Our experience was great from the the moment we walked in my girls were getting seen this day in particular they didn’t forget to come and get me immediately after x-Rays were over. They were cared by Hygienist- Krista and Assistant- Santos they were very nice, careful, and explained each step before they started and my girl’s loved 🥰 them… They were also very upbeat and friendly ladies!!! Highly recommended for service !!!

Dr. Armstrong and his staff were extremely helpful, professional, and on point with helping me out of a bad spot. I had a toothache that kept me from even sleeping all night long and the next morning I just walked in and they were prompt to help relieve the pain. The lovely lady at the front desk, Jessica, was extremely helpful in assisting me with paperwork and insurance matters. I just owe you all a sincere thank you and hope you will continue the good work and helping others that come in the door feeling the way i did this morning.

Your Community Dental is great! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. The team of Krista and Santos (my hygienist and dental assistant) were incredible and the equipment was top notch! It was quite obvious Dr.Schryer cares greatly about not only the dental health, but the overall well-being of his patients. Ive been for several visits and I would highly recommend. A dental office is not my favorite place to be but the staff make this office great. Dr. Schryer is great, Amanda gave the most thorough cleaning Ive had, and Jaylen would make any patient feel comfortable and enjoy a trip to the dentist.

My first review I did was positive, however after my third visit my opinion has changed. Went to get 2 fillings and a cleaning. Was told that I would be able to be numb due to pain with last cleaning attempt. The staff had no idea what I was saying? No record of last cleaning attempt, no record of what was discussed with myself and dentist Morgon. It was like my previous appointment never happened. But Im sure they billed my insurance. This place has turned out to be a joke. I have found another dentist. Its very sad that folks with medicaid get bottom of barrel treatment from this dental office.

Dr. Jones is amazing. Not only is she incredibly thorough and attentive but she also thinks outside of the box. She took my situation and my concerns then created a solution based on them, that is something no other dentist did (and i went to many of them, woth o2 dentistry being the absolute worst ). Dr. Jones also noticed a possible gentic disorder that likely caused many of my problems. At almost 40 yrs. Old and having always taken care of my teeth its hard to believe no ther dentist ever noticed it. I wish there were more dentist like her! The office staff at community dental are also great.

This was my first visit here and I was very pleased. The staff were friendly and quick to get me in. My technician, Kayla was wonderful. Very cordial, professional and comprehensive. She took the time to explain terminology and what she was doing.I have already booked in again. Definitely 5 stars!!

I am beyond disappointed with the office staff. I had my first appointment in March for a cleaning. They informed me I would need a deep cleaning and would submit a request to my insurance to have this done. I scheduled another appointment in June to have my cavity filled and expected to know then if the request was submitted and approved and that was not done. I now needed dental clearance from my doctor. I have an autoimmune disease and I am a candidate for a transplant. I made a call to my Doctor at Duke and he gave me clearance and said for them to call his office. I call them back, talked to the staff member and gave her the phone number and name of his nurse. She said she would call immediately and then give me a call to schedule my filling. Heard nothing. Have called and left 2 additional messages and they still won’t return my phone call. I have never had such poor service in my life. I really hope they get some training in customer service and realize it’s not my job to schedule the services I need completed.

An amazing staffs at this office. Lady in the front as you walk in is lovely and presentable. I had my molar extraction performed by Dr.Troupes and one of his assistant they both were amazing. They made sure i was very comfortable and not feeling any pain. I told Dr i was very nervous and he kept his word and made the procedure smooth and painless even tho my tooth was very stubborn he did a great job! Thank you so much Dr.Troupes and his team.

I had my first, and certainly not my last visit at this office as it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was knowledgeable, personable and treated me with great care. Dr Troupes effortlessly and painlessly performed two upper wisdom tooth extractions. I also had a wonderful experience with both dental hygienist Amanda and dental assistant Antoinette. Thank you very much for a welcoming and professional visit!

Rating one star because they did my root canal incorrectly. I need to get it redone. They let someone whos never done a root canal before do mine. Dr. Brown (Don Brown) was very rude. While under laughing gas he proceeded to talk about how bad my job was and how much he hated everyone at my job where he frequently stays. Did not check up on me after. I WOULD NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WORK DONE WRONG! To add: and now I have to get it redone for the third time! A different doctor has found that two of my teeth needed the root canal which Dr Brown did not catch ! this man does NOT know how to do his job correctly please do not go here. This is a warning to future customers they do not treat you nicely and do not do their work correctly! If I could give negative stars I would. Please do not spend your money at this corrupt office.

