If I could leave no star I would, Dr. Mulu (probably spelled it wrong) is extremely rude, argued with me and laughed at me while there. He continued to tell us (my son and I) how overweight he is after I explained to him I am not concerned about it because I do not believe in their charting system and do not believe everyone is the same and can be a size f*!%# two. I also explained to him my son is active (wrestles, plays basketball etc…) all the time and he has been slimming down this past year due to hitting puberty and a growth spurt. His blood pressure is normal, he doesn’t have diabetes. He is HEALTHY. The kid NEVER gets sick. Still the doctor wouldn’t drop it. I’ve never met a pediatrician that was so unprofessional. The medical assistants were very nice and informative and front desk seemed nice BUT the doctor is absolutely HORRIBLE. I guarantee the few 5 star reviews they have is from staffs family members. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.PS. IMO The doctor is too skinny, needs to eat a cheeseburger….

I have never had a problem getting ahold of billing or a receptionist to schedule an appointment. My family has gone to this clinic/hospital my whole life. Dr. Hagen was our doctor and now Dr Kemp is our family doctor. He is very attentive and always seems to know what’s wrong. My entire family speaks highly of him. My husband doesn’t like going to a doctor, but really enjoys visiting with Dr. Kemp when he has an appointment. We recommend him to all of our friends and family. All of the doctors that he refers us too have also been great. All of the staff and people working here are so friendly and helpful! We all feel very lucky to have him and this clinic/hospital in our community.

We have utilized CHI for all of our families health care needs. The staff are incredible. We have experienced loss and the joy of welcoming two babies into the world. We couldnt have asked for better care!

I was DENIED HEALTH CARE at the clinic because I have a child who would have to come with me to my appointment for something that can’t be examined over a telehealth appointment. Chele told me, CHI is mandating that children are not allowed I to appointments with a child. I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE in Williston and have no child care available to be for someone to watch my child to be able to go to an appointment. I was INFORMED that I would HAVE TO GO TO ER to be able to take my child with me, so that I could receive medical care, WHERE MY CHILD AND I WOULD BE AT A BIGGER RISK OF COVID than taking her into an appointment for an EAR INFECTION.

Dr. Kemp is the best family physician that I have ever had an experience with. His staff is amazing! He spends a lot of time with his patients and makes sure that you understand and answers any and all questions that you may have!!! He is on HIGH demand and hard to get into would be the only complaint, but good is good! All of the complaints with making appointments I have never had one issue so I must be lucky. I have had issues with billing on the hospital end of things but not on the clinic end so I will not let that affect Craven Hagans review!

Never had a problem here. Weve been using them for over a year for our primary family care. We had a son that had to have emergency surgery. They had him in the operating room within an hour and a half. Problem fixed. I would say the only problem with them is the billing department. Vary vague on description of service, but when you call to ask they just repeat that there not medical professionals? So you have to just pay to keep it off collections.

The level of care is sporadic. You often have to wait for weeks to months. My first appointment here was 2 months out. Staff can get rude and doesnt listen very well at times, so there is a lack of professionalism. Not all providers/employees are bad here, but it seems like you role the dice on what you will get.

Do these people ever answer their phones? Its a hassle to even get ahold of anyone been on hold for 2 days on and off havent gotten anyone to answer any phone.

Absolutely horrible. Cant ever get in touch with billing without leaving a message and waiting for a call back two days later. I have insurance but the cost of the visit was not sent to insurance for some reason, so I had to pay it all out of pocket to avoid being sent to collections. THEN they billed my insurance so they have been paid twice for the same service and Ive been waiting for a refund check for what I paid out of pocket. During that time they accidentally billed me AGAIN for the same service. Ive been waiting for six months on the refund. I call every two-four weeks to check on the status of my refund and there is always a new excuse. Stay away!!

I was told it was a 100 dollars to see the doctor but i get a separate bill for 238 dollars aside from the 100 i paid and when i call the billing department to speak to someone about it they hang up 2 times and the 3rd goes to voicemail 😐 impeccable service, bravo bravo. I wish i could not do my job and still get paid but hopes and dreams do die hard.

