My first and only appointment with Dr. Pugatch was in July of 2020. I have been forgotten about. No follow up. I have contacted the office and after several times of waiting on hold for 5 minutes or more, I was told they would let the nurse know. Still waiting for a call back. Still havent had another appointment with Dr. Pugatch. Stated he would send me to 2 specialists. I only received contact from one. Still no followup from Dr. Pugatch.Update: Today is 10/22/2020 and still no response from the Dr.s office. Do not see this doctor if you are looking for answers.

Dr. Bruce pugatch was professional at first. I moved to Williston from Michigan. When I got in town somebody recommended that I see Bruce pugatch for primary care, so I booked an appointment later that day. When I went there he seemed very nice and professional. He filled my prescription, and told me I would need to send over my records which i agreed too and is perfectly understandable. So I got a hold of my doctor in Michigan and they sent over the records they had for me. Unfortunately for me their computers crashed one month before I moved to Williston. Because of this they only had one month of Records, even though I had been going there for over 2 years. So when they sent the records they had for me, but this was not enough for Pugotch. After prescribing me my medication for 3 months I go to fill it on the 4th month and he refuses to fill the prescription saying he needs more records (even though ive made the problem very clear and told him they no longer exist. I told him my doctor in Michigan is more than willing to talk to him and explain the unique situation. But taking out 5 minutes from his day I guess its too much to ask of him. Ive been calling their everyday for almost a week now still havent got my prescription even though there are minor withdraws that happened with the sudden halt of the prescription he was precribing me, either he dosnt care or dosnt care enough for him to call my old docter and see that Ive been honest with him the whole time. It really seems like he doesnt want to resolve this situation it seems he doesnt want to talk to my doctor from Michigan. He would just rather me go somewhere else and I would love to do that. But all other doctors in Williston have at least a month wait time. Id probably have to go a month without a prescription that Ive been prescribed for two years because of his laziness and his lack of care for his patients. My doctor from Michigan said shes never heard of anything like this and is very surprised at how hes acting. Just wanted to leave this review so no one else will have to go through anything like this with this doctor that claims hes worried about the health of his patients when all reality hes only worried about himself and how much work he has to do for his patients that pay him.. Dont see this doctor.