Id like to start off with saying one of my BIGGEST fears is the dentist, or tooth work of any kind. I have put off fixing simple cavities just because of the fear. Eventually they cavity WILL get bigger and deeper and youll need the tooth taken out. Well today for me that was the case. Dr. Morgan and her Assistant Ms.Shecorey did a PHENOMINAL job today extracting a BAD tooth I had. They made me feel right at home and kept me calm so the experience could be as comfortable as possible. Really genuine caretakers!! Alot of time in the medical field today people are so robotic. They were timely also all while doing this. I literally found myself not wanting to leave I enjoyed there company and service so much. Thanks Gals, hope to have yall next time.

Was able to get in today for an emergency appointment. Which I was very grateful for because my face is killing me. The ladies in the front Shannon and Ashley where incredible they were able to work me in today for the appointment today and then they actually able to get me into do extra work that I needed done so I was able to get it all done today. I saw Dr Williams he was amazing and Maria his assistant made me feel so at home and comfortable with my dental procedures I would recommend this dental office to anybody that needed any work done they go above and beyond the make sure that everything is okay for you and that you have a positive experience.

I LOVE going to this practice! My husband and I both see dentists at this location. I love the fact that everyone is treated the same and they always have a smile on their face. I never have to wait very long to be seen and the whole staff is so patient and kind. I always walk out with a smile at the end of my appointment!

We have a great experience there. My daughter doesnt do good at all with dentist, Dr. Williams did great with her. She did great with his help, his whole team did amazing. Shannon was great she help keep her calm and getting us appointments that work best for our needs. Great job by all!

This office is by far the best dental practice Ive ever been to. Dr. Williams does excellent work and has the best personality u could ask for. He fully explains the procedures as to where u completely understand what will b done and know exactly what to expect. Charlene, his assistant is wonderful and they make a great team. My visit was a prelude to some dental work I needed. This was a referral from a friend of mine. She knew what I had experienced with a previous dentist and what I was looking for. I was impressed with the clerk whom I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment as well as the reception area staff when you first enter the building. Warm, Receptive, Patient, Courteous and Accommodating. The Dentist need I say was very thorough, informative and spoke with a smile and a very warm tone. I was experiencing a little anxiety and he provided options and we came up with the best solution and we reset giving time for him to gather all the info needed to do the job. I was impressed!

Very unprofessional wife went in for 2 cavities and a cleaning. Said they had no records of that being done, and no records of her in there several weeks ago for having a tooth pulled and being told about the 2 cavities. She showed them her mouth from where they pulled the tooth and they had nothing to say about that. I have canceled my future appointments with them since they have no clue of whats going on. Total Joke.

My wife just went and saw Dr Yates Williams. He is by far the best dentist she has ever seen .His level of skill with his ability to make the patient comfortable is amazing. Amy is terrified of dental work and Dr Williams and his assistant Maria made her visit a very nice experience .Dr Williams care now makes Amy no longer dread her dental appointments. We definitely suggest you make an appoitment with him. He is also amazing with children as he also takes care of my 7 year old daughter and myself as well.

I wanted to thank the kind and considerate staff employed at Brown and Associates. Whenever I come in for a visit, Ashley and Sharon always make me feel welcomed and go the extra mile in helping me with appointments. Even going so far as calling me and getting me in for same day treatment. I suffer from extreme anxiety and both of these girls make sure I am comfortable and relaxed when I come in for appointments. Theyve really made the trip to the dentist a whole new experience.

Since I have been to this office several times with my grandkids I wanted to thank Ashley P. for all her patient help in scheduling, answering my questions and making the kids feel happy and good about being there. I went in for a routine cleaning and DDS Tiffany noticed immediately that I could use an extra treatment to some previous work done elsewhere. I came back and she and her technician performed the work in stellar fashion. I was very comfortable even through my nervousness. I’ve already booked for some cosmetics; I trust that she’ll do fantastic!

I found the scheduling/reception staff to be rude and inconsiderate. I know it wont matter to them but Ill be taking my sons and my business elsewhere.

Overall experience has always been a great one.Dr.Troupes as always makes your time here extremely comfortable. Without these two Shannon and Antoinette this office surely would not run quite as smooth. Kudos to these 3 attributes to this company .

Kudos to Charlene at this office for going “above and beyond” in taking care of one of our elderly residents who had to wait almost an hour for her ride after her appointment. The staff was amazing and the caring and attention of Charlene was remarkable. They really do care.