No I’m not racist! But dr Mulu does not speak nor understand English very well, if your to work in the USA, be fluent !! He doesn’t not care one bit about your child. You are a $ to him.He was very rude and unprofessional.

Just called to make an appointment. Cannot get on until April 10th - a month from now. I do not feel it is a medical emergency where I need to go to the emergency room just feeling a little cruddy wanted a doctor to check it. Pretty sad that as much as we have grown and as big as we are here in Williston we cannot get more health care and Better Health Care no wonder people travel out of city and out of state to be seen.

Save yourself some time....look up your condition then set an appointment somewhere else. My first experience there was a couple years ago for back injuries due to being side swiped hard enough to spin 2 1/2 times.Lower back pops in 3 places pinching every time I rotate and my neck locks up constantly. I can barely stand straight after sitting. All very painful. For that one they wanted me to take anti depressants and were not very pleasant towards the fact that I wanted neither pain or brain pills. Issue was more about getting me to pop pills rather than fix my back. Back is the same if not worse.Second go round...fell about 7 feet with arm extended. I still have limited movement in my shoulder from this. For that appointment I was told what was going on was HEREDITARY. He didnt even come in with my chart or xrays because he was so sure of himself he stated. Constant pain all day with every movement of my arm still. Thanks mom!This time is a severe finger dislocation that damaged the extensor tendon. Did the 8 week splint thing...finger curls to my palm and will not straighten....but hey.. thats all good too.Have fun.

DO NOT GO HERE. Incompetent Drs who say you are not sick. Another Dr finally says i guess you are sick. CHI is billing Sick People twice for the same illness. Even after speaking with them and verbally state they will fix their errors, they send a letter in the mail months later stating it wasnt corrected. CROOKS, GO TO TRINITY!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DRIVE TO DICKINSON.Overbilled, overcharged, coded wrong, insurance company had to fix it, took 8 months to get it resolved, and still waiting another 3 months for my refund!!! Told me to just make a minimum payment to not be sent to collections, paid $200 & still got sent to collections. We have BCBS insurance and they screwed it all up. No one answers the phone, no one returns your calls, you will go crazy.Messed up our initial appointment and made us make a second appointment, drive an hour each way to the new appointment to pay another co-pay and draw labs instead of doing the same day. No one gives you directions as to where to go in the building, walked around aimlessly looking for where to go for labs and none of the nurses would show us where to go. Of course there were some very nice employees, but the overall experience, particularly with billing, was a nightmare!ZERO stars.

The Reception Staff is not knowledgable about release forms or where to get them. My Husband and I went to this Medical Facility for the first time 2 weeks ago. We asked to get release forms put in our files so that the Doctor can talk to me about my Husband health issues and vis versa (Hippa Law). The receptionist sent us to Medical records, Medical records sent us to reception , reception sent us back to medical records. All we wanted was to have the signed releases included into our files. After seeing the Doctor, we were sent to have blood drawn , well this took sometime. I waited over 30 minutes and my Husband waited longer. This is much too long of a wait. We felt like Cattle being herded through. The Doctor informed me that if I needed specialty care for my Arthritis, I should keep seeing my Doctor in Montana ( 730 Miles away ) . After 2 weeks I had to call about our Lab results, the Doctor nor his staff contacted us . I asked to have the information mailed to me. The nurse said that she had to ask if that was okay to do that. REALLY. What a Joke !!!!!! I will not be returning to this Medical Faucility .

Absolutely terrible the reception people are rude and when weve scheduled an appointment with my Dr. they have messed it up. If you have any other option take it. My Dr is great the office staff/clinic terrible.

I Grew up in the area. Go to any other clinic and you will see just how terrible craven-h is. Billing for the entire clinic and hospital is atrocious.

Service is good but the billing department is a joke as they can never get the right codes put in for some reason and you cant contact them so it goes to collections as Im not paying for the wrong services or those that insurance should cover!
