This was my initial new patient visit. Dr. P is great. Very genuine and empathetic to my concerns. Office staff was efficient and explained insurance etc. very well. Definitely recommend.

As always, Beth did a great job cleaning my teeth and gave great advice as usual. Dr. P is a talented dentist and Im always glad to see him. He has such a friendly and calming manner. However he was in vacation at the time of my visit, so Dr Q filled in for him.I was thrilled to see Dr Q again! He has a wonderful personality and is fun to talk to!The only negative thing is the new office with the startling blue wall and no window.

Dr. Panchal took a great deal of time to discuss some dental concerns with me, which I greatly appreciated. He was attentive, thorough and very professional. His dental assistant, Dawn, is a wonderful new addition to the team. Fantastic! Couldnt ask for better treatment. Dr. Panchal, and his entire staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. I came to his office years ago with much anxiety about having my teeth worked on. (Past bad experiences). Now, it is a part of my normal routine to have my teeth cleaned, and when able, issues fixed. Dr. Panchal has acquired many items that go a long way towards patient comfort and care. This includes a lazer drill, that is virtually pain free, no need for shots. So yes I highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to Southeast Smiles and I was impressed! On the outside the building seemed a little unattractive, and on the inside it was modestly decorated in the old reception area style. However, the customer service at this establishment was awesome! My hygienist Beth was great at her job. She informed me about everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. I have been going to a dentist for over 40 years and I was never given so much information on dental hygiene in a cleaning session! To make a long story short, I left there way more educated and way more confident that there are things that I am able to do on a daily basis to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Then came Dr. P. as he is affectionately called. He was thorough with his examination and he explained all my options on the real. He has a really good energy about him. The kind of energy that only honest and ethical doctors have. I was then sent back to checkout. The ladies were really thorough there too! All in all, I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Southeast Smiles if you value good dental service.

Some of the nicest people youll ever meet. Dr. Panchal is a wonderful dentist, very thorough, and takes his time explaining whats needed with a clear plan of action. Bethany is one of the hygienists and a real sweetheart. She also took her time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable being there.

Dr P is amazing and his team is so on it. I just had a cavity filled, using his brand new technology, no needles - no pain, it was so fast, easy and affordable. He did a great job explaining what was going to happen and I was in and out of the chair in under 25 minutes! They also have a GREAT Healthy Smiles option for those of us not lucky enough to have dental as an insurance option! I recently switched dentists due to moving and the Southeast Smiles team has been nothing but helpful! They got me scheduled for an appointment within just 3 days of me contacting them. They were the quickest to get my insurance situated and were very straightforward about pricing, so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. P referred me to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal and they even went as far as to schedule my appointment with the 3rd party business for me! I couldn’t recommend them more!

I have had extensive dental work done at this office over the past 6 months and each experience has been a great one. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Panchal really cares about the well being of his patients. Here I feel like a real person not just a number. Not only is it a great, clean dental practice the prices are the best i could find in town for someone like me without dental insurance. ANESTHESIA FREE DENTISTRY! Dr. Panchal has the most state of the art technology that allowed me to get a cavity done totally pain and numb free!!

I only went there one time and would not go there again. The hygienist kept asking me personal questions non-stop for the whole hour while I was sitting there with my mouth wide open. like Im paying them for asking me questions. The dentist himself makes inappropriate comments. Besides, he gave me a $6K treatment plan like I looked like I could spend that kind of money just on my teeth. he told me my existing crown had to be replaced. That was 4 years ago. Ive been to a couple of dentists since then and they told me I didnt need to spend anywhere near that kind of money and my crown is still doing just fine..

Would never suggest this place. The doctor tells you hes able to perform surgery, and then backs out when he cant perform job. Had to pay triple what it should have costed because of the doctors inabilities.

The best dental practice ever! I had a filling come out late Friday evening that my previous dentist did right before I switched to Dr. Panchal. I decided to call the office and leave a message in hopes of getting in on Monday. Dr. Panchal called me back in less than fifteen minutes to check on me and saw me Saturday morning to put temp filling material in until Monday. To say I have the BEST dentist is an understatement. Highly recommend his practice.