I have been going here for dental work for about 7 years and have always been very pleased. Recently I have been seeing Dr. Schryur and he has been the best yet.

I accompanied my elderly mother to her dentist appt., Ive got to say the staff was wonderful. Dr. Preston was a sweetheart and so patient with my mom, and the check in/out girls were great! Nikki, and Nicole answered all my insurance questions and got my mom on her way quickly. Thank you, that level of customer service is rare nowadays.

Dr. Williams and his staff were amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose my dental problem, and explained what needed to be done to get me out of pain. The appointment was pain free and I was out in no time. I didn’t know a dental visit could be so easy!

Called multiple times and left a message and still have not received a call back. Finally got through today just for them to have a horrible attitude. Will be looking for a new dentist. Dr.Troupes is wonderful however the staff is not.

Do not go....went today to have my sons tooth looked at...had a appointment at 930 was there by 900 after waiting a hour i walked to the front desk to make sure everything was ok...was assured everything was fine and it wouldnt be much longer.....soon after i watched someone walk in tell the receptionist he didnt have a appointment and about five minutes later was called ahead of me...at which point i balled up my paperwork and left. I was as nice as i could be...never acted impatient....confirmed my appointment by text....

I have been to the office 3 times with 3 grandchildren. Had a great experience on all occasions. The last time was a bit of a wait but one grandchild had 6 cavities that all got filled on that day. He was there for a cleaning. Very pleased so far

I have been coming here since June 2017. I have had a lot of work done. The care and respect I have had from Doctors and staff are amazing. I have a few more sessions till done and my child also comes here and loves it. Thank you all for everything.

Community Dental made me a last minute, in my opinion emergency, appointment. I called that morning Charlene was able to get me in within hours, she continued to check on me throughout the entire visit, got my checked out and scheduled me for my next visit. Dr Williams, was so friendly, he ensured I understood what caused my pain, what he would do to relief that pain and how he would continue to follow up to ensure my issue was resolved. Then poor Ms Jean was stuck with the hard work, none the less she made me laugh and talked to me as if she knew me!!! Everyone made me feel welcome and treated me like a friend, not just a patient with a problem!!! I officially have a new dentist!!!!!

I wanted to thank the amazing staff that took care of my father and made him feel welcomed during his office visit. My father suffers from PTSD and high stress anxiety and that makes it difficult for him in unfamiliar situations. He came in for a consultation and ended up having to have his remaining teeth removed.The girls up front, Ashley and Shannon were super sweet and was able to assure him he wouldnt have to worry about a thing. He was seen by Dr. Williams who was very caring and gentle with my father during the extraction. My father said that Maria made him feel safe during the process. This staff made a strung tight man feel safe through 13 teeth extractions. I cant begin to give my thanks to these kind and thoughtful people.

THIS IS THE BEST VISIT WE HAD SO FAR TODAY. THE PAST FEW TIMES WERE BAD, BECAUSE WE LEFT WITH BAD MOUTH PAIN FOR MONTHS AFTER THE VISIT. BUT TODAY WAS VERY WONDERFUL. Ive never been to a dentist and the experience was better than I have ever had before. Very proficient and caring. Absolute great fast work. From my cleaning to my oral surgery I have had no better experience than I had with Brown and associates.

The front desk staff and receptionists are extremely rude and condescending. I tried to reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance for personal reasons and was treated like a child. Then my husband tried to reschedule the same appointment and was treated very rudely and poorly. The response was basically Go somewhere else. The hygienists were very polite and informative when it came to what they were going to be assessing and working on, but we will definitely NOT be coming back to Community Dental.

BEST CLEANING EVER! JEAN WAS THE BEST!! Very efficient, gentle, caring woman!!! I was very nervous and the entire staff was AMAZING!!! So thankful I found this dental office for the family!!

I always have an amazing visit every time I attend my semi annual appointments. The staff there is awesome. They always make it a pleseant experience versus a dreaded one. I would like to thank Ashley for working hard on getting appointments for me, and my kids. She was very pleasent to work with, and kept a smile on her face. That is very important, and also hard to do when you are working with the public. Thanks to everyone there yall make a great team.

