Helped us out greatly. You need a referral and we were able to receieve one from the Salvation Army, rather than a church pastor, like they origionally wanted.... Most of the volunteers were kind, but one was mouthy. He was upset my husband, who doesnt even have a license and never has, couldnt backup a uhaul. He had no business driving anyway but was simply trying to be helpful. We could have done without that unpleasantness, and honestly would have preferred to just load the items ourselves to do without his mouth and annoyed body language. Upon arrival, we had to sit through them telling us about God for a good hour. The lady who we spoke with was nice. I believe they called her Mom. Its just, there is more than one religion out there but these guys follow the whole There can be only one way. We werent even asked if we wanted their speech. I guess it was a small price to pay for the help we received. It just felt very forced and fell on deaf ears. I appreciate religious organizations that actually DO, rather than fill a nice building once a week and pick through a book that is nothing short of corrupt when read as a whole.

This place is filled with true love. Staff is caring, loving, and very respectful. The system runs pretty quick and they service is great. They take the time to listen to you and really go out of their way to assist anyone needs. God is good all of the time.

Very bad experience. Have used HHH 4 years ago for my elderly mother in law. She is moving into senior care after my father in law passed away to see if they had a couch or loveseat as they were told if they ever needed anything again to just call them. Well I called and an older lady answered and was very rude. She said that since my mother in law was already helped in the past that they could not help her. I told her Id look elsewhere. I understand if there may be policies but as a Christian organization I had higher expectations of how they treated people.

They are very nice people to work with.and they dont have you on a waiting list that long as long as you got a referal.yes they can help if you ask.

Great place to go to to get the food you need you can even go in the parking lot and go through boxes and pick out more foods and snacks she want perfect place to go to if you dont have the money to get everything you needed to month I advise going even if you know some people you can help out tell them about it and go with them

I love the organization and their purpose. They also have a wonderful store onsite. I go there pretty often to find home items. It is decorated like a boutique. I wish they would come and decorate my home. It doesnt have clothes but it is still awesome . They also have great prices. The store ladies there are helpful and always have been kind.

His Helping Hands - has been helping the community for decades now and my husband and I believe in giving all we can and when we can. Our family owned painting company (West & Co. Painting) donates every year sometimes its just a little but everything makes a difference. In 2013 Our daughter was a new single mother struggling and needed direction...she found her way here, unbeknownst to us..she got connected with a counselor. She was able to get clothes and house hold items that met her needs. It was amazing!!! She had me come with her to share her blessing. She was later baptized and 6 years later our granddaughter believes in the Lord and was baptized too!

I just love this place my husband and I go there and get close on Saturdaysthe gentlemen we talked to today was awesome we talked about the good Lordabout everything thats going on in this crazy world right now getting a little bit of clarity in the troubling time and the lady where we got the clothes from the clothes pantry she helped me find a couple dress outfits I had no clothes when I went some pants no shirtsand she helped me to find a couple dress outfit so I can go looking nice to this job interview this week really going to help me out a lot I found a lot of clothes in my size that I really needed they were really friendly and very if you have not went here please go here it is great the people genuinely care about people and familys God Bless

The nice folks at His Helping Hands tell you plainly from the Bible how you can go to Heaven when you die! Wow, is that ever important because the alternative is Hell!! Since there is no Purgatory you have to decide where youll spend eternity while youre still alive here on earth!Theyll give you a helping hand with some material things of you get a referral from a church our Red Cross.

I attend a Messianic congregation in this building that is so wonderful and loving. I wouldnt go anywhere else! His Helping Hands has been gracious enough to allow this gathering for many years and we love their much needed ministry and support them as much as possible.

Several months ago we took a gentleman there who came out of the rescue mission. He needed clothes, he needed food and household goods.... table & chairs, bed& dresser, TV lamps tables etc. he was outfitted with everything he needed to set up his new apartment. He did not have a case manager we simply drove up he went and signed in at the desk it was so easy he was very humbled. Thank you his helping hands for all that you do .

Very graceful in how they treat everyone that comes through needing assistance. Whether it be via household side, food pantry, or the clothing. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. They have several programs to offer, just ask for assistance.

I am on my way to pick up items that i desperately needed! The women in the office are amazing and kind. They really let Gods Holy Spirt shine through them. His helping hands has been a true blessing in my life. I mean i am speechless as i pull away from thier facility. The counselor was non judgemental and prayed with me and my family... the guys, Jackie, that loaded the truck was amazing! I do not understand any of the negative comments posted on here.... i emailed them and told them my story... i hit send and with in 5 minutes i had a call from the sweetest Christian woman ever. She is up there with my g ma... i could go on forever about how amazing they are! When i am in a position to go back and volunteer i will be there in a heartbeat...

I had an emergency car breakdown right before Thanksgiving... They let me stay in the safety of their lot overnight. Such sweet, awesome people.

Came here because I was starting all over and they gave me quite a few items for my new place like I was able to get a full size bed brand new and plastic never even opened in the people loaded into my vehicle without problems tight down pretty securely and all the items that I received was really clean and not dingy dirty and nasty

*** SCAM ALERT *** Donated a wonderful young girls bedroom set on Monday...on Thursday I found it online for sale at an auction. When I called to ask why the answer I got was: if our inventory is too high they will sell the donations for the money. SCAM Also was told they really needed beds. I DONATED A BED, and dresser, night stand, desk, and bookshelf. I will NEVER give to this SCAM organization again.

Overall a very helpful organization for the community.However I volunteered there during the holidays and was berrate about which Parrish I was with. I offered ideas on donations and was shut down by their director. Once realized I was not actively involved in the church, I felt like I was shunned, then dismissed.Experiences like are why more people do not help in the community.

First time visiting the establishment and the woman signing in the people for the food distribution was complaining, completely ruining the holiday spirit with her rude negativity. She even had the nerve to tell my kid to hush, very aggressively, because she was crying.

MMM HIs helping hands maybe you need to rethink that name because they do not help just anybody you have to go through so much red tape that it is amazing his helping hands RIGHT I am a 54 year old grandmother raising her 2 grand children and got an investation of bed bugs and had to throw away all of my furniture and because I do not have a case manager they will not help me, I have no furniture and no means to get any and now we are sleeping on the floor.... I bet Jesus didnt say oh do you have a case manager before he helped anyone
