Worst place to deal with! They send an email which gets grabbed by a spam filter and never send any other type of notification that they need documentation. Instead they just essentially say screw you turn your card off and you find out months down the road while at the Dr that it is declined. Had they just sent a letter they would have had what they needed. Extremely lazy to just rely on just an email because as I said they get picked up by spam filters. And the phone system horrible if you’re trying to reach someone, then the people you do reach are as helpful as stepping on a nail. I’ve had better experiences at the DMV.

Terrible customer experience. The staff was friendly and respectful, however, the website is poorly designed, did not work well, and the entire claims process is cumbersome. You have to submit supporting documentation before a claim can be fulfilled. However, YOU have to do all the work for them. It should also be noted that when they are experiencing high call volume, after several minutes you will hear faint noise and then be cut off. This happened several times to me and it wasnt appreciated.

Terrible customer service and terrible end to a relationship. Used them for years and when I determined the need was no longer there, we cancelled and Choice admittedly delayed entry of the termination. They kept us on board for another month and took another months fee. I was not very happy about their customer service near the end and now it is confirmed, As a CPA and a CFO, I would never recommend this firm. Better to handle the HRA in house. Only gave one star because it would not let me do ZERO.

Terrible company! Hard to work with. They make it hard to access your account - one wrong password atempt and you are locked out and have to call them. The way the system works is not explained correctly at company meetings making it hard to understand. Called and talked to someone that barely spoke english. This system does not work well with BCBS.

Pain in the ass to get payment for your providers from expect to do most of their work for them

Slow to review claims, poor customer service, cumbersome website....