I have never been to such an unprofessional, inefficient, outdated dental practice in my life! I recently moved to Wilmington and I needed a dentist. Their website looked great so I made an appointment. Before I was even given the new patient paperwork, they made me pay $350. When I said I hadnt even met the dentist yet, they told me I would not be taken back unless I paid the cleaning charge in full. Prior to the cleaning, the dentist entered the exam room, never introduced herself, and spent less than 1.5 minutes examining my mouth. Not an exaggeration! She told me I had a cavity and everything else looked ok. The cleaning took less than 10 minutes. There was no oral cancer screening, no oral hygiene education, no gum health exam, and no suggestions for future plans or areas to watch. I was totally amazed as to how quick the entire appointment was. There was no personal interaction and I definitely felt like my being there was inconviencing them all. An appointment with another dental practice, 3 days later, yielded totally different results. I was told the previous identified cavity was not a cavity at all. I was also told there was still plaque between my teeth and that the cleaning had not been well and needed to be redone. This appointment was a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.You absolutely have not tried to reach me. The only contact I have had with you was an automated text message reminding me of a follow up appointment that I had already cancelled! At no time did I EVER express any kind of satisfaction with the care you delivered! You office staff is rude, insensitive, impersonal, unprofessional, and clearly only concerned with making as much money as you can. The $350 i paid was REQUIRED of me before i could even meet any of the dentists or fill out my new patient paperwork. If I didnt pay for your in house insurance I was told that I would have to pay $379 for a one time cleaning and exam. The $350 was the cheapest way for me to even be seen! I DO NOT FEEL ANYONE IN YOUR OFFICE IS CAPABLE OF CARING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF CARE DELIVERED! You have $350 of my money for a 1.5 minute exam with a dentist that tried to fill a cavity that didnt exist and a cleaning that needs to be redone to remove the plaque left behind by your hygienist. Very poor quality care all around!

Dr. Williams and Maria are the best two whom ever teamed up to do my fill ins. I hope for sure they remain at this location and work on any of my future dental work. They ever were to leave the location I believe I will be trailing right behind them. Great work and my mouth feels GREAT 😁

I went in today for a routine cleaning, my first with this office. I couldnt get a sitter for my son(9 months) and was pretty worried how that would go over with the drs. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful, taking turns to hold my son when he fussed in the stroller, pushing him around, turned on cartoons for him, and even let him sit in my lap/lay on me to breastfeed all while continuing to clean my teeth! It was such a relief to not be made to feel like my son and I were a burden. Not only were they great with my son, they were understanding of how sensitive my teeth are and found things to help numb them without giving me shots.Overall Im just so thrilled with this office and staff!

I had my parchals done here and Im a person who never liked a dentist but I have been going faithfully since starting at Brown and Associates 5 years ago. I would most definitely refer them to anyone, family and friends. Awesome✅✅✅✅✅

This dentist office is wonderful. Not only are the dentist and assistants great the support staff are amazing. Charlene Farmer can and will take care of any of your needs. She runs the office part and any problem u have she is right there on top of it finding u a way to make it work. I was a nervous wreck before I came here. When I met Charlene she was a dental assistant and immediately realized I was terrified of dental work. She began to talk to me and explain the procedures to put my mind at ease. Without her help I believe I may have left. Now she is in the office part but still doing an amazing job. Every visit I have she is right back there checking on me still making sure I’m ok. I also see her going to others doing the same. That office is fortunate to have her on their team as in this age u just don’t find that level of care and compassion anymore. People just seem to busy nowadays so I can tell u her personal touch and kindness really goes a long way in the dental visit which I know is uncomfortable for most. If these qualities r important to u then Brown & Associates is your place! 5 STARS For Charlene!!!

The staff is very friendly and theres NEVER a long wait. In addition Dr.Schryer is an extremely personable guy and I can honestly say everything from the novocaine injections to the actual dental work is 100% pain free! Easily the best dental practice, and best dentist Ive ever been to, and Im 54 so draw your own conclusions.

Brown and associates all-around bad my son had an injury to his face he had to get four teeth removed from the top and we went to Brown and Associates back in February to get a partial made from the start the service was terrible I filled out the new patient information the lady that does insurance told me and everybody in the lobby that my insurance was canceled when in fact the receptionist had my insurance information I’ll call my insurance just to verify I still had insurance they told me yeah I told them to let the lady know that works for the insurance to let her know So once all that was taken care of And my son has the impression done it took a month to get the partial or a retainer back They never updated my information they call the old number only when I called back to see what was taking so long that’s when I found out once my son got the retainer he had problems with it we kept going back for the next three weeks to a month one day my son was eating lunch at school chicken tenders and they broke they sent me back to the lab to be fixed they were worse Then when we got them the first time so I’ll begin looking for a new dental office we found one they called me a week after I found a new dental office to tell me to bring my son here so he can be fitted for the permanent retainer and I told him no go ahead and cancel that I found a new office once the new office did the work and found the work to my insurance the new dental office said that the old dental office is brown and associates had charge my insurance for work they didn’t do this process took a total of two months to be corrected which it only took in maybe 30 days and because they just committed insurance fraud only after calling my insurance telling them the story they contacted Brown and Associates and I was able to get my money back so that my new dental office to get paid

