I had neglected my teeth for a long time. When I started looking for a dentist I found Dr Garrett. Everyone is very nice from Lynn and Laura in the front office, Deb the hygienist is super amazing. Of course you cant forget Dr G who is very sweet soft spoken big old teddybear. I have nothing but good things gs to say about this entire office!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this dentist 👍👍👍

Visited DR Garrett and Debbie at Wilmington Smiles a few months ago they did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and getting me straight, My teeth never felt so good. However two months later I came home from work with extreme tooth/jaw pains and I wasn’t sure what was causing it , called and left a message after business hours on Friday afternoon when the pain got unbearable Debbie and DR Garrett came into work on the following day (during closed hours) examined my situation found the cause of the infection and got me the proper antibiotics to calm my infection and pains, also are helping me find a oral surgeon to remove my infected wisdom tooth, extremely thankful to have a dentist that cares for their patients and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their patients are safe and healthy, THANK YOU DR GARRETT AND DEBBIE!!!!5 STARS!!!

Michelle was awesome and didn’t make me feel at all anxious or embarrassed that I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years due to a bad experience. The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly and fun! Dr Garrett was professional and listened to my concerns. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. I had a wonderful first experience getting my teeth cleaned at Dr. Garrett’s office. The front office staff were very kind and friendly. The hygienist was knowledgeable and gave me a great clean without any discomfort. I actually enjoyed my dental visit! 😊. I am excited to return in 6 months.

The staff here is excellent. I had my new patient consultation yesterday and they were so thorough in their their explanations about the protections they have in place for Covid (I mean, I want to live in the office because of everything they have done to protect people). They were thorough in the examination as well. I went back today for my actual cleaning (totally my fault) and my mouth feels so great! They do everything they can to make you so comfortable and again, are so thorough in their cleanings. I highly recommend him. This is the first time in a long time that I have been satisfied with my care when I left a dentists office.

This is the best... dentist.... EVER!!!! THEY take time to explain everything to you while educating you on your personal dental health. The listen to what you say and offer advice. Best yet, they are the best with young children. My 2 year old had an appointment where he was shown the instruments and how they work so that he wouldnt be afraid of them. Amazing staff, they take such great care of us every time we go! Best place to take the whole family. My two kids feel so comfortable and LOVE to go to the dentist! Dr Garretts office was recommended to me and boy am I glad I listened. He recently participated in the Freedom Day USA and offered free dental services to veterans without insurance. Not knowing this I had already made an appointment to have an extraction. Once they found out I was a veteran they treated me at no cost. Not only did he extract the tooth he filled two cavities. As for the care his ENTIRE staff went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the services. Thanks!
