Dr. Small and the team at Simon Eye did their absolute best to make this anxious girl comfortable at every step of the exam. Im generally terrified of eye exams, and I can honestly say that this was the best experience Ive had at any eye doctors office. Dr. Small is THE BEST!

Called to make an appointment for my husband and myself. The lady on the phone had no customer service. She asked for my insurance and Immediately said no we dont take that when I explained that they were on my providers website she dismissed me saying I said we dont take that She could have taken the time to double check but instead choose to be rude.

Dr. Small was great! She was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She put my 13 year old daughter totally at ease! I would definitely recommend her! The rest of the staff were great as well!

Everyone is professional and considerate. The office runs on time and I have never had to wait more then 5 minutes past my appointment time. When choosing glasses, even during COVID, no one rushes you, but they also dont overfill the display area with people who are browsing. I was impressed with the procedures they have put in place to clean/sterilize between patients. I continue to make the drive although I have moved more than an hour away. Great service and selection. :)

Needed to purchase emergency contacts while on vacation. Called ahead and was told I could purchase and have shipped and they could then give me a sample pack(daily wear) to get me through a few days. When I arrived they were not willing to give samples even with a purchase (though I had valid prescription with me). Don’t waste time for purchasing contacts there.

I have been seeing Dr. Jeppe for years and have great respect for his long experience, skill and judgement.

This place may be ok for new prescriptions, but for check-up on your eye health, the OD didnt ask me about my history (new patient). I had to bring up issue at end of visit. This issue I did indicate on my paperwork that I filled out online, before visit. The issue was discussed for about 30 seconds, as I was leaving the exam room. At least the OD should have asked me about any issues, even if they didnt see it on my paperwork.

Been here twice. Doctor is always late (30+ mins). Customer service from opticians/techs is virtually nonexistent. We stick with the exam because of insurance but have had better luck with Costco/online for the glasses (even without insurance).

I have been going there for over past few years, the staff is incredibly RUDE. Worst way to treat customer when you are in service business.OD was okay nothing special, I had so many questions but some generic answers only.Frames are way over priced to I showed staff its like $100 over then other places and her response was take it or leave it.Looks for somewhere else I suggest.

Dr. Jeppe is a kind and considerate doctor. His exams are professional and thorough. The eyewear/lenses staff is friendly and helpful.

Very professional as they also used terms I would understand. They did answer any & all the questions I had. Im so glad I went over to them and not Ozer.

Wonderful experience with staff and doctor Tucci he was super sweet and nice and explained everything in detail about what was or wasn’t wrong.

Disorganized! On day of scheduled in person appointment, was told they were booked and they could not see my son, and asked him to re-schedule!On another occasion I was given my new glasses and they are completely the wrong prescription.

After returning several times to have my new glasses repaired at another Simons location, I stopped in your store, explained the problem I was had been having. The asst reviewed my previous chart and the glasses. Thank you to her and co-workers who assisted me. I have not had any other problems and I am very satisfied with the assistance received.

So happy with our switch to Simon Eye Associates! Everyone is so attentive and friendly. The doctor tells you how your eyes are and the exam is very thorough. Also love the flexibility in scheduling appointments that work for our schedule!

Took my 10 year-old daughter for her first eye exam today after catching her squinting and had my first eye exam in years. Everyone at the office was very nice, we were taken back ahead of our appointment, and Dr. Tucci was wonderful. I was extremely impressed. The two pair of glasses were a bit pricey but it was worth it for the excellent service. Thanks to all.

I got an eye exam with Dr. Draper, and she made me feel so comfortable during the exam. Everything about the visit was pleasant. From the pre-exam , doctor exam and visit to the optical dept, I received EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone at Simon Eye Associates was helpful and friendly! I Definitely recommend them !!

Booooo. I can recommend getting an eye exam at this place but definitely, most definitely do not get your frames OR lenses here. They broke my existing frames that I bought from Modern Eye in Philadelphia and had been wearing for a couple of years. They put a different lens from what Id previously had that made it really difficult to focus and gave me a horrible headache. Their response was to order and buy me replacement frames from Philadelphia and put the lenses that they used to put in mine. Really big hassle with not a ton of customer service to back up all the issues that Im having to deal with. I will absolutely go back to Modern Eye in Philadelphia next time I need to get lenses or frames, definitely worth the drive for less hassle and much better customer service.

I was very satisfied with the eye exam. However, buying glasses was a fiasco. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to have pair made as the frames were a special order for Oakley. After a month I called to check in. Nope. Two weeks later, nope, etc. for close to three and a half months. And never once did they call me. Pathetic. About two months in I asked that a copy of my prescription be made available so I could get another pair made. I picked that up. Today when I called to inquire on the status, I was told they canceled the order because I said I did not want them. Wrong. The clerk I was talking to said she remembered talking to me. When I stated that was not what I said and asked when my credit card was credited, I was told it had not been and that when I come in to pick up the prescription, she could credit my card. I had to laugh! Right! I already picked up the prescription and at that time, no one asked to refund me. Horrible service. Clerks with no sense of customer service and surly.

Ive gone multiple times for eye exams and glasses. It has always been a positive experience with great service. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great customer service experience at Simon Eye Associates! It was my first time ever at an optometrist and I was surprised at how well my healthcare experience unfolded.

Terrible service, just a complete den of snakes, kept telling me to try the complimentary and free one a day contact lenses, so I did like a trusting dummy, then they say: thatll be fifty dollars, I said, but they were free - these weasels response : the contacts were free, but the fitting fee is $50. And all they did was tell me to sit in front of a mirror and put them in my eyes, a total rip off. Then, I asked for my prescription for my contacts, and they say, state law forbids that , you need to fill your prescription for contact lenses here (at a massive mark up to what I could buy them for on internet, etc) and I basically have to argue for about 10 minutes before they very begrudgingly give me the prescription and tell me im risking serious eye injury, even blindness, if I buy contact lenses over the internet - what a load of BS.this is the worse place to go for an eye exam in Delaware. Dealing with this company is like dealing with Bernie Madoffs company.

The staff is very helpful, friendly & professional.