I really liked my hygienist and dentist that I had but my wait was horrible. My appointment time was at 9:45 and I got to the office at 9:35 so I was early. I had 3 people who came in after I did and they got back before myself. I over heard one gentleman arrived late his appointment was at 10 and he didnt get to the office until 20 after and they took him right back when he got there. So I waited almost 45 mins before they took me back.

When i walked in from the front desk until i checked out everyone was so respectful helpful explained what in all that needed to be done i have already scheduled my son an appointment for a cleaning at this establishment all thumbs up thanks guys

Doc Brown nails it ... he said people dont care how much you know, until they know how much you care ... not just a cool saying, he puts it into practice. I even saw a patient bringing cookies to the front office staff. Super friendly place!

I know just about 99.9% of all people despise going to the dentist, each has its own reasons, but let me tell you that Im in that 99.9%, or at least I ust to be until I became a patient @ Brown & Associates. The whole staff, Drs included, are so down to earth, so sweet, courteous, and they are some of the most compassionate Clinicians I have ever met. You can tell they enjoy theyre job not to mention how good they are with children, even us big kids, lol.. My whole family from grand parents to grand kids have been going there for 20 years now and it has always been professional and an all around great experience for everyone.

Came in for a routine cleaning and discovered I needed a filling. Rather than scheduling another appointment and having me come back for the filling at a later date the scratched me into the schedule that day. Before I had it done we went over pricing and they informed me it would only be $26 with my insurance. During the filling they noticed a second tooth that they said should be filled as well and they asked if Id like for them to go ahead and do it. I asked if it would be another $26 and they said yes. Excited that I am knocking all of this out sooner than later, I thanked them and went on my way. A few days later on a monday at about 4:45pm I got a bill in the mail for what I still owed for my fillings. Confused I immediately began to dial their number thinking I could get everything resolved that day being they were still open for another 15 minutes. No one picks up so I hang up and call again thinking they were just tied up with a client. The second call was made at 4:48. Again no one answers so I leave a voicemail. The next day 10:30 am rolls by and I noticed no one has called me back yet even though they open at 8am. Assuming they were just busy with appointments I call again. Again no answer. I hang up and call again. Of course no answer again, but this time I left another voicemail. At about 11:15 someone finally called me back. I was a bit annoyed at that point but whatever, its a dental office, what did I expect? I begin talking to the lady and I noticed she wasnt exactly polite but she wasnt rude either. She was being sarcastically polite and I picked up on it almost immediately. She explains that the $26 quote in the office were only estimates and they are NOT the final amount due after insurance takes affect. Which threw me off because you dont charge people estimates, you charge them the final bill. Plus my last filling did not go that way. However I explained that I understood, but the billing wasnt my issue, the lack of communication was my issue. They told me it would only be $26 each which I why I decided to have both fillings that day. Had they told me the TRUTH and that it could potentially be a good amount more after Insurance takes affect, then I wouldnt have had both fillings. I would have just done one and scheduled the other for later or I wouldve just scheduled both for later being money is tight this month The issue is that no one bothered to tell me anything and now Im stuck with a bill that they expect me to pay by the end of the month. After explaining this she continued to be sarcastic and replied I cant be responsible for what someone else didnt tell you. Tired of going back and forth explained to her that I always pay my bills on time and if I owe you money, I will pay it, but once the bill is paid I am changing dental companies being the entire scenario was handled horribly on their part. The lady showed no remorse and said well if thats what you want to do.... All in all, the actual work they did was adequate however their customer service in this scenario disgusted me so much that I will not only never go back to that place again but Im also taking 10 minutes out of today which happens to be my birthday, and Im writing this review. Should a friend, family member, or even a stranger even mention the name of this place of business I will only be so happy to explain my experience there and they can decide for themselves if they still want to do business with them. They dont explain everything fully and they obviously dont care about you as a client that offers them business, and they could care less if you stay or not. That being said if youre a current or new patient, Id look into other dental practices that are willing to be upfront about everything.

