This office is full of amazing and caring nursing and office staff.. Both of my children are patients of Dr. Stuckys and she is very kind and thorough with my children. The nurses will return your calls very fast when you have a health concern and are always very polite and will get you into a different doctor if your childs doctor is booked for the day. The lady at the front desk is very diligent and efficient with getting you checked in. The people who process your payments and schedule your next appointment are always so cheerful. All around a great experience from start to finish every time we are seen.

Weve been very happy with Dr. Haynes, as well as the nurses! Our calls are returned very quickly, and the nurses are so supportive and happy to answer questions. A great clinic!

Ok ..we love Dr. Bowen but the last 2 times we have been in there I was sweating the entire time because it was SO HOT.Some of the APPs are great and some are meh. But each of the physicians we have interacted with have been good. Im not opposed to seeing an APP for acute visits but I dont care for the fact that Im expected to see one for every other well child visit.

Fantastic nurses and assistance

I just cannot figure out how much these medical facilities get paid to do Covid tests. A Covid test must be done before they will proceed with any other illness. So, when the Covid test comes back negative they suddenly have no idea what is causing your child’s illness nor do they really care. My conclusion is that the money is in conducting tests not actually making individuals healthier. I guess no one can be sick if they don’t have a positive Covid test. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I have been going here for the past 6 year with my children. It was usually pretty up beat and squared away. Im not sure what has happened, but when trying to get ahold of a nurse, its a phone tag. Literally, took me 3 days just to get one question answered. Then to do a follow up with my son and to schedule an appointment has turned into a nightmare. I called not even after 2 seconds the nurse had a left a message. I was advised she was on the line. I asked if I could hold, the receptionist said yes. Then 3 minutes later it hung up on me. I called back about 5 minutes later and the receptionist didnt even say sorry. She said she just got off the phone and she would put me right through. Then I get a straight into voicemail.

We absolutely love Dr. Weiser. She is an amazing doctor and person! She spends time getting to know her patients/parents and is always very caring and professional. Although weve had a few issues with a nurse or two, overall the staff is wonderful. Most of the nurses have been kind and patient. The front desk staff and check out staff have always been very friendly, too. We recently moved out of state and we are heartbroken that we wont be seeing Dr. Weiser now. She made a huge difference in our lives during our sons first year after being born prematurely. We are grateful for our experience at Mid Kansas Peds!

Shady billing practices.While I have never been to the clinic for an office visit, I did interact with mid-Kansas less through Wesley hospital when my son was born.The dr was very cordial and accommodating. But she in no way made it clear that her visit was not part of our hospital stay. She just walked in and began her “office visit”, only to send us an almost $300 bill a few weeks after we were dismissed.No heads up, no choice in whether we wanted to be seen by a separate practitioner, no separate “consent-to-treat”. And now I’m on the hook for the bill, as the charges relating to the birth have already been filled and paid by our insurance.The billing department, was very nice, although inflexible. They also tried to validate all of their shady practices.Would not recommend personally.

Unbelievable. I work at a doctors office and I cannot believe how rude they were to me when attempting to schedule an appointment. If they are going to treat me like that over the phone, how will they treat my daughter?

Dr. Weiser and Dr. Bowen are amazing. They have great bedside manner.

Hey, when put on hold for too long, your system will disconnect your call, and you have to call back and hold again. Just thought you guys should know. Also a shame, they don’t take Medicaid/Kancare.

I will never take my child back to Mid-Kansas Pediatrics again and I dont recommend it to anyone. My infant ran a HIGH fever for 4-5 days and the doctor just kept saying it was a virus and it would pass. After the fourth visit, I told them I wasnt leaving until they figured out what was wrong because it wasnt JUST A VIRUS. They finally figured out the problem and, sure enough, it wasnt a virus at all. The problem should have been caught the first day and treated with antibiotics instead of letting my child suffer for that long with such a high fever.

They provided pediatric services to my daughter .They are awesome and I highly recommend them.

I work at a Dr. office my self and I tried calling to schedule an appointment but the lady was so rude that I didnt schedule it with them, if they cant treat you right over the phone when you want to give them bussines, how would they treat you once you come in?
