Everyone here was wonderful to me from reception to getting my teeth pulled. I had 3 teeth pulled and they did a great job. I would recommend them. Caring and great people.

I was waiting to get my wisdom teeth removed along with a decayed tooth since June, it took until August to get me scheduled and then they couldn’t find a vein on me so then I had to wait until October, fine. I’ve finally got my teeth removed and now on one side I have a hole that hasn’t closed up because the stitches weren’t placed in properly. I have to now call in AGAIN to make an appointment to go back and have them fix it because it could become infected. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Currently sitting here at 10:30 with an appointment set for 9:30. Not sure how long this is going to take. What I do know is, if you go to any other doctors office and are an hour late, you’re getting charged. Don’t take on a bunch of people if you cannot get through them in an orderly fashion.

I had to have all my teeth extracted and i couldn’t have chosen any other place that treated me with the compassion and respect the way Christiana Care Wilmington Hospital did!!! i was sedated and the process took 45 minutes tops. I’m currently healing and waiting patiently to get my new teeth. Hopefully i can regain my confidence and learn to smile without covering up my mouth. The Staff and Drs there are so professional and caring. Very Satisfied with everything!!! I highly recommend them!!! Thanks Again!!!

In regards to the Administrative assistant at the Wilmington hospital. (Dental)She was more compassionate, helpful, and assisting than anyone Ive spoken to in the Delaware area. After attempting to be seen for months, she finally found a spot for me.I cant tell you how much this brightened my day, and in effect my life.Keep hiring people like this!!-Benjamin Wilson

Broke a tooth they weren’t supposed to touch, then they tell me I can’t see a real dentist until a month and a half. Now it’s a month and a half later and they still can’t seem to fit you in!!!!

This review is not for the dental team but the 3rd floor group. Would like to say thanks for the great care I received today. Special thanks to Nick, Darla, Alice, the check-in team and the recovery nurses. Dr. F thanks for keeping me anxiety free and setting expectations. Cant forget to mention those who helped out while I slept through their portion of my day. Awesome team work!

Just wanted to know if they are open for dental cleaning been calling and no answer! I had appointments back on march they got cancel because of the virus they say they was gonna call me to reschedule and still nothing yet! And Im calling and no answer they just have me waiting on line !

This was the best experience ever! The dentists were amazing and patient! The nurse was so kind! The receptionist and all the staff were so helpful! I had a wisdom tooth extracted it turned into dry socket; and they took such great care to help me feel better. I do not believe these posts that state anything less! If you need an extraction go here!!!

Be careful going to this dentist school they act like the initial fee is small but will send u a Bill for a full 400 visit just like any other dentist. Even after you submit ur financials 3x times still doesn’t matter they just want you to have debt and unpaid bills! Be ware

We had an appointment for oral surgery with sedation, I know how time consuming those can be because I have been an oral surgery assistant. We arrived 30 mins early and waited 2 hours and still had not been called back until I asked at front desk, I was expecting more professionalism from a dental office like this one. Not even once did we get an apology for waiting so long. When I went to front desk and ask, the receptionist was on her phone didnt even lift her head to acknowledge I was there but did notice I saw her using her cell phone so she put her cell under her desk but only to continue using it... Then another receptionist asked if she could help.. I will not be coming back to this place at all.

I originally posted a one star review, but I had to change it. I had problems at first, but getting a hold of the right person made a huge difference. Elsie at the Health Guide Dept is the best. So is the entire staff at the Oral Surgery Dept.

I cant even get in for an appointment. They said I need a referral from a dentist but there arent any dentists who will see someone not insured that cant pay full price at the time of service. Im tired of not having teeth and not being able to get help with it. I have health insurance that I pay for every month and is able to cover my medical needs but dental insurance is a joke and a teaching school wont even help me. I guess Ill just continue to lose teeth.

Thank god my dentist is in new jersey.. I have to find another family doctor all they have is all interns i would to be seen by a established board certified doctor.

Do not listen to 2.8 reviews these guys are amazing it only took two appointments to get my teeth out and only took 2 hours. Amazing work and amazing people if i could Give more then 5 stars i would.

I had several extractions at the dental office t two visits to prepare for hip surgery. They were supposed to send a consult form to the surgeon. After calling over a week day before surgery still no clearance form and a receptionist tells me I cant get the form without being seen ..angry..I hate incompetence especially in the medical community..my Surgery is tomorrow morning the woman on the phone, Beth actually hung up on me ..I will never refer anyone there

My son and I have had emergent care and regular check ups and routine care here. Sometimes there is a wait, but we’ve had the best dental care here in comparison to most privates dental practices. This is my top choice for dentists and clinics. That’s saying a lot because otherwise I won’t let any Christiana clinics or MDs touch me, even if i’m barely breathing and in an ambulance.

Had 3 extractions done and when I asked for pain medicine for a couple days, they looked at me like I was some kind of junkie. Smh so unprofessional I would rather die than come back here. Guess ill have to go to the ER so they can clean up their mess after the fact.

This hospital was so unprofessional I took my fiance in last night as he was having trouble breathing and chest pains and all they did was a xray and EKG that showed issues an still sent him home mind you these were nothing but interns and residents no real doctor. Then they began to laugh at his suffering and we are now in another hospital because his symptoms have gotten worse. An when i said so if we get outside and he collapses because he has no strength make sure there is a ambulance here to take us to the one in newark. So believe me when i say that when they find the cause I will be suing and thats a promise.. An the other sad part is when you hear a nurse say that the so called doctor misdiagnosed another patient that ended up being worse then they thought... Never will I take any of my friends or loved ones here again.

Ive had emergency extractions done here in the past with next day appts. I called to make an appt today and had the receptionist tell me that they dont do emergency appts. Ive called twice today and spoke to same woman. After reading the reviews and having work done in the past, its obvious they do emergency appts. My tooth has had multiple infections and christiana emergency room said that I need to have it removed immediately. Its confusing and frustrating.

Have been going here for 7 months to get a set of dentures and they are still not ready sure it is 1/2 the cost if you can go without teeth for a year. What the hell !

Sat here for 6 hours and for 3 of themBlood sugar went to far down and couldnt get not one person to get me anything to eat when my family member asked they said they dont work in this department what kind of hospital have a RN/ORN say that they dont work in this department and dont try to help you