I absolutely adore everyone there. I do not have perfect teeth but they gave me all the options to fix them! They also answered all my weird little questions I had. They even helped me when WebMD scared me! (Do not google things just go see Dr. P!!)I highly recommend them for whatever dental needs you have!Update 9 months later!This is still the best dentist offie I EVER went to. I love the staff, truly nice and friendly people. They absolutely fixed my teeth, I have had crooked teeth all my life and never thought I could do anything besides go to a orthodontists but little did I know your dentist can help too! I truly am sad I am moving away from town amd wont be able to use them as my regular dentist! I trust them with my smile and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

One word fantastic.

Dr. Panchal is a friendly dentist - and really appeared he wants to help. I was not in pain when I met him, but dealt with over 7 months pain after he ended up filling a tooth (which I later found out from my home dentist that I really didnt need filled yet - it was to be watched). I returned to Dr. Panchal multiple times to try to get it fixed, but to no avail. He said the tooth needed to calm down. I got a second opinion from my home dentist, and he showed me on an x-ray where extra tooth was unnecessarily removed and that the filling was still not flushed against my tooth. I ended up going to a different dentist who had to remove the filling, put a temporary calming filling in, and then had to redo the filling. I am finally not in pain anymore. The sad part is, I was not in any pain prior to my first visit with Dr. Panchal. Again, really nice guy - very friendly staff and great hygienists, but this experience was absolutely horrible for me.

I always dread coming to the dentist office, but today was a different experience. Dr. Panchal and his amazing staff made the experience a pleasurable one. The office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Panchal was able to fit me in for a crown and place a new on in on the same day. He even follow-up with a personal phone call afterwards to see how I was doing. I never had a dentist call me before.Overall, a passionate staff and great dentist. I would come back in the future, if needed!

Dr. Panchal and his staff are absolutely fantastic. The work they do is thorough and they very clearly care about their patients. Every time I go in I am treated like a friend and they are very thorough with their explanations. Dr. Panchal ensures that the work he does is cost effective and that no unnecessary procedures are done. His staff has always explained to me what they were doing, any potential options and given me the opportunity to decide from there. It is very rare to have such a personable dentist who truly cares about his patients, but you definitely get that with Dr. Panchal and his dental hygenists (who are all wonderful as well).

Available/ Affordable/ Comfortable/ CompetentI have neglected my dental health for some time. I have procrastinated addressing some uncomfortable issues for too long. Why? Anxiety/Work/Family/Money...it has been too easy to just kick the can down the road. I met Dr Panchal at a Young Professionals event and he convinced me that his office was different than my traditional dentist. He was right. I have had major and minor work performed by Dr Panchal and his team, at a FRACTION of what my lifelong family dentist would charge. Also, all of my appointments have been during non-traditional office hours (7AM and after 6PM). If you can tolerate your Dentist humming/singing early 2000s R&B Billboard hits while he works, I suggest that you and your family get to know Dr Panchal and his team.

Wow!!!!! What a wonderful no AMAZING experience I had here at Southeast Smiles. From the time I walked in the door the day before my appointment just to get some information and complete some paper work, until the time I walked out the door with a numb but painless smile from my wisdom tooth being pulled the next day. The dentist Mr. Panchal came in the door, noticed my situation, and without no hesitation got straight to work! With some slight prepping BING, BAM, BOOM, I was done in no time! His receptionist was beyond great with her outside information that I needed and his assistant made me feel so comfortable and made me laugh as I was getting my tooth pulled. WHAT AN OUTSTANDING TEAM OF INDIVIDUALS!!!!!! I recommend this dentistry to anyone whos looking for great quality work. Thanks you guys I will never forget the trio that eased my pain lol :-)

Im short of time and patience, so when I broke my wisdom tooth and needed to have it, and the opposing tooth, removed while away at the beach I was thrilled that Dr. Panchal saw me right away. Being hesitant to go to a Dentist Ive never met for something this big, I was immediately relieved just speaking to Dr. Panchal on the phone. It was obvious he had great experience and his confidence in being able to help me put me right at ease. Upon arriving at his office, which was bright, nicely decorated and full of brand new equipment, he warmly greated me himself and got right to taking care of the problem. He called me the next day, Saturday, to make sure I was doing okay. Im only in Wilmington part time, but Dr. Panchal is now my new dentist. Thank you Doctor.
