Dr. Amstutz is a kind, kind man. As a retired teacher myself, I have been very pleased to watch him coach his younger staff members on two separate visits. I learned a lot myself at the same time. I was very fortunate for the recommendation to see him for both my cataracts and my facial nerve treatments.

Great Doc. Went in for an eval and the Doc said that I do not need anything at this time. My wife was with me and he looked at her eyes and made a recommendation for her even though she didnt even have as appointment. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

My procedure required eight different incisions to remove heavy flesh and fat requiring more time and accuracy. Considering these complications, I experienced absolutely NO PAIN immediately after the surgery nor during the two weeks of recovery. We followed the procedures closely and had no problems. The biggest negative was blurred vision for 5-6 days immediately following the surgery which is to be expected. I expect my range of vision to improve more over the next few weeks. Dr. Amstutz is a skillful surgeon, have no apparent scarring.

He is very pleasant. Went in for a reconstructive eyelid surgery. His staff was very attentive of my needs and pleasant. He has a bedside manner that makes all the worries you may have before and after surgery go away. Did an excellent job! !!

I never do reviews but I felt it necessary this time. I had very loose upper and lower eyelids and a blocked tear duct. I put the corrective surgery off for 5 years because I couldn’t stand to think about it, especially the stent in the tear duct. Due to continuous watering that became an issue while working and driving I finally had to give in and get it done. Needless to say it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Amstutz is an amazing surgeon. The surgery took about 1 hour and I had no pain and just a small amount of discomfort, not even enough to take a Tylenol. For any of you folks that have similar issues and are putting off the surgery Dr. Amstutz and crew is your path to no eye watering and better vision. I am 2 weeks out from surgery and it’s amazing how well my tightened eyelids are properly wiping the tears away allowing me to see so much better. The best part is that I haven’t wiped running tears off my cheeks since the surgery. Thanks again Dr. Amstutz and staff.

Dr. Amstutz won my confidence on my first visit. Gentle, calm, professional.After my eyelid surgery i told Dr. Amstutz i could see blue sky again. Amazing, beautiful blue sky. It had been awhile since i could see that entire window of green grass and blue sky without adjusting my entire head to see grass or sky.
