Racine! Throughout the process Dr. Marsh explained all the steps, was sensitive to my comfort, and the crown looks and feels like my normal tooth. She was patient, kind and best of all, talented!

Ally is amazing to work with. She took great care of me and my teeth after my jaw surgery and since then she is the only one I want to do the cleaning. All of the staff members are caring and considerate. The doctors do a phenomenal job. Minimal wait time and friendly atmosphere.

The staff at Racine is very professional and friendly...actually kind is a better word. They are efficient and the whole visit never takes me much more than an hour, often less. They are happy to make accommodations for my kids age 3 and 6. My 6 year old freaked out at her first appointment with them when she was younger. It was an epic fail. They suggested scheduling me first and her after so she could see the appointment. That worked perfectly.I was so thankful that they weren’t upset or annoyed by my daughter’s fear and didn’t hold it against usI have had 2 successful fillings from Dr. Chapman and she knows how to keep my kids in line and all of our teeth in good shape.I highly recommend Racine Dental Care!

I’ve been going to racine dental for over 10 years and love the staff and care i get from my hygienist and dentist at each visit.

I unfortunately had to get two cavities filled today, but in my lifetime Ive had quite a few at many different dentists office and I must say this was by far the best experience of my entire cavity filling career haha. Due to all of my past history it almost felt like I was just getting a cleaning and boom, they were done.... Theyre all so sweet and have the best bedside manner and professionalism, as well as the super sweet front desk staff. I will definitely be a loyal patient here forever! So happy that I no longer have to dentist hop!

The ladies there are always so very nice. My appointments are always on time, so I never have to wait for more than a few minutes in their office, which is very rare at any doctor or dentist office. Ive never had an unpleasant experience there. I would definitely recommend them .

My overall experience was great. Very cordial and helpful staff. My only concern is the staff doesnt get covid tests regularly. Although they take tremendous precautions to protect everyone I would feel much more comfortable knowing they were being tested regularly. Being in a health care business I believe for their sake as well as the patient it would be prudent to test regularly.

In and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff follow safety guidelines, make you feel comfortable, and are super friendly. Have been going here for over 10 years.

I am impressed with the staff and the Dentist. We are working at rebuilding my teeth... cavities, cleaning etc... I need a bridge rebuilt I have to unfortunately wait to have that done till the other work is completed. But all work so far has been good. I WOULD recommend them.

The hygienists they have at Racine Dental are top-notch. I’ve only ever had incredible experiences there, with confident, sure-handed hygienists taking care of me. Unlike other dentists I’ve been to, I don’t dread upcoming appointments here, because every visit is straightforward. The receptionists have always been outstanding at figuring out insurance policies, so I’ve never been blind-sided by an unexpected charge.10/10, HAVE in fact recommended people here. I recently switched to Racine Dental and I have to say I am highly impressed. My first teeth cleaning went great. A few weeks went by and I noticed some sensitivity while brushing and immediately made an appointment. They checked me out, gave me suggestions, and said it was a no cost visit. WHO DOES THAT?! 🦷 This was my first visit to Racine Dental. The dentist who attended to me was Dr. Dwyer. Both she and the dental hygienist were very thorough and - most important - GENTLE! The extra steps they are taking in response to the Covid-19 virus are impressive and left me feeling comfortable with my decision to make a dental visit at this time. As I like to have my teeth cleaned quarterly, I was delighted to learn the extra cleanings will be very affordable.

The Staff are amazing very friendly and they always explain everything that is going on regarding your insurance. The Doctors are kind and helpful and they always ask if anything is bothering you and give you advice.

Im highly impressed with Racine Dental Care. My husband and I have had awful luck trying to find a good dentist in the Wilmington area. Neither one of us enjoy going to the dentist (who does?). But Racine Dental Care employs all highly skilled, kind employees. Their hours are incredible. Its so helpful to be able to set an appointment outside working hours. We noticed that each employee read our new patient forms before they seen us - As they all mentioned certain things we noted. Their equipment is high-tech. They give great discounts if your insurance doesnt cover certain items. All of the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming - And helpful. The amount of detail that went in with our cleaning was amazing. For anyone on the fence about finding a good dentist, seriously - Look no further. Racine Dental Care is the place to go!

I just had a cracked crown and they got me a appointment immediately and I didnt feel pressured to spend a good chunk of money because, they advised me I could wait or take care of it when able. I have had 4 appointments one of which I messed up rescheduled and the appointment reminders starting 2 weeks out to confirm were over the top annoying then get a call the day before and reminded per request and was told a different time than scheduled.Horrible experience overall I wanted all services completed in one day not 3 separate times. They will try to tell you things are wrong with you that are not. Also gave the Dr an opportunity to call me today to discuss these issues and never received a phone call I told the receptionist that Id write a review if I was not called. So here it is better luck with your next fool of a customer! I did NOT miss my appointment 4 times yours receptionist left a voicemail for a 1230

I get anxious when I go to the dentist, but this office has changed my outlook. It was my first visit and everyone was extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I am moving soon, but I would be willing to drive down to Wilmington to go here!

Racine Dental hygienist, Valerie, is very thorough yet gentle when cleaning my teeth. I am not the easiest patient because my gums are so sensitive, but that did not deter Valerie. And Dr. Chapman, a total 5-star dentist!!