The young man that did my repair on my front tooth put it crooked and pointing toward my lip. I have to put up with this the whole weekend until another dentist office opens to repair the damage he did its humiliating and Disgusting

I had over 12 fillings and 6 exactractions. Dentist Troopes was the best!x10000 He was friendly to me, understanding, sympathetic, kindhearted and very polite. (qualities much needed with this much dental work) He helped me get everything finished and in a quick period.. The dental assisassistant Was very kind and pleasant to be around.This - what could of been- bad scarey experience helped me over come my fear of the dentist! I was nervous at first, I have real fear of Dentists and get anxiety thinking about going. The Medical Assistant, Antwionette, was wonderful, shes funny and put me at ease within the first 5 minutes of meeting her. I dont think Ive laughed so much at a Dentist office. My Dentist was Dr. Boyd, and I recommend her highly. Shes sweet and caring and answered all my questions in detail, she made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. I met Shecorey near the end of my visit and she was just as sweet and knowledgeable as the first two women. She too walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. All three women are phenomenal and I hope I get to see all three on my next visit. I dont think Ive ever enjoyed going to the Dentist before, but I hope its just as good next time as it was this time. Thank you for everything, it makes a world of difference to those of us who dont particularly like the Dentist. I love this place and will never go anywhere else for my Dentist needs. Unless Dr. Boyd gets her own practice and takes Antwionette and Shecorey with her. Again, Thank You!!!

I went there for the first time two years ago and I love it and they were super positive with me and I love it and I didnt have any problems at all.

Id been thrown out the office for asking a serious question the lady at the front desk lied on me Id asked her why she took care credit cause she stated to me that she didnt like them she had to pay the interest I wad told to ask her why she accepted it as she cared less I just came out of serious procedure she wouldnt answer me she said her name was Tammy whom ever And that I need to get out her office after spending 7,000 on a bridge. She also wouldnt explain to me like most dental offices does she basically called me aliar that Im not I had to swear to ppl that I was telling the truth it was awful until the last in office that runs this place is fired or apologizes I well not stop!!! Id luv to know how she gets away with all I seen more reviews posted about her and her rudeness she really had me ready wreck crying after my procedure saying to me she had to pay the interest in my Bill that is a lie why accept care credit if its such a problem dear money manager lady Tammy whom ever I will see to it youre held responsible for this I about got killed going home TKS to a so called Tammy whom ever she said her name was she is the big fat white lady thats really rude!!!!

Literally every tooth I made the mistake of letting this office fix has had to be pulled via oral surgery. I went in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AGO about a tooth they worked on that I believed was cracked and they told me it was just filling sediment, here we are 2 weeks later, the day after I had to have oral surgery to have the tooth removed because it was in fact cracked and Im in more pain than I should have to be in especially when it couldve been prevented if they just wouldve listened! Im so angry and I will never send anyone else to these people. Do not waste your time and money!

I would not recommend this office what so ever. Front desk staff is very rude. The girl who answers the phone, I believe her name is Brandi or randi, is very rude & condescending. She has an attitude when you talk to her on the phone & she has even hung up on me before. I was in not too long ago & sitting in the waiting room, I witnessed a woman who I believe to be the office manager or owner, yelling at the girls at the front. I could hear the whole convo. Talking about finding someone who could do the job basically threatening to fire them. This could all be heard in the waiting room. The poor girl up front starting crying when she walked off. It just doesnt seem like a friendly atmosphere. I personally will not come back. I dont want to go to a place where they are rude to patients & rude to their staff as well. The nurses are rude too & seem like they dont even want to be there either.

I went there to get my teeth cleaned, then they kept taking me back in to drill my teeth when i had little to no cavities. More than half my teeth are drilled in and filled, now for the past 8 months i been dealing with horrible tooth aches and pain. They didnt need to do all the damage to my teeth they just wanted money out of it. i would not take anyone there.

Christina and Maria are very good, pleasant people at the reception too.

Receptionist/front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have lived in over 8 states and been to coutless dental practices and this is by far the worst one. Please find someplace else to go.

I have had the worst experience ever with this dental office. First they will try to bill you more that the amount allowed by your insurance company. Second they will schedule appointments then change the time with the only notification being a text giving you the new time, without checking with you first. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Beware!!!

All about the money may 4 paid for 1 large filing received 2 small. told $71 overpaid by me would apply to next visit which would cost $65.next visit cost jumped to $190 and must be prepaid in full before they would treat me. I offered to pay $100 then and rest later. refused service .very disgusted

Front desk reception staff have no business working with the public. Many scenarios where they were rude, condescending, always acting irritated when requesting assistance. This place is not a tender, caring facility.
