0/5 couldnt pay me to step back in this place. Rude, condescending, uncaring, and careless are a few of the nicer words I would use to describe this doctor and how he treated me. Completely gave up on helping me after two treatments. The second time I saw him he didnt even tell me what treatment he was doing. He just started sticking stuff in my ear and I had to question to find out what he was treating and ended up having to Google it because he gave a one sentence answer and dismissed me. Then he refused to do further testing or explore other causes or treatments after the first two didnt work. Told me there was no fix and no further testing to be done and said I could try an out of network doctor in Kansas City.

My whole experience here was great. Service was friendly and relatively quick. I can hear like I havent been able to for over a year. Highly recommended.

They take good care of my wife

We absolutely love all of the staff at the Wichita Ear Clinic! My daughter has gone here all of her life (she is getting ready to turn 11). She receives fantastic support from her speech therapist Sarah and also sees Melissa for all cochlear related problems. She has seen both doctors before (both are great). Melissa has been great EVERY SINGLE TIME my daughter has any issue. All of the staff from the front desk to Doctors are wonderful and I can tell how much they care about their patients by the superb services/treatment my daughter receives. The Wichita Ear Clinic has given my daughter the opportunity to hear. Without them, I dont know where we would be. I could never write in words the magic they have done for my daughter and family. I would not think to take her any where else!

Showed up to appt for my 2 year old daughter. Early even. Then spent an hour of watching every single patient that came in after us get seen before us. Do you know what it’s like trying to keep a toddler wrangled for an hour? Do you?No delay in taking my $60 copay and insurance information though. They jumped right on that.Terrible service, and Wichita Ear Clinic? Screw you for taking advantage of people who need help.Whoever owns this place apparently doesn’t care one iota about their patients, just the money, and should be ashamed of themselves.

Highly dissatisfied after suffering months with fluid, pain, clogged & ringing in ear.. Going to my PCP & ER complaining.. This Dr office told me to put a hot pack on my ear & come back in a month.. Im so furious what the hell is a hot pack going to do.. It sure in the hell is not helping with the pain & ringing in my ears.. I choose this place because it has five stars damn stars dont mean nothing..

When I first visited this office I had been to several doctors with my ear problems. I had not been able to hear well at all but after the first couple of visits my problem was becoming so much better that I continued to see Dr, Lasak every 6 months or so.Sad to say we moved away from the Wichita area and I have not found anyone that had helped me like him.I highly recommend this office.from the Wic

I go to Dr kryzer the ear specialist and Carmen Schulte The audiologist. I have nuclear 22 cochlear implant. I go for remapping with Carmen .. She knows sign language for your convenience .. And I have oldest son .. He also went to Dr kryzer For ear tubes surgery.. He did 2nd time because 1st. One came out! Those staff in wichita ear clinic require 5 star for all hard work ! They are very very friendly to me! Feels lik Im welcome in there!
